Sportzino is a social sportsbook and casino that went live in December 2023. It’s an impressive platform that does it all, with more than 1,000 casino games, dozens of sports for betting and tons of ongoing promotions.
My Sportzino review covers everything you need to know. I’m diving into all their promotions, playing games, buying coins, redeeming prizes, and much more.

Sportzino Promotions and Bonuses
Sportzino offers plenty of ways to claim free GC and SC through various promotions, and that’s immediately clear from their juiced-up welcome bonus. I received 170,000 GC and 7 free SC after signing up, verifying my phone, and linking my social media accounts.
I was similarly impressed by their daily login reward, which promises 20,000 GC and 1 free SC on Day 1 with increasing rewards over time.
Sportzino goes the extra mile to host equal promotions for both casino and sports lovers, which I appreciate. They have a VIP program, boosted parlays, and host frequent tournaments.
I opted into every bonus being offered at Sportzino, and I’m showing you how to do the same.
How I Claimed Sportzino’s No-Deposit Bonus
I got 20,000 GC and 1 free SC immediately after signing up, but you can get a maximum of 170,000 GC and 7 free SC by taking a few extra steps as your no-deposit welcome bonus. Here’s how to get started:
- I entered my personal information, ticked the boxes to agree with Sportzino’s terms, and clicked “Create Free Account” to sign up. I was redirected to Sportzino’s homepage with 20,000 GC and 1 SC in my account.
- Next, I was prompted to connect my account with Facebook, verify my phone number, consent to email/SMS promotions, link my existing Google account, and claim Sportzino’s initial daily login reward by following the instructions on their pop-ups.
- I claimed a total of 170,000 GC and 7 free SC in the process of finishing these steps. I was able to play games immediately after signing up, but I found it very easy to complete the steps to unlock the full amount of coins available.
Check out how the full bonus breaks down below. If you want to skip a step, like avoiding SMS promos for instance, you will simply forego that part of the bonus.
- Sign Up: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Connect Facebook: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Verify phone number: 30,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Consent to email promos: 30,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Consent to SMS promos: 30,000 GC + 1 free SC
- First daily login reward: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Google sign-in reward: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
Sportzino Bonus Code
There’s no Sportzino bonus code required to participate in any of their bonuses or promotions.
How Does The Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?
The sign-up bonus at Sportzino is very generous compared to the no-deposit offers I’ve claimed from other established sweepstakes platforms.
I received 170,000 GC and 7 free SC after signing up and taking the simple steps to verify my account.
Generally speaking, I’m used to getting between 1-3 SC as a starting bonus, while GC numbers vary a lot. For instance, McLuck Casino and Hello Millions both start new players off with 2.5 SC. In comparison, Sportzino’s offer is impressive.
Other Sportzino Promotions in January 2025
Here’s a rundown of the latest bonuses, promotions, and events at Sportzino:
Daily Bonus
Sportzino gives players a variable daily login bonus, starting at 20,000 GC and 1 free SC. If you log into your account for seven days in a row, you’ll get 37,500 GC and 1.5 free SC on Day 7. However, it’s a little odd to me that the bonuses go down over time, as well as up.
Here’s a closer look at what’s available for players that sign in consistently:
- Day 1 – 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Day 2 – 15,000 GC + 0.75 free SC
- Day 3 – 10,000 GC + 0.5 free SC
- Day 4 – 24,000 GC + 1.2 free SC
- Day 5 – 10,000 GC + 0.5 free SC
- Day 6 – 11,000 GC + 0.55 free SC
- Day 7 – 37,500 GC + 1.5 free SC
Factoring in the lower value days and the variation, this is a pretty good bonus. It works out at around 0.65 SC per day on average, which is a decent amount in my experience.
I’ve seen casinos that offer more, like Zula Casino which hands out a flat 10,000 GC and 1 free SC per day. But plenty of casinos offer much less too, like Hello Millions’ daily rewards offer just 1,500 GC and 0.2 free SC.
Overall, you’re getting a good deal at Sportzino and my free coins felt like enough to keep me going, especially in combination with other bonuses.
You can claim your free coins by clicking the pop-up that appears every day, or in the Coin Store.
