WOW Vegas has been wow-ing players since it launched in 2021. This sweepstakes casino stands out from the crowd with nearly 1,600 games and plenty of promotions and extra features.
My WOW Vegas review will tell you everything you need to know about this sweeps casino, including game selection, promotions, redemptions, payments, user experience, customer support, and how to claim the WOW Vegas sign-up bonus.

WOW Vegas Casino Promotions and Bonuses
WOW Vegas really delivers on promotions that reward you with extra WOW Coins and Sweepstakes Coins. When I was writing this review, there were 25 different promotions running, including the welcome bonus, daily rewards, prize drops, happy hours, race rewards, the VIP program, and even more.
As a sweepstakes casino, WOW Vegas provides plenty of opportunities to earn free coins so there’s never any pressure to spend money. However, in order to bring you an honest review I made purchases and claimed every promotion that was available to show you how it’s done.
How I Claimed WOW Vegas Casino’s No Deposit Bonus
The WOW Vegas welcome bonus is a little different, with a total of 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweepstakes Coins available to new players, spread over their first three days on the site. Here’s what I did to claim the welcome bonus:
- To claim the welcome bonus, I needed to create a new account at WOW Vegas. I’ll go into more detail about this in a later section.
- Once I verified my account by clicking a link sent to my email, my account was instantly credited with 150,000 WOW Coins and 2 Sweepstakes Coins.
- When I returned to play on day two, I received an alert to claim 50,000 WC and 1.5 SC. I clicked “Claim now” and they were added to my account.
- When I returned on day three, I received the same alert. Another 50,000 WC and 1.5 were added to my balance, for a total welcome bonus of 250,000 WC and 5 SC.
I like that this welcome offer encourages you to return to the site each day; I could collect my coins and play a game or two with every visit. You do have to physically claim the welcome coins each day as they’re not automatically awarded, but it’s a simple one-click process each time.
WOW Vegas Bonus Code
You don’t need a bonus code to claim any of WOW Vegas’s promotions.
How Does The Sign Up Bonus Compare To Other Sweeps Casinos?
The WOW Vegas sign-up offer is an appealing feature at first glance, but let’s see how it compares to other sweepstakes casinos.
I collected 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweepstakes Coins as a welcome bonus just for creating a new account. This is a generous amount to get started with playing games on the platform.
As a point of comparison, McLuck Casino offers just 7,500 GCs and 2.5 SCs when you sign up, and Chumba Casino gives out 2,000,000 GC and 2 free SC – which is more like what I expect from an average sweeps casino.
However, Fortune Coins offers players 530,000 Gold Coins and 900 Fortune Coins (this is equivalent to 9 SC at WOW Vegas). That’s nearly double the amount you’ll get at WOW Vegas.
This puts WOW Vegas above average, but not right at the top end.
However, it’s worth noting that WOW Vegas’s welcome offer is spread out over three days. It requires you to keep returning to the site to collect the full amount, whereas with McLuck you get the full amount in one simple step. Fortune Coins also requires a few extra steps such as verifying your account to collect the total bonus, but the higher number of coins makes the extra steps worth it.

Other WOW Vegas Promotions In April 2025
Take a closer look at the promotions that were available during my review of WOW Vegas Casino:
Daily Coin Rewards
Every 24 hours, you can collect free coins just by logging in to WOW Vegas. Click on “Earn Daily Rewards” in the promotions menu.
The specific amount of Daily Coins that you’ll receive depends on your VIP star level, which I’ll explain further later. I’m at Rising Star level, which means I can collect 1,500 WC and 0.30 SC each day. It’s a nice amount to start a day of playing games.
Daily Missions
WOW Vegas keeps things exciting with a variety of daily competitions. During my review, I entered the WOW Wednesday leaderboard race, Thursday Thriller prize pool, and Saturday Scratcher scratch card.
I liked that these missions made me eager to return each day to see what the daily game would be. I recommend checking the rules each time you enter, as they all have different requirements. Everyone hands out potential GC or SC prizes, depending on which currency you choose to use.
Happy Hour
From Saturday through Thursday, WOW Vegas holds Happy Hour from 6-8pm EST. During Happy Hour, you can purchase coin packs at a discount. The discount changes every day and is only revealed when Happy Hour begins.
