Sweeptastic Casino

Sweeptastic is a sweepstakes casino that launched in 2023 and is currently available in 45 states. My highlight of this sweepstakes casino was the gaming library with over 1,170 titles, including slots, poker, dice, and scratch cards.

My Sweeptastic review will cover everything you need to know about this casino before signing up, including promotions, games, purchases, redemptions, usability, customer support, and how to get the Sweeptastic bonus for new players.

Sweeptastic Promotions and Bonuses

Sweeptastic could do with improving their range of bonuses. Outside of the no-deposit bonus, loyalty program, and some tournaments, interesting offers were on the ground during the week I spent playing on the site.

I struggled to get free LC and SC during my gaming, which was a real disappointment. The daily login bonus would typically fill this gap, but Sweeptastic doesn’t have one. It also doesn’t offer any social media giveaways, referral bonuses, or other unique promotions.

How I Claimed Sweeptastic’s No Deposit Bonus

Sweeptastic gives new players 10,000 Lucky Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins as their no-deposit sweeps welcome bonus. At first, I thought there wasn’t a Sweeptastic no deposit bonus, as there was no pop-up or information when creating my account. I stumbled upon it after visiting the Coin Store, which was a bit strange.

  1. I signed up by clicking the “Sign Up” icon in the top right corner and inputting my details.
  2. After I’d created my account, I didn’t realize that there was a welcome bonus. I filled out my profile and then went to purchase Lucky Coins. Here, I noticed that I had free coins waiting to be collected.
  3. I clicked the “Claim Free Coins” button, and my bonus of 10,000 Lucky Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins was credited to my account. This meant that I could start playing games immediately.

They should just add the coins to your account automatically after registrations in my opinion, or at least do a better job of telling you how to get them.

No Sweeptastic bonus code is needed for any of the promotions.

How Does The Sign Up Bonus Compare To Other Sweeps Casinos?

The Sweeptastic sign up offer is smaller than what I’m used to from other sweepstakes casinos. I found that I burned through it quite quickly, but at least I was able to test out both LC and SC mode.

Sweeptastic gives you 10,000 Lucky Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins. Sweepstakes casinos don’t hand out a huge number of SC in their welcome bonuses; typically, it’ll be between 1 to 3 SC. So, I wasn’t surprised by Sweeptastic’s 1 SC – even though it’s on the lower end of the spectrum.

Some sites, like Zula Casino, give out 10 SC, but this is rare. Fortune Wheel doesn’t even provide any SC for new players. So, I was happy that Sweeptastic at least lets you test out SC mode.

The amount of Gold Coins, or in this case, Lucky Coins, is low compared to competitors. RealPrize, for example, provides 100,000 GC. However, unlike with SC, it can be complicated to compare GC at different sites due to different GC gaming limits. That said, even a site with similar limits to Sweeptastic like Hello Millions provides 15,000 GC, along with 2.5 SC.

Overall, Sweeptastic provides a decent number of coins, but there is room for improvement.

Other Sweeptastic Promotions April 2025

Take a look at the available promotions at Sweeptastic in April2025:

First-Purchase Deal

Sweeptastic Welcome Offer

New players receive a special deal on their first purchase. I grabbed this deal myself after I’d used up my welcome bonus. As soon as I logged into the site, I was greeted with a banner of the welcome offer. You can get 20,000 LC and 20 free SC for $9.99. Originally, this package would be $20, so it’s a 100% boost on your first purchase.

Players’ Club

Sweeptastic’s loyalty program is called “Players’ Club” and consists of 23 levels. While I was happy that there is at least a rewards scheme, I did have a few issues with it. For one, I thought that it was a bit boring; there wasn’t a fun theme or structure, and it’s just simply Level 1 to Level 23. It doesn’t inspire participation.

My other problem was the rewards. I didn’t feel very encouraged to progress in the scheme as there’s no guaranteed reward for each level, and when there is, they are pretty low. For example, the first reward that you receive is at Level 3 but it is just 1,000 LC. You only get SC as a reward at Level 20. I also didn’t like how the SC awarded from Level 22 has an extra playthrough requirement.