First Purchase Bonus
Sportzino has a range of special offers geared towards different budgets, but you can only claim one of them with your initial purchase. Their cheapest boosted bundle starts from $2.99, but you can buy up to $49.99 worth of GC. The following list details their special offers:
- $2.99 – 160,000 GC + 7 free SC
- $4.99 – 250,000 GC + 10 free SC
- $9.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 25 free SC
- $19.99 – 1,750,000 GC + 20.5 free SC
- $29.99 – 1,750,000 GC + 45 free SC
- $49.99 – 3,500,000 GC + 51.5 free SC
Their $9.99 package delivers the best overall value for your money with a 150% boost, but I like how they cater to various price points.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus
Sportzino’s refer-a-friend bonus delivers up to 2 million GC and 30 free SC for each person you invite. Your bonus is dependent on the amount of their first purchase. The larger the GC bundle, the larger your GC and SC bonus.
You can see what’s in store below:
Your Friend’s First Purchase | Your GC + SC Referral Bonus |
100,000 GC | 40,000 GC + 1 free SC |
110,000 GC | 43,564 GC + 2 free SC |
250,000 GC | 100,000 GC + 4 free SC |
750,000 GC | 128,713 GC + 5 free SC |
950,000 GC | 365,850 GC + 10 free SC |
1,350,000 GC | 380,000 GC + 10 free SC |
1,750,000 GC | 583,327 GC + 15 free SC |
2,000,000 GC | 970,880 GC + 25 free SC |
5,000,000 GC | 1,442,300 GC + 30 free SC |
You can use their referral bonus as many times as you want, but I’m not thrilled about the ratio of purchases to rewards. 5 million GC is priced at $99.99, so your friend has to spend $99.99 before you get 1,442,300 GC + 30 free SC.
Considering that one SC has $1 in redemption value at Sportzino, this isn’t a fantastic bargain. I prefer Pulsz’ referral bonus, which gives you 6,000 GC and 30 free SC when your friend spends just $9.99 on GC. To Sportzino’s credit, I do like that there are different rewards depending on how much your referral wants to spend.
I wanted to test Sportzino’s referral bonus with a colleague. She signed up, bought 110,000 GC for $0.99, and let me know once she was finished. Two days later, I claimed 43,564 GC and 2 free SC in referral bonuses.
You can find your unique sign-up link by clicking “Add Friend” at the top of my screen.
Daily Tournaments
Sportzino’s “weekly events” are underselling themselves in my opinion. In reality, they host tournaments every single day. If you want to see what’s happening, open the Promo page and tap “Weekly Events.”
I participated in Sportzino’s 24-hour tournament during my review. I played games labeled “Cosmic Wins” with SC in hopes of landing the largest single-spin multiplier. I wasn’t successful, but I still had a great time competing.
The first-place winner received 40 million GC and 1,800 free SC, while the second-place winner got 25 million GC and 1,200 free SC. Landing in the top ten spots would’ve gotten me at least 2 million GC and 200 free SC.
Boosted Parlays
If you plan on creating parlays with Sweeps Coins, you’ll qualify for automatic odds boosts. It all depends on the number of legs (single bets) within your parlay. If you submit three or four picks, you’d receive 3% more SC than usual. The following table shows the percentage boosts:
Number of Successful Parlay Picks | SC Bonus Percentage |
1 – 2 | 0% |
3 – 4 | 3% |
5 – 7 | 5% |
8 – 10 | 7% |
11 – 15 | 10% |
16 – 30 | 20% |
At the top end of the spectrum, you can get a 20% SC boost on parlays with 16 to 30 legs. This boost applies to select football, basketball, soccer, ice hockey, baseball, golf, and MMA markets.
Finally, adding one event with odds of -1000 or higher boosts your SC parlay winnings by an extra 10%.
It’s a fun promo and I like that Sportzino has bonuses for both casino players and sports bettors.
Hall of Fame Bingo
Sportzino hosts SC bingo tournaments every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You can participate for just 0.50 SC per ticket, and they give out a total of 2,000 SC in prizes every week.
You can choose between XTG (1-To-Go), Roll On (RO) Bingo, and classic bingo for a chance to win 50 SC in prizes.
They list XTG Bingo on Thursdays, Roll-On Bingo on Fridays, Classic Bingo on Saturdays, and XTG Bingo again every Sunday. Join the Hall of Fame Bingo Room around-the-clock on eligible days for your chance to earn SC prizes. I love how this tournament runs 24/7, four days a week.