When I visited, the site was offering an extra 25% off three of its coin packages. You can only choose one offer per Happy Hour, but it’s worth checking in each day to see what’s on offer.
Refer a Friend
WOW Vegas has a referral program that can potentially reward you with 150,000 WOW Coins and 600 Sweepstakes Coins! The more you invite, the more coins you can receive.
To invite your friends to play games, just give them your unique referral link which can be found by clicking “Refer a Friend” in your profile menu. For every friend that signs up and spends $15 on coin packages, you’ll receive 5,000 WOW Coins and 20 SC. Each month, the top 5 players with the most referrals can also win extra prizes, with a top prize of a hefty 5,000 SC.
I like that the Refer a Friend program lets you invite up to 30 friends, so those bonus coins could really stack up. However, it would be nice if friends didn’t have to spend money in order for you to collect, since a sweepstakes casino shouldn’t require spending money.
VIP Program
WOW Vegas has a VIP program called the VIP WOW Vegas Star System with 7 levels of benefits from Rising Star to Hosted Star. I like that everyone is automatically entered into the program, as opposed to some casinos that operate by invitation.
As a new player, I was at the Rising Star level with 10 stars needed to reach the next level. You get stars by playing games with Sweepstakes Coins, earning 1 star for every 50 SC played. Your progress to the next level is displayed in the menu next to your coin balances.]
I like how clear and transparent the whole thing is. I’ve played at other casinos which don’t really lift the curtain on how you earn points or progress, which is frustrating.
As you climb the star ranks, you receive extra features like a birthday bonus and priority 24-hour redemption processing. You’ll also increase your Daily Coin Reward; the top level of Hosted can claim 50,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweeps Coins every day.
I was impressed with WOW Vegas’s VIP program for being open to everyone and having no purchasing requirement. The only cost to you is spending time on gameplay, and if you’re a regular at this casino you’ll be climbing the star levels in no time.
Social Media/Email Offers
Follow WOW Vegas on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X to keep up with changing promos. They offer a number of interactive giveaways, inspired by games like Tic-Tac-Wow or Guess the Missing Piece. All you have to do is respond and post and be a follower to win extra WOW Coins and Sweepstakes Coins.
I followed their Instagram page and was pleased to see that WOW Vegas regularly responds to follower posts.
I also recommend checking your email for special offers. When I first signed up for an account, I had a welcome offer that lasted just one hour to buy a coin pack at a huge discount.
While I always appreciate a first purchase discount as a new player, I was a little turned off by the one hour time limit attached to the bonus. It feels like WOW Vegas is pressurizing players into making a purchase off the bat – which is against the spirit of social gaming, in my opinion.
I’d love to see this 300% offer opened up to everyone, no strings attached.
My Experience Opening an Account at WOW Vegas Casino
Opening an account with WOW Vegas was a very simple process, taking only a few minutes of my time. Here’s a step-by-step guide of what I did to start playing games:
- Load the website: The first step is to visit the WOW Vegas website, where you’ll be greeted by their new spokesperson Paris Hilton. Click the green “Sign Up” button located at the top of the page.
- Select a registration method: WOW Vegas offers a quick sign-up option through your Facebook or Google account, or you can manually enter your information. I chose the second option, and entered a username, password, and email address. Then, click “Continue.”
- Enter your personal information: On the second page, you’ll be asked for some basic information including first and last name, country and state of residence, and date of birth. If you received a referral code from a friend, there’s an optional field to enter it here.
- Agree to the terms: Before proceeding, you’ll be asked to agree to WOW Vegas’s terms and conditions. I recommend reading through them to avoid any confusion later on. When you click to agree, you’ll also be confirming that you’re of legal age and don’t live in a state where WOW Vegas is not available. When you’ve done this, click “Play Now.”
- Verify your account. Check your email for a confirmation asking you to verify your account. I received this email right away, and thought it was a cute touch that the email appears to be sent by Paris Hilton herself. Click the “Verify Email” button in the email, and the casino lobby will open up in a new page.
When I returned to the WOW Vegas lobby, there was a pop-up asking me to accept the sweepstakes rules to receive the welcome bonus of three days of free coins. I clicked to agree, and instantly had the first day’s bonus in my account. I was ready to play with 150,000 WOW Coins (WC) and 2 Sweepstakes Coins (SC).
