My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Zula Casino

Zula Casino has a huge menu of games that nevertheless has some key omissions. Slots and tournaments are undoubtedly their strong points.

The menu includes 1,254 slots, 12 fishing-style games, and five instant-win specialties from 34 software providers. They also make 31 of their own games, including Jacks or Better, under the name “Zula Casino Homemade.” 48 jackpot machines deliver plenty of fun for high-limit players.

They blend hundreds of titles from popular providers like Pragmatic Play, RubyPlay, and Relax Gaming with newer machines from promising companies like Spinoro, Slotopia and Ela Games.

As I mentioned already, frequent tournaments really make the most of their huge game collection.

Instant-Win

Excluding their video poker game, Zula Casino hosts five instant-win titles. I saw four scratch cards from Evoplay, G. Games, and Pragmatic Play. They also have Cleopatra’s Gems Bingo from Mascot Gaming. Still, I couldn’t find any classic specialties like keno, dice or Plinko here.

Every SC that you win is redeemable for $1 in cash. After finally winning more than 100 SC towards the end of the week, I wanted to request two separate 50 SC prizes via Skrill and bank transfer. Overall User Experience – Is Zula Casino Fun to Play At?

Zula is both fun and easy to use. While I’m normally a fan of darker colors, Zula Casino makes plain old white look appetizing on desktop and mobile. Their interface feels crisp, clean, and fluid no matter which device you use.

There is no Zula casino app, but I was able to bookmark their web-based application on both desktop and mobile platforms to enjoy quicker access. I don’t think this is a huge game-changer for players on desktop, but the difference is clear when I compare their mobile site and instant-play app. They’ve made every inch of screen space count.

Desktop

I’m a fan of Zula Casino’s well-organized user interface. Their moving promotional banners kept me informed with the latest events, which I found useful due to the frequency of their competitions.

In my opinion, Zula Casino’s existing customer support options can be improved.

They don’t have live chat or phone support, so you’ll have to send an email or submit a ticket if you’d like to speak with a real person. Although I tried contacting their agents on social media, I didn’t get any replies. I wish Zula Casino gave me a way to speak with real people in real-time.

I emailed [email protected] with a question about their KYC verification process, and I got a response from one of their agents eight hours later. They followed up with fast replies during the day, but they’re significantly less responsive during the late hours of the night.

Later on during the week, I decided to test our updating my email address on file. I scrolled to their footer, clicked “Contact Us” and “Submit A Request” to submit a ticket. I chose “Request Support” from the drop-down menu, entered my name, email, User ID, a subject line, and a detailed message.