Each level has different completion criteria, which makes the whole structure quite confusing. For instance, it is easy to advance through Level 1, as you get 1 point for every spin. However, when you get to Level 5, it randomly changes to 5 points for every spin of at least 5 SC and 1 point for every spin of at least 10,000 LC.

The real benefits are only unlocked when you reach Level 23. Then, you gain access to the VIP Club, which unlocks further perks, including a welcome package, tailored rewards, priority redemptions, exclusive benefits, and bespoke gifts.

Here’s the full structure:

Points Required Completion Criteria Completion Reward
Level 1 0 to 1,000 1 point for every spin
Level 2 1,000 to 5,000 1 point for every spin + 100 points for every purchase
Level 3 5,000 to 10,000 1 point for every spin 1,000 LC
Level 4 10,000 to 20,000 1 point for every game round 1,000 LC
Level 5 20,000 to 30,000 5 points for every spin with at least 5 SC + 1 point for every spin of at least 10,000 LC
Level 6 30,000 to 40,000 20 points for every purchase, 500 points for every purchase of $100 and more, + 1 point for every spin on select slots
Level 7 40,000 to 50,000 1 point for every game around on BGaming games + 500 points for every 2nd purchase of $100 and more
Level 8 50,000 to 60,000 1 point for every spin on select BGaming slots
Level 9 60,000 to 70,000 1 point for every game 5,000 LC
Level 10 70,000 to 80,000 1 point for every spin
Level 11 80,000 to 90,000 1 point for every spin
Level 12 90,000 to 100,000 1 point for every spin
Level 13 100,000 to 110,000 1 point for every spin
Level 14 110,000 to 120,000 1 point for every spin
Level 15 120,000 to 130,000 Play Halloween games to level up
Level 16 130,000 to 140,000 1 point for every fruit slot

Level 23 (VIP) 200,000+ 1 point for every spin Access to VIP Club

Game of the Week

Every Friday, Sweepstastic has a new “Game of the Week,” which can be played to win free LC and SC. I enjoyed this promotion as it allowed me to explore a new game that I wouldn’t necessarily pick myself.

All you need to do to participate is spin at least 1 SC or 100 LC to qualify for the selected slot. For example, during my review period, it was Floating Dragon – Year of the Snake. Players are ranked on a leaderboard based on their wins relative to their spins. You’ll receive a prize in LC and SC if you finish in the top ten. The winners are announced on the following Friday.

Deal of the Week

Sweeptastic has special offers on Lucky Coin packages each week. Every Monday, players are given two new deals, which can be seen by visiting the Coin Store. It’s always worth considering these offers if you’re looking to make a purchase, as you’ll get more bang for your buck. Plus, each purchase of Lucky Coins comes with a free reward of Sweeps Coins.

Mail-In Requests

Players can also request free Sweeps Coins by sending a letter to Sweeptastic’s registered address. The letter must be handwritten and include your unique code, full name, date of birth, email address, address, and request statement. You can find your unique code by going to the “Sweeps Rules” section, scrolling down, and clicking the link “Sweepstakes Coins Request Code.”

Once your request has been approved, you’ll get 5 SC, which I thought was quite good compared to the mail-in requests of other competitors. Since getting free SC at Sweeptastic is difficult, I’d recommend making the most of this offer.

My Experience Opening an Account at Sweeptastic

Opening an account at Sweeptastic only took a few minutes, and then I could start using the website and playing games.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

  • Load the website. Firstly, load the website on your phone or desktop. I prefer to use my laptop as I like the bigger screen for gaming. Then, click the “Sign Up” icon in the top right corner.
  • Create an account. Next, I had to create a username and password, as well as type in my email address. I was prompted to re-enter the password to ensure there wasn’t any mistake.
  • Agree to the terms. Following this, I had to accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by ticking a box. I make a habit of going over this to save any possible hassle in the future. It doesn’t take too long, and you want to know what you’re agreeing to. I also checked the box to opt into promotional emails so that I could stay in the loop.
  • Fill out your profile. I was able to use the site and fill out the rest of my profile by clicking “My Account” in the menu. I had to provide my personal information, including my full name, date of birth, address, and phone number.
  • Verify your account. I also wanted to get verification out of the way at the start so that redemptions would be easier. This is done through an external website called Jumio. You’ll just need to upload a valid ID, such as an ID card, driver’s license, passport, or Visa.