What I Liked and Disliked About WOW Vegas Casino
There’s a lot to like at WOW Vegas. I was impressed with the variety of games provided by 24 different software developers. I also liked the high number of promotions that were on offer, nearly two dozen each day. Finally, I liked that their VIP program allowed me to gain extra rewards as I played games.
However, there were a few things missing that can be found at other online casinos. First, the customer support options are limited, and I’d like to see them add a live chat and phone contact number. There’s no app to be found at the Apple or Google Play stores, which would be helpful for mobile users. I’d also like to see some table games added to the menu.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at WOW Vegas

WOW Vegas boasts a huge total of 1,595 games. Slots make up the majority of titles, but there’s also a selection of live dealer games, bingo, and jackpots.
I was very impressed with the total number of games on offer, and WOW Vegas’s lobby does a nice job of highlighting different game categories.
The live dealer selection is a highlight, with nine active tables.
However, if you’re a fan of RNG table games, you won’t find them at WOW Vegas. While this isn’t surprising for a social casino, I’d like to see WOW Vegas add a table games section.
The game menu is supplied by 24 software developers. I like the variety of offerings, from big studios – like Pragmatic Play that provide 478 games – to smaller studios like SlotGarten or Atlantic Digital Games who supply just 3 titles each. It’s nice to see WOW Vegas take a chance on different game studios.
Slots
Slots lead the way at WOW Vegas, with more than 1,500 titles. This is a very impressive number of slots for a sweepstakes casino, putting WOW Vegas ahead of other platforms like Fortune Coins which has 460 slot games, and Zula casino with around 1,200.
The lobby sorts games into 12 different categories, to help you find Slingo slots, Hold and Wins, Megaways, and more. I especially enjoyed the Low Spins Big Wins category, perfect for new players or just those who like to stretch their coins further with lower bets.
WOW Vegas also has 9 exclusive games, which I had fun exploring – how could I say no to a title like WOW Vegas Elvis Frog?
You can also search games by software provider, which is a great way to explore the 24 developers on WOW Vegas. I spent some time playing games that were new to me from studios like Popiplay. I was also happy to see some of my standard favorites at this casino, like Big Bass Bonanza by Pragmatic Play.
If you’re having trouble choosing from so many slot games, WOW Vegas has a neat feature in the side user menu that will choose a game for you. Simply click on “Random Game” and then “Surprise me”, and the casino will pick a random title for you to try.
Live Dealer Games
There are nine live games available at WOW Vegas. Nearly half of them are roulette, but you can also choose from baccarat, blackjack, game shows, and a crash game.
Developer Iconic21 provides eight of the games, including a unique card game called Top Card. It’s similar to the card game Dragon Tiger, and it was nice to see something different among the live game selection. There’s also one lone title from Skywind called Joker’s Show, a spin-the-wheel game show.
I think WOW Vegas is off to a great start with its live dealer menu. There’s certainly room for them to add more games, as well as some RNG table games. WOW Vegas has fewer live games than McLuck (which has 16) but comes out ahead of Fortune Coins (which has no live games at all), so they land right in the middle of the competition.
Other Games
If you’re looking for something a bit different, WOW Vegas has a few options for players. They have 23 Slingo games, a popular slots-bingo combo style of game. WOW Vegas also has three bingo titles, all supplied by Pragmatic Play. I tried Bingo Blast and while I didn’t win, it was fun and only cost 250 WC to play.
WOW Vegas also links all of its slot games to four progressive jackpots. You can choose to opt-in before playing any slot title for a chance at the Mini, Minor, Major and Grand Jackpots, which display the size of their wins on the main lobby page.
For a sweepstakes casino, I think WOW Vegas’s overall selection of games is impressive, certainly well above average in terms of size for the industry. While they could add a few more specialty games like scratch-and-wins or fishing games, there are enough games overall to keep players entertained for hours.
WOW Vegas Payment and Redemption Experience
At WOW Vegas, you can play games without spending any money. You can get started with free WOW Coins and Sweepstakes Coins offered through the welcome bonus, as well as the Daily Coin Rewards, so there’s no obligation to buy a coin package.