Sportzino VIP Program
Sportzino’s VIP Program, otherwise known as the League of Champions, features five tiers with increasingly beneficial rewards. They calculate your GC/SC activity level and update your status every week.
While they don’t go into detail about how many points you earn per wager, more casino and sports play equals more points.
The following table explains what’s in store for VIP players at Sportzino:
VIP League | Benefits Included |
House League | Daily Bonus |
State League | Daily Bonus, Weekly Deal |
Major League | Daily Bonus, Weekly Deal, Birthday Bonus |
Continental League | Daily Bonus, Weekly Deal, Birthday Bonus, Personal Coach, Weekly Bonus, Vacation Support |
All-Stars | Daily Bonus, Weekly Deal, Birthday Bonus, Personal Coach, Weekly Bonus, Exclusive Bonus, Status Freeze, Vacation Support |
Since my review took place over seven days, I didn’t make it into the State League. I like the look of this promo, but I’d really like Sportzino to provide more concrete information about earning points and moving from tier to tier.
Social Media Giveaways
Sportzino hosts frequent giveaways on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Their Reddit page is filled with sports-related commentary, and they use their Telegram to announce tournaments. I found the most traction on Facebook, where Sportzino features 53k likes and has 60k followers.
Their giveaways often require players to “spot the difference” between two similar photos. They usually pick 15 players to earn 1.5 million GC and 40 free SC each. If you want to participate, all you have to do is like their latest post, leave a comment with your answer, and use the hashtag #Sportzino.
I’ve also observed that if you share the post and tag your friends, you’re more likely to get noticed by Sportzino’s team.
Mail-in Offers
Sportzino accepts mail-in SC requests from their players. You’ll receive 5 free SC for each letter that qualifies according to Section 3.2.4 of the Sweepstakes Rules. Each envelope must contain your return address, the words “Sweeps Coins,” your full name, your email and your account ID.
There’s no requirement to include a unique request code, which saves you time and frustration.
My Experience Opening an Account at Sportzino
It took me just five minutes to sign up with Sportzino, confirm my phone number, and claim free coins. Here’s what I did to get started:
- Visit Sportzino’s website: Visit Sportzino’s website and click “Sign Up” to begin registration.
- Choose your registration method: Select your registration method on the next page. You’ll notice options to sign up with Facebook and Google, but I opted to use my email.
- Enter your personal information: If you’re starting from scratch, enter your full name and email address. Create a new password.
- Agree to Sportzino’s terms: Read Sportzino’s terms and privacy policy using the links provided. Once finished, tick both boxes to agree with their terms and certify that you’re at least 18 years old. Click “Create Free Account” to finish signing up.
- Complete account info: Once you’re redirected to Sportzino’s homepage, you’ll be prompted to verify your phone, opt into promotional communications, and link your social media accounts. After completing these steps, you’ll claim a total of 170,000 GC + 7 SC.
What I Liked and Disliked About Sportzino
Sportzino’s wide range of top slots, comprehensive sports betting library, and frequent promos were major highlights during the week I spent here. However, I believe their customer support and banking methos need improvement.

Sportzino hosts 933 slots, 58 jackpots, and 23 specialty titles from an incredible 35 software providers. They combine popular classics from renowned companies like Pragmatic Play, RubyPlay and 3 Oaks Gaming with brand-new machines from Galaxsys, Revolver Gaming, RAW, Onlyplay, and more.
With such a hefty blend of games on deck, it’s hard to believe that Sportzino doesn’t include any tables or live dealer options.
Separate to the casino games, Sportzino has a fully stocked social sportsbook which lets you place wagers using GC and SC across 41 different sports and categories.
Slots
Sportzino features close to a thousand slots, 58 of which come with progressive jackpots attached. They also produce exclusive 31 slots and specialties in-house under the name “Sportzino Originals.”
It’s one of the most impressive slot menus I’ve seen, and leaves pretty much no stone unturned.
Pragmatic Play contributes the largest number of titles with 316 slots featured at Sportzino, but I found 81 games from RubyPlay and 76 machines from Booming Games as well.
They’ve made it easy to sort by software provider using the search function, allowing players to see all the titles hosted by each company.
Their High Roller Room contains 17 games modeled after machines you’d expect to see at brick and mortar casinos, with high betting limits.
I played Lucky Panda, one of the progressive jackpots slots, at the minimum bet of 2 SC, but you can spend up to 40 SC per spin. GC users can spend between 2,000 GC and 200,000 GC per spin on the same machine. You could win four Mini, Super, Grand, or Fortune progressive prizes while spinning any of their jackpots.