What I Liked and Disliked About Sweeptastic

My highlight of Sweeptastic was the gaming library. It has over 1,150 slots, as well as a few other types of games to spice up your experience. Their commitment to responsible gaming also stood out to me, as this is something that can be overlooked at sweepstakes casinos.

However, receiving free coins was more difficult than usual because there wasn’t a daily bonus or other standard promotions. Other missing features include live dealer games, live chat, phone number, and gift card redemptions.

My Thoughts On The Game Selection At Sweeptastic

Live Dealer Games
Average RTP 96%
Game Providers 1Spin4Win, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, BetSoft, Belatra, Booming Games, Gameart, Novomatic, Pragmatic Play
Demo Play Not available

Sweeptastic has a huge library of over 1,170 games, including slots, jackpots, poker, and scratch cards. It was nice to see a little variety in the collection, even if slots are clearly the main selling point.

It’s not perfect, though, there is still room for improvement by adding live dealers or other table games aside from poker and dice. Live dealer games in particular are becoming more and more popular in sweepstakes gaming.

Games are provided by some of the leading names in the industry, such as 1Spin4Win, 3 Oaks Gaming, BGaming, BetSoft, Belatra, Booming Games, Gameart, Novomatic, and Pragmatic Play, with a good combination of classic titles and brand new releases. So, you know that you’re getting a top-quality collection at Sweepstastic.

Slots

Slots are Sweeptastic’s bread and butter, with 1,150 titles to explore. This is on the higher end for a sweepstakes casino. Other sites like High 5 Casino, with 1,500 slots, and Stake.us, with 1,100, are leading the industry, but in truth most casinos don’t reach the 1,000 mark. So, Sweeptastic is outpacing most competitors in this area.

There are various themes and types of slots in this collection. You can delve into 19 jackpots, 79 Hold & Wins, and 33 Megaways. Popular themes include mythical, the Wild West, and Oriental. I was also happy to find a couple of exclusive games, which is always a nice touch.

I was particularly impressed by the number of Pragmatic Play titles, as I’m a big fan of this software provider. I could revisit classic favorites like Big Bass Splash, Gates of Olympus, and Sugar Rush. Their Megaways games are another highlight, adding an exciting twist with their dynamic reels.

At the same time, there were a few software providers that I wasn’t as familiar with, like Belatra and Gameart. So, it was fun to try out new titles that I hadn’t come across before.

Sweeptastic Floating Dragon

I had a lot of fun with Sweeptastic’s pick for the “Game of the Week,” Floating Dragon Year of the Snake. I was impressed with how many regular, sizable wins I had, which made it worth my time while adding to my ranking on the leaderboard.

Table Games

Sweeptastic has a selection of three poker titles and ten dice games. I was disappointed that there weren’t any other table games like roulette, blackjack, or baccarat, but I was happy that they at least had a couple of poker and dice titles to mix up my gaming.

I love it  when a sweepstakes casino has multiple poker games, as it means that I can get some practice and refine my strategy. Plus, video poker is entirely different from slot gaming, so it was a refreshing break in gaming. Sweeptastic has Caribbean Stud Poker, Caribbean Poker, and Triple Edge Poker. I mostly spent time playing Triple Edge Poker and got a few good wins under my belt.