However, if you’d like to top up your account with extra coins, there are 28 packages available for sale at WOW Vegas’s Coin Store. I was impressed by the high number of package options, as well as the one-time welcome discount that was offered on certain packages. It feels like they are catering to players of all different sizes.

Payments
You can purchase WOW Coins using credit cards, Trustly, Apple Pay, or Skrill. Sweepstakes Coins are included as a free bonus with WOW Coin packages, but are not available for individual sale.
Trustly is listed as the “preferred” method of payment at WOW Vegas. It’s a safe way to arrange direct bank transfers with more than 8,000 banks. I also liked the wide range of credit cards accepted by WOW Vegas, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Below are the 27 regular-priced packages that WOW Vegas currently offers. The packages marked with an asterisk (*) were offering an one-time-only 100% discount on the price shown.

- $4,999.99: 800,000,000 WC + 5,000 SC
I like that there’s a large number of packages available, although I think they become far too expensive towards the end. It’s odd that a sweepstakes casino doesn’t obligate players to spend money, but also suggests spending thousands of dollars in a single purchase.
. I decided to grab one of the discounted packages as my first purchase. I selected 500,000 WOW Coins and 10 SC, which I got for a discounted price of $4.99.
Here are the steps I followed:
- Click “Buy Coins” to go to the Coin Store.
- Select a WOW Coins package.
- Choose your payment method.
- Fill in banking or credit card information.
- Click the secure “Pay” button.
I used my Mastercard for payment, and entered my info the same way I would with any other online shopping transaction. The coins were added to my account right away. Overall, I felt like WOW Vegas’s payment process was streamlined and secure.
Redemptions
At WOW Vegas, you can redeem your winning Sweepstakes Coins for gift cards or cash prizes. Gift card redemptions start at 25 SC, while cash prizes require a minimum of 100 SC.
WOW Vegas does have a playthrough requirement of 1x before Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed, which simply means you need to use any SC you receive through a free bonus once in-game before it can be redeemed for a prize.
1 SC is equivalent to $1 in prize redemptions. You can see how many SCs you have available for redemption when you click the “Redeem” button.
Here are the steps to make a redemption at WOW Vegas:
- Click the “Redeem” button.
- Choose either “Gift Cards” or “Cash Prize.”
- Request a specific redemption amount.
- Follow prompts for payout method.
- Complete identity verification (if necessary).
- Check email for successful confirmation.
To complete your first redemption, WOW Vegas will ask you to verify your identity. You’ll need to provide documents such as driver’s license, utility bill, or passport to confirm your place of residence and identity. WOW Vegas also asks you to verify the address and phone number in your player account.
Redeeming 25 SC for a gift card was relatively simple, taking about 36 hours to land in my email account. When I finally had enough SC to redeem for cash, the process took a bit longer, about 5 days.
I will note that WOW Vegas offers different payout speeds depending on your VIP Star Status, another reason to keep earning those stars. Gold and Hosted members receive 1-day processing on redemptions, while other levels take up to 3 business days. Skrill and Trustly’s processing times can add another 1-2 days.

Overall User Experience – Is WOW Vegas Fun to Play At?
WOW Vegas delivers a user-friendly platform with plenty of extra features that will appeal to both new and experienced players. From exploring games to redeeming prizes, I had a great time exploring everything this casino has to offer.
Desktop
The WOW Vegas website drew me in right away with its colorful design. There are blue and purple icons set against a black background, and every inch is used to showcase its features. You can actually change the background from black to white with a toggle located in the user menu, but I find the black to be bolder and more stylish.
Speaking of the menu, everything you’ll need is organized in categories along the left-hand side of the screen. Your coin balances and VIP status are shown at the top, followed by the game lobby with 10 featured categories, and then links to player profile and customer support.
If you’ve reached “Shooting Star” status with the VIP program, you’ll also be able to access the community chat feature to connect with other WOW Vegas players. The chat opens up on the right side of the page and takes up a lot of room, but you can close it to focus more on gameplay.
I would actually like to see WOW Vegas open this feature up to all players, since reserving it for certain tier players feels counterproductive to building a community.