I like how this slot steals inspiration from Dragon Link with similarly serene symbols. If you land six golden coins on the reels, you’ll unlock the game’s bonus feature and get three free spins. If you see one of the Mini, Super, Grand, or Fortune prize orbs appear, you win the listed amount!
Stepping out of Sportzino’s High Roller Room, I chose to play a newer slot called Neon Dreams from Slotmill. This retro machine delivers up to 5,000x your GC or SC play value along a 3-reel, 3-column grid. I like how this game stays true to a classic theme while adding more ways to win.
While Lucky Panda and other games from their High Roller Room list a 2,000 GC / 2 SC wager minimum, most of their slots can be played starting from 400 GC / 0.20 SC per spin. Beginners and low-risk players are equipped to have just as much fun as high rollers at Sportzino.
Table Games
Sportzino doesn’t have any table games on deck, but Chumba Casino has plenty of tables for interested players.
Live Dealer Games
Sportzino doesn’t have any live dealer games. If that’s what you’re after, I’d suggest playing at McLuck Casino.
Crash & Instant-Win
Sportzino’s “Crash & Instant-Win” header contains three sub-categories. They list six instant-win games, 12 fishing titles and several keno variants. They work with Pragmatic Play, Evoplay, and KA Gaming for the most part, but I wanted to play Emily’s Treasure since it’s produced in-house.
There’s no such thing as a relaxing day on the water at Sportzino – I was unexpectedly thrown into the heat of combat, where I collected GC by firing lasers at schools of sea predators.
If you want something more luck-based, I also enjoyed Panda Gold 10,000. This scratch card from Pragmatic Play features a top prize of 4,000,000 GC or 10,000 SC. I was able to buy a ticket for 200 GC, and SC tickets are priced at 0.50 SC.
Confusingly, I didn’t find any crash-style games in this section. I’d like to see Sportzino either change the name of their “Crash & Instant-Win” category or live up to their promises!
Bingo
Sportzino works with Pragmatic Play to host 75-ball and 90-ball bingo tournaments. I joined their Hall of Fame room on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to play XTG, Roll-On and Classic Bingo. They feature new tournaments for GC and SC players on a minute-by-minute basis.
While there’s not much time to spend waiting around, I also had fun spinning through 22 mini-slots from Pragmatic Play in between events.
Their 90-ball “Bauble Blast” room opens every two minutes, and their 75-ball “Country Roads” room opens every five minutes. All their tournaments boast affordable GC/SC tickets, which is great for beginners. The most you’ll spend on an individual bingo card is 0.50 SC or 1,000 GC.
I jumped into their Country Roads event for 300 GC. While I don’t have any big wins to report, I had lots of fun playing bingo at Sportzino. It’s a game that many other major casinos lack.
Social Sports Betting
Sportzino features a wide range of betting markets for 41 popular sports categories, including moneylines, spreads, totals and more.
The variety of sports available is very impressive and is definitely comparable with a real money sportsbook. Basketball, soccer, football, tennis, and e-sports offer their largest selection of markets. But with items ranging from alpine skiing and motorsports to badminton, snooker, and virtual Bundesliga, there’s something here for everyone.
Though it looks like a lot to absorb at first glance, Sportzino’s odds collection is easy to navigate. I used the sidebar to sort between events happening within the next few hours or day.
All their in-game betting markets are helpfully labeled with a red “LIVE” tab, which presents an effective visual contrast against their navy-blue background colors.
While live markets change based on what’s in season, during my review they hosted live bets for 15 categories and supported in-game streaming for seven categories. I love how their website integrates directly with Twitch, making it easy to watch the action as it happens.
I appreciate how Sportzino goes the extra mile with sports betting promos, too.
I loved the banner of suggested bets with BOOSTED ODDS, which gave me inspiration for which markets to check out next. As I covered in a previous section, the parlay bonus is an excellent promo that supercharges your payouts the more legs you select.
The Sportzino sportsbook is very detailed and well-designed by the standards of any sweeps casino. It even rivals the selection offered by real money sportsbooks, in my opinion.
Fun Picks
Fun Picks are the closest thing you’ll find to proposition wagers at Sportzino. Unlike traditional moneyline bets, Fun Picks asks you to answer questions about the latest sports or entertainment news.