Dice is a lot simpler than poker. I was surprised to see ten titles available, as usually there are only one or two standard variants, so it was fun to try out different themes. Sweeptastic has the following Dice games, with some interesting feature and side bets thrown into the standard format:

  • Lucky Dragon MultiDice X
  • Dice Bonanza
  • Dice Million
  • Joker’s Jewels Dice
  • Scratch Dice
  • Wild Cash Dice
  • Snakes And Ladders Megadice
  • Sweet Bonanza Dice
  • The Dog House Dice Show
  • Roll the Dice

Scratch Cards

Players can also enjoy various scratch card games, including Scratch Alpaca, King of Jumping Scratch, Ice Scratch Gold, Ice Scratch Silver, Piggy Bank Scratch, Scratch Alpaca Silver, and Scratch Alpaca Bronze.

These games work just like lottery scratch cards; you simply scratch off to reveal if you’ve won any matching prizes. After a while, I got a little tired of the game as there wasn’t much action, and I didn’t win any big prizes. That said, it still was nice to explore something a little different than usual, especially for casual gaming, as they’re less intense than slots or poker.

Sweeptastic’s Payment and Redemption Experience

Games can be enjoyed for free at Sweeptastic, where you can get Lucky Coins and Sweeps Coins through promotions. However, from my experience, they aren’t as generous with giving out free coins as other sweepstakes casinos that I’ve used, mainly because there isn’t a daily bonus.

After I signed up, I received 10,000 Lucky Coins and 1 Sweeps Coins to kick off my gaming, which I found didn’t last me very long.

There is no requirement to open your wallet, but since I wanted to fully test this site for the review, I did make a few purchases. Only Lucky Coins can be purchased, but many of the LC packages come with a bonus of Sweeps Coins.

Purchasing LC at Sweeptastic was pretty standard, similar to what I’m used to at other sweepstakes casinos. However, the redemption process was a letdown as it is limited to only bank transfer and requires a minimum of 100 SC.

Sweeptastic Payment Details
Payment methods Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Instant Bank Transfer
Minimum purchase $1
Minimum prize redemption 100 SC
Prize redemption time 2 to 3 days

Payments

Lucky Coins can be purchased with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and instant bank transfer. I wasn’t surprised by the limited number of payment methods, as sweepstakes casinos don’t tend to have many options, and I was happy to be able to choose between bank cards or a direct transfer

However, the selection could be improved by adding e-wallets (like Skrill) or cryptocurrencies. These options are becoming more popular in sweepstakes gaming and provide a more modern way of paying online, in my opinion. Plus, they have high levels of security.

Lucky Coins can be purchased in packages ranging from just $1 for 1,000 LC going up to $999.99 for 1,000,000 LC. It was great to see such a range, accommodating players with any kind of budget.

Here are the standard packages:

  • $1: 1,000 LC
  • $4.99: 5,000 LC + 5 free SC
  • $9.99: 10,000 LC + 10 free SC
  • $19.99: 20,000 LC + 20 free SC
  • $49.99: 50,000 LC + 50 free SC
  • $99.99: 100,000 LC + 100 free SC
  • $299.99: 300,000 LC + 300 free SC
  • $499.99: 500,000 LC + 500 free SC
  • $999.99: 1,000,000 LC + 1,000 free SC

For my first purchase, I went with the $9.99 first purchase bonus, which is normally priced at $19.99.

I used my Visa debit card for this purchase, which is a convenient and familiar option. All I needed to do was enter my card information, name, address, and phone number then click “Submit.” My Lucky Coins and the free bonus of Sweeps Coins were immediately available in my account for gaming. Mastercard debit cards are also supported.

Here’s how to make a purchase:

  1. Click “Get Coins” on the left-hand side.
  2. Choose an LC package.
  3. Pick a credit card/debit card or instant bank transfer.
  4. Enter your banking information.
  5. Click “Submit.”
  6. Confirm the transaction in your banking app (if needed).

I was impressed that I could use American Express as a payment method, as I don’t come across that often in sweepstakes gaming. I like using Amex because I can rack up points on my card. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards also are accepted.

I also made a purchase later in the week using an instant bank transfer. Sweepstastic is partnered with Plaid to facilitate this. I had to enter my phone number, choose my bank, and then log into my bank through its portal. My transaction was immediately processed.