The game lobby starts with some featured promotions at the top, as well as the player leaderboard. Scroll down and you’ll find games sorted into 12 categories, including New, Popular, and Exclusive titles. You can also filter games by software provider, with 24 to choose from including giant Pragmatic Play and indies like King Show Games and SlotGarten.
WOW Vegas adds a few fun touches to their game selection, like the Random Game generator that will choose a title for you. There’s also a link to a page called “Paris x WOW Vegas” which highlights some social media promos from WOW Vegas’s brand ambassador. It’s a cute page to explore, but I would have enjoyed it more if Paris actually recommended some specific games to show she’s familiar with the casino.
Mobile
WOW Vegas doesn’t have a separate app for its casino, but if you like to play games on the go you can log into the site through a mobile browser. I tested WOW Vegas on my iPhone and iPad and found both to be a smooth experience.
You can play in both landscape and portrait mode, but I recommend portrait to see the site’s features more clearly. The user menu will take up much of the smaller screen, so I also recommend minimizing it for gameplay.
Although I like the bigger display size on my desktop screen, I find that the graphics actually look sharper on mobile. Games load quickly, and with the touch screen and my lightning fingers I found playing games to be really smooth.
I’d like to see WOW Vegas introduce an app in the future because I would definitely download it, but I’m happy with the mobile app for now.
Is the Customer Support Any Good?
The customer support on offer is pretty good, but there is definitely room for improvement.
You can contact WOW Vegas customer support either by emailing [email protected] or filling out the email form on their site. The customer support link can be found near the bottom of the website’s user menu.
I was disappointed that they don’t offer phone or live chat as an option, especially since they claim to have 24/7 customer help. Oddly enough, the icon for customer support is a phone headset even though WOW Vegas doesn’t offer that option.
I submitted a ticket asking some simple questions about their VIP program, and received a response within two hours. This is a good response time for email, but I can’t help comparing it to the instant communication of a live chat.
Still, they answered my questions in a friendly manner. I felt like a human took the time to answer my email, instead of receiving a canned AI response.
For simple questions, I recommend WOW Vegas’s FAQ page, which offers 11 categories of frequently asked questions. I found it helpful to answer some questions that I had about jackpots and redemptions.
Overall, I find WOW Vegas’s customer support to be helpful, but wish there were more contact options. Live chat especially is becoming standard for most customer-facing websites in 2025, so I’d like to see WOW Vegas adopt it.Here is a list of the customer support options at WOW Vegas:
- E-mail [email protected]
- Fill out the form by clicking “Submit a request” on their help page
Is WOW Vegas Trustworthy?
Yes, WOW Vegas is a trustworthy choice for a sweepstakes casino. It’s owned by MW Services Limited, and is legally available to play in 45 US states.
WOW Vegas keeps the experience safe for players by using SSL encryption technology to keep data secure. They also follow Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks during the prize redemption process.
WOW Vegas partners with respected game developers that use Random Number Generator technology to ensure fair play. It also provides transparent information about sweepstakes regulations to its players.
Who Owns WOW Vegas Casino?
WOW Vegas is owned by WOW Entertainment Limited, a division of MW Services Limited. MW Services Ltd. is a reputable company based in Gibraltar.
WOW Vegas has been operating since 2021 in both the United States and Canada. In the US, WOW Vegas operates fairly according to sweepstakes law, and is currently available in all states except Washington, Michigan, Idaho, Nevada and Connecticut.
MW Services Ltd. has a website that focuses largely on its work as a digital marketing agency but lacks information about WOW Vegas. However, on WOW Vegas’s website the company’s registration number and address are clearly listed.
In 2024, MW Services Ltd. launched a second social casino, GoldNLuck.com.
What Do the Reviews Say?
WOW Vegas has received positive feedback from its players, with a solid rating of 4.2 stars out of 5 on TrustPilot. With a total of 3,836 reviews, 70% of them give WOW Vegas a 5-star rating.
Fans of WOW Vegas praise the game selection as well as the VIP program. Several players call WOW Vegas their “favorite” or “must-stop” social casino, and one TrustPilot reviewer even says “To be honest… I’m in love.”