You can predict whether Steph Curry gets traded off the Golden State Warriors, choose the new top songs on the Billboard Hot 100, or stick your nose in Taylor Swift’s personal life by predicting her guestlist.
I like the range, variety, and somewhat taboo nature of their Fun Picks. I laughed more than once while I browsed entertainment-related events using the drop-down menu. Opening a specific prop bet demonstrates how likely your choice is to win (or lose) with a probability rating, which I thought was an excellent touch.
Sportzino Payment and Redemption Experience
You’re not obligated to purchase coins before playing games at Sportzino. They’ll give you up to 170,000 GC and 7 free SC after you sign up, verify your phone number, and link other accounts.
Daily login bonuses and other promos keep your free GC and SC supply ticking over.
While I never felt pressured to make a purchase, you can buy more GC using real money if you’re running low at any point.
Their $0.99 purchase minimum is remarkably beginner-friendly, but they could do with adding some more payment options, in my opinion. I went through the full purchase and redemption process at Sportzino for myself.
Sportzino Payment Details | |
Payment methods | Visa, Mastercard |
Minimum purchase | $0.99 |
Minimum prize redemption | 50 SC |
Prize redemption time | 1 – 5 days |
Payments
Sportzino accepts Visa and Mastercard payments on desktop and mobile. There’s no option to use Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile, and they don’t accept AMEX or Discover purchases.
I have to be honest, their purchase options require a serious overhaul. As well as more bank cards and mobile friendly options, I’d like to see e-wallets added.
On the bright side, you can choose from any of five special offers with your first GC purchase:
- $2.99 – 160,000 GC + 7 free SC
- $4.99 – 250,000 GC + 10 free SC
- $9.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 25 free SC
- $19.99 – 1,750,000 GC + 20.5 free SC
- $29.99 – 1,750,000 GC + 45 free SC
- $49.99 – 3,500,000 GC + 51.5 free SC
Their least expensive GC package gets you 110,000 GC for $0.99, but you can buy up to 38M GC for $449.99.
I made a list of all the non-discounted GC packages available for purchase:
- $0.99 – 110,000 GC
- $4.99 – 110,000 GC + 5.05 free SC
- $9.99 – 260,000 GC + 10.1 free SC
- $19.99 – 750,000 GC + 20.5 free SC
- $29.99 – 1,250,000 GC + 30.8 free SC
- $49.99 – 2,000,000 GC + 51.5 free SC
- $99.99 – 5,000,000 GC + 104 free SC
- $199.99 – 12,500,000 GC + 209 free SC
- $299.99 – 20,000,000 GC + 315 free SC
- $449.99 – 38,000,000 GC + 480 free SC
I opted into Sportzino’s boosted $2.99 package with my first GC purchase. Although I wish they accepted more payment options, it couldn’t be much simpler to go through the process. They’ve partnered with PaySafe to securely encrypt your sensitive details.
I was asked to enter my name, card number, CVV code, and expiry date. It feels very similar to shopping on Amazon or any other online store. Here’s how I bought coins at Sportzino:
- Click “Free Coins” at the top-right corner of the website.
- Choose your preferred GC package on the next screen.
- Choose “Credit/Debit Cards” on the following webpage.
- Enter your full name, card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Click “Pay” to complete your purchase.
I received 160,000 GC and 7 free SC after refreshing the website, allowing me to play games with my purchased coins immediately. Their process took me just a minute from start to finish.
Redemptions
You must win at least 50 SC during gameplay to redeem cash prizes at Sportzino. Unlike many sweeps casinos, Sportzino doesn’t offer prizes via gift card.
I’d love to see them add gift card redemptions beginning from 10 SC like Chumba and McLuck.
Any free SC you receive from Sportzino through a bonus carries 1x playthrough requirements. You must spend bonus SC on casino/sports at least once before redeeming it for prizes. Every SC that you win is redeemable for $1.00 in cash.
After winning 50 SC mid-way through the week, I opened the side menu and clicked “Redeem” to request my first prize. I entered the number of SC I wanted to redeem, entered my banking information, and confirmed my personal details. I received my $50 prize two days after the fact.
Bank transfers normally take between 1 and 5 working days to reach your account, but you may have better luck if your bank allows for same-day deposits. Here’s how to request your first prize redemption at Sportzino:
- Open the side menu and click “Redeem.”