Redemptions

Sweeps Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes. I was disappointed that gift cards weren’t available and you’re restricted to bank transfer for any prizes. You must play through SC once before you can redeem them, except for certain rewards in the loyalty program that have a higher wagering requirement.

1 Sweeps Coin has the value of $1. You must collect a minimum of 100 SC before requesting a redemption. While this is on the higher side, it isn’t uncommon for 100 SC to be required for a cash prize. However, I have seen it as low as 50 SC.

This is why it is especially disappointing that gift card redemptions aren’t available. They usually have a lower minimum and are more achievable for casual players.

Here’s how to make a redemption:

  1. Verify your account.
  2. Provide your banking information.
  3. Go to “Redeem” in the main menu.
  4. Enter your redemption amount.
  5. Click to confirm.
  6. Wait for processing.

After a lot of gaming, I managed to collect 100 SC that I could redeem. I wouldn’t have been able to do this if I hadn’t made any purchases.

I sent off my request to the Sweeptastic team, and my cash prize arrived in my bank account after three days. This is the normal processing time for bank transfers. I’d prefer if they had gift cards, e-wallets, or debit cards as redemption methods since they’re usually faster. Still, it was straightforward to get my cash prize, and I didn’t run into any issues.

Before you make a redemption, you’ll need to add your bank details. This can be filled out under “Bank Details” in your “Account.” You simply need to add your account type, ABA routing number, bank name, bank account number, account holder name, and upload a bank statement.

Overall User Experience – Is Sweeptastic Fun to Play At?

Sweeptastic has a simple, clean, and user-friendly design that is perfect for beginners. You can access the website on your phone or desktop, but unfortunately, there isn’t a mobile app. Overall, I was quite pleased with my experience exploring and testing the site; there weren’t any major issues.

Desktop

Sweeptastic has a modern and clean interface. While it isn’t groundbreaking, its simplicity has a certain charm. It’s a great option for beginners who are looking for something uncomplicated that focuses on gaming.

Sweeptastic Homepage Promotions

The site is easy enough to find your way around. On the left-hand side, there’s a menu with the main features. Here, you can also switch between LC and SC mode and see your balance. All of the technical stuff can be found at the very bottom of the platform. I did dislike how much of the screen the advertisement banner took up. Strangely, the interface didn’t quite fit my screen as you can see on the right side. It isn’t a big issue, but it’s a little annoying.

I was very satisfied with how the games lobby is organized. Usually, I always find that game lobbies lack categories or an intuitive layout, but I didn’t feel that way at Sweeptastic. Considering it is quite a big collection, I never felt overwhelmed or that I couldn’t find a game suited to my preferences. Games are sorted into the following main categories:

  • Explore
  • Pragmatic Play
  • Jackpots
  • Hold & Win
  • Popular Games
  • Megaways
  • Game Types
  • Game Studios
  • All Games
  • My Games

I particularly appreciated the “Game Types” and “Game Studios” categories, where you can sort by slot type, various themes, and software providers. It was also useful to have a “My Games” section where I could bookmark my favorite titles for quick access. If you have a specific title in mind, you can look for it by using the search bar.

Every page or game that I clicked on loaded quickly. I didn’t experience any freezing or crashing out, so in terms of performance, it gets full marks from me.

There is a slight lack of refinement about the site. For instance, I noticed a few spelling mistakes dotted about or outdated information. Another example was when I clicked on the linked “Responsible Social Gaming” page in the Help Centre, it came up with an error code, but they do have a separate “Player Safety” page. Small things like this can make a platform feel unpolished.

Mobile

Sweeptastic can be accessed on your phone through a mobile browser. While it doesn’t have an app, this isn’t too surprising, as most sweepstakes casinos don’t offer apps. Using the website on my phone was pretty much the same as using it on my laptop. The only difference is that the menu is on the bottom to fit the smaller space.