Negative reviews mention problems with receiving redemption winnings. I noticed that some unhappy players left several reviews, which likely skews the 1-star ratings. However, I was pleased to see that WOW Vegas responds to both the positive and negative reviews, usually within a day or two of the initial review.
Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?
WOW Vegas provides a Responsible Gaming page, which can be found in the links at the bottom of the website page. On this page, the casino states that it’s “committed to promoting and ensuring responsible gaming and social responsibility at all times.”
There are numerous categories of information here, including tips for players to keep track of their spending and tips for parents to protect minors. WOW Vegas also allows players to set spending limits, deactivate their account, or register for self-exclusion. These can be done by contacting customer support at [email protected].
While the Responsible Gaming page is extensive, it’s one section of WOW Vegas’s site that I think could be made more user-friendly. Information is buried in paragraphs of text and links to resources are hard to find.
I would love to see WOW Vegas take that extra step to make their responsible gaming resources appear more accessible and encouraging to players that are seeking help.
What’s The Difference Between WOW Vegas and a Real Money Casino?
WOW Vegas is a sweepstakes casino, which means you never have to spend money to enjoy casino-style games. Unlike real-money online casinos, sweepstakes casinos aren’t considered gambling sites. This means they’re more widely available, even in states that restrict online gambling.
Instead of real currency, WOW Vegas uses WOW Coins and Sweepstakes Coins for its gameplay. These coins are available for free by claiming various promotions. Players can also choose to top up their coins by purchasing additional packages, but spending money is not necessary to play.
At WOW Vegas, WOW Coins can only be used for playing on the website. While you can’t win real money through the games themselves, winning Sweepstakes Coins can be redeemed for gift cards or cash prizes once you’ve met certain requirements.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
We rate sweepstakes casinos through hands-on testing that reflects our direct experience. We sign up for an account and explore each casino as a new player, noting both the positive and negative aspects of a site.
We’ll spend a minimum of 10 hours on user testing, divided between five key areas of focus:
- Promotions & Bonuses: We claim every available bonus offered at a sweeps casino. This includes the sign-up bonus, as well as daily rewards, tournaments, social media promos, and more. We share tips on how to claim these bonuses and compare them to the offers at other casinos.
- Game Selection: We couldn’t write a casino review without playing the games! We play as many games as possible, looking at each title’s added features, jackpot size, graphics and sound, and more. We’re looking for platforms that offer a wide range of games from leading software developers including slots, table games, live dealers, and other casino favorites.
- Payment Options: We evaluate how easy it is to make purchases and redemptions. This means buying coin packages, reviewing the payment process, and comparing which methods are accepted from credit cards to e-wallets. We also go through the redemption process, looking at things like minimum redemption limits and how long the process takes.
- User Experience: We put ourselves in your shoes and tell you how it feels to play at a particular casino. This includes everything from visual design to user features. We’ll let you know if a site is welcoming to new players, or better suited to experienced users. We also test the site on numerous devices to compare the desktop and mobile experience, including a dedicated app if available.
- Customer Support: We look at the various ways to reach customer support, including live chat, phone and email. We’ll contact them directly to see how fast and friendly they are in answering our questions, and love to see customer support that’s available 24/7.
All of this information is collated into our customized rating system allowing you to see everything you need to know about a casino at a glance.

Would I Recommend WOW Vegas?
I would easily recommend WOW Vegas to both new and experienced players, as it delivers on game variety, site performance, and player perks. As spokesperson Paris Hilton would say, “that’s hot!”
With nearly 1,600 games, I could spend hours exploring games with different themes and levels of difficulty. I appreciate that WOW Vegas highlights Slingo, Megaways, Hold and Wins, and other game categories in the lobby to help me find something new.
Their promotions are a standout feature, as well. Every day that I logged in, I saw daily prizes, happy hours, and leaderboard races to enter. Their 3-day welcome bonus of 250,000 WOW Coins and 5 Sweepstakes Coins is a generous amount to get started as a new player.
There are a few areas of improvement, of course. I’d like to see WOW Vegas provide a live chat option for faster customer service, as well as more lower-priced coin packages. They also lack a dedicated app, which would make it easier to play WOW Vegas while on the go.
However, despite these drawbacks WOW Vegas delivers everything I expect from a sweepstakes casino when it comes to appearing professional and – most importantly – fun.