Although I enjoyed gaming on my laptop because of the bigger screen, the benefit of my phone was the convenience. I could easily access my account, play a quick game, and request a redemption with just a few taps, no matter where I was. If you’re regularly on the go, it’s a great and useful option, especially since there isn’t a drop in quality from desktop to phone.

It would be nice to see a dedicated app in the future for an even better mobile experience, but for now, I’m satisfied with the website’s performance through a mobile browser.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

Customer support at Sweeptastic can be contacted through email or the chat feature. Although it was disappointing to find that there wasn’t a live chat, my interactions were still positive, and I received all the information that I needed for this review.

Starting off, I always take a look at the Help Centre or FAQ section to see how helpful it is. Sweeptastic’s help section is under “Help” at the bottom of the main menu. It answered most of my basic questions, so I was quite pleased with it.

For my remaining queries, I got in touch with customer support. First, I clicked the floating chat icon in the bottom right corner. I was asked for my name and email before I could send a message. I waited a while and didn’t receive a reply until three hours later.

From what I can tell, it isn’t a 24/7 live chat where you’re immediately connected with an agent. Players can send off a message, and a representative will reply in their own time. So, the wait time can vary. This was a little frustrating as I expected to be able to message back and forth with someone so that any questions that I had could be answered instantly.

When I did get a response, it was informative and detailed. However, it lacked the personal approach you’d normally get from real-time interaction, like a proper live chat or phone number. It’s also worth taking into account that they only reply during working hours, so you won’t receive a reply late at night or early in the morning.

I also sent an email to [email protected]. This functioned just like the chat feature on the site but was sent to my inbox instead. My email was responded to in two hours, which is quite fast for email support. However, I thought using the chat was easier because it kept everything on the platform, and I could clearly see all our communication.

Overall, while I got all the answers that I wanted, I still think Sweeptastic could benefit from a proper live chat where you message directly with an agent around the clock.

Is Sweeptastic Trustworthy?

Sweeptastic is a well-known sweepstakes casino that has been around since 2023. It is legally available in 45 states. Unlike traditional real-money casinos, Sweeptastic isn’t under strict regulatory oversight, but it does follow sweepstakes laws to ensure legality.

The games library is powered by top software providers who use RNGs (Random Number Generators) to ensure that game outcomes are fair and random. Sweepstastic also has advanced encryption technology to protect the personal and financial information of users. Additionally, players must undertake a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including identity verification, before any prizes can be claimed.

Who Owns Sweeptastic?

Sweeptastic is owned by Heuston Gaming, a social gaming operator based in Ireland. Established in 2022, it is a small company with only around 50 employees. Heuston Gaming doesn’t operate any other sweepstakes casino, so its focus appears to be on managing Sweeptastic. Its primary location is in Dublin, but it also has locations in Malta and Oregon.

What Do the Reviews Say?

Sweeptastic has a high 4.3 rating on TrustPilot from 263 reviews. While it doesn’t have that many reviews, I was still impressed with the positive user feedback.

In fact, 74% of users have given the platform a perfect 5-star rating. Many of these reviews highlight the customer service as excellent, resolving any issues in a timely manner. There’s also a lot of praise for the library of games, particularly the number of Pragmatic Play slots.

On the flip side, 11% of reviewers have rated it 1-star. Many issues revolve around redeeming prizes, the lack of free Sweeps Coins, and a few about the site crashing. Unfortunately, Sweeptastic is inactive on TrustPilot, so all these reviews remain unanswered.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Sweeptastic provides a lot of information and various tools for players to manage gaming activity and play responsibly. I was pleased with their commitment to creating a safe environment for their users.

Players can find the responsible gaming page under “Player Safety” at the bottom of the site. This page has information about the specific tools that can be set, which are as follows:

  • Purchase Limit: Players can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount of LC they can purchase.
  • Play Limit: They can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the maximum amount of coins they can play.
  • Time Limit: They can set a limit on the time they spend logged into the website per day.
  • Activity Check: They can set reminders about time spent on the website.
  • Timeout: They can take a short break from gameplay and purchases.
  • Self-Exclusion: They can suspend their account for six months, one year, three years, or indefinitely.
  • Close Account: They can choose to close their account permanently.

There’s also a self-assessment questionnaire, tips for safe gaming, and what you should do if someone you know has a problem. It’s a comprehensive page, which impressed me as this is an area that is often overlooked in sweepstakes gaming. The only criticism is that the page could be laid out better; it’s essentially just a huge lump of text.

What’s the Difference Between Sweeptastic and a Real Money Casino?

Sweetastic is a sweepstakes casino that is different from a real-money casino because virtual currencies are used to play games instead of free money. This model places it under sweepstakes laws, not regular gambling laws. This means it’s perfectly legal and free to play in places where real-money online casinos aren’t allowed, and Sweepstastic doesn’t require a gambling license.

Players at sweepstakes casinos don’t make real cash deposits or withdrawals. Instead, they play with two kinds of virtual currency: Lucky Coins, also known as Gold Coins, and Sweeps Coins. These coins can be gained for free through promotions. Lucky Coins can only be used on the site; however, winning Sweep Coins can be redeemed for cash prizes.

Nevertheless, you can’t win money directly through casino games, as you do in a real money casino.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

Our approach to rating sweepstakes casinos is deeply immersive, reflecting the true player experience. We personally sign up and use each sweepstakes casino just like a typical player to provide honest feedback.

During our week-long review period, we allocate two hours daily to each of the key areas:

  1. Bonuses & Promotions: We claim all available promotions, starting with the no-deposit bonus. We also participate in tournaments, enter social media giveaways, log in daily for rewards, and more. We understand that there should be plenty of ways for players to receive free coins for gaming.
  2. Games: This is the highlight! We get to play a mix of games to discern the quality and variety of the library. We look for slots, table games, live dealers, and other types of games. We particularly like to see games from leading software providers, brand new releases to keep the menu fresh, and exclusive in-house games.
  3. Payment Options: We directly purchase Gold Coins and test out the payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. We also request redemptions by collecting SC through gaming, assessing their processing times and the available options.
  4. User Experience: We explore the sweepstakes casino’s usability on desktop and mobile, examining the navigation, design, and performance. We highlight whether it is better for beginners or more experienced players. By exploring ourselves, we can see how user-friendly and intuitive it is. We also test the mobile app, if there is one.
  5. Customer Support: We contact customer support through all available channels, including email, phone, and live chat, to measure the quality of their assistance. We like to see agents that are well-informed, polite, and fast in their replies.

Would I Recommend Sweeptastic?

It’s a bit of a mixed bag at Sweeptastic. There were a few things that I enjoyed and appreciated, but there is definitely room for improvement in key areas.

Let’s start with what I liked. My highlight of the site was the gaming library. There are 1,170 titles, which is on par with the top collections available in sweepstakes gaming. If you’re a slot lover, this site is for you. I was also impressed to see the selection of poker, dice, and scratch card games.

Considering the size of the collection, another positive was how well-organized its game lobby is. I could easily explore and discover games. My other standout feature was the responsible gaming tools. I’m a big fan of Sweeptastic’s commitment to creating a safe and enjoyable environment for players.

However, my biggest issue was with the promotions. After I’d used up the welcome bonus, which didn’t take long, I found it challenging to accumulate free Lucky Coins and Sweeps Coins during my review period. There are no daily bonuses, referral bonuses, or social media giveaways. Plus, I wasn’t a fan of the promotions that they do have, like the Players’ Club, which is bland and lacks good rewards.

There are a few other things that could be improved. There’s no way to receive direct help from customer support, as there’s no live chat or phone number. You also won’t find any live dealers, roulette, blackjack, or baccarat titles in the library. Additionally, there aren’t any gift card redemptions.

I think Sweeptastic could become a leading sweepstakes casino if it upgraded its promotions to make it easier for players to receive free LC and SC, which is integral to sweepstakes gaming.