- Enter the number of SC you want to redeem.
- Enter your routing and account information.
- Confirm your personal details and address.
- Wait for processing and delivery to your bank.
I was satisfied with the experience overall, but the addition of gift card options and an e-wallet like Skrill would further improve things, in my opinion.
Before Sportzino approves your first prize redemption, you’ll have to complete their verification procedure. They partner with Jumio to collect information through a secure third-party provider.
I was prompted to upload a photocopy of my driver’s license, take a selfie, and submit my utility bill as proof of address. All documents must be dated within three months at the time you send them over. They reviewed my information 24 hours later, which is a little slow in my experience.
You can redeem a maximum of 4,900 SC in daily prizes, which pales in comparison to McLuck’s 10,000 SC daily redemption limit. Most casinos allow players to redeem 10,000 SC per day with the exception of New York and Florida, where players can only redeem 5,000 SC in daily prizes.

Overall User Experience – Is Sportzino Fun to Play At?
Sportzino delivers a high quality browsing experience from the word go. Whether you’re playing casino games or placing sports bets, they’ve made their website a pleasure to use on desktop and mobile.
Speaking of which, they’ve developed a web-based application for both platforms. There’s no real change if you’re on desktop (unless you need that extra few inches of screen space), but their web app was great for my iPhone 16.
I clicked the sidebar, selected “Install Sportzino App,” and followed the instructions to bookmark their site for one-tap access.
Desktop
I’m a big fan of Sportzino’s user interface, starting with their dark navy palette with vibrant injections of red icons.
But my appreciation goes deeper than the colors on the screen. I like the way Sportzino maximizes every possible inch of space on my screen. Their website features appropriate spacing in between headers, menus and categories, and the main menu automatically hides when you don’t need it.
Their moving banners kept me up to date with Sportzino’s latest promotions, without feeling OTT. I enjoyed being able to participate in tournaments and jump into promos with one click at the top of the page.
You can flip between the casino, sportsbook and Fun Picks using the header at the top the page. It’s similarly easy to switch between GC and SC by toggling the middle balance indicator. You’ll claim most bonuses from the “Free Coins” section of their website, but it also features GC bundles that you can buy.
Sportzino puts their most important website functions right where you’d expect to find them, so beginners will have no trouble navigating their UI. I was able to bookmark the website, redeem prizes, view my game/transaction history, check their FAQ, and more from the right-side menu.
I found it easiest to search for games using the scrollable row of categories beneath their moving banners. They do a good job of sorting by recency, popularity and game category. Additionally, opening the search bar allowed me to access a list of all their software companies.
However, they’re missing a way to sort by theme and volatility. Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down the Lobby:
- Sportzino Gym
- Hottest
- Play Again
- Newest
- Bingo
- High Roller Room
- Tournament
- Hold and Win
- Latest Big Wins
- Dime Play

- Timeless Classic
While I was able to favorite titles by hovering my cursor over any icon and clicking the star, I do wish Sportzino gave players new recommended titles based on past gameplay, which I’ve experienced on other sites. Jackpota’s algorithm got my preferences down-pat within a few days.
One final critique, I wish Sportzino showed you more information about each game before making you join the action. When you click a game tile at Jackpota, you can see its estimated volatility and check the minimum/maximum limits at a glance. This would be great to see from Sportzino, too.
Mobile
Although Sportzino doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS/Android devices, their web app is an excellent makeshift. I used Google Chrome to log into Jackpota, clicked the middle tab at the top of my smartphone’s address bar, and selected “Add to Home Screen.”
This made it possible for me to launch Sportzino’s full-screen website with one tap on my home screen. They’ve done a great job with conserving screen space, downsizing all their games and making sure it’s easy for beginners to adjust on mobile.
While the majority of their menu options, banners, and icons are in the same place on desktop and mobile, they’ve added a bottom menu for one-handed navigation. I found this menu useful for viewing promotions, switching between sports/casino/Fun Picks and buying coins on-the-go.
Playing games and placing bets felt smooth and natural using my phone, both in the casino and the sportsbook. Although a Sportzino app would be a welcome addition, the mobile site more than does the job.
Is The Customer Support Any Good?
In my opinion, Sportzino’s existing customer support options can be improved.
They don’t list live chat or phone support, so you’re limited to getting in touch via email or ticket form. I tried getting in touch with their team on socials, but I didn’t get a response anywhere.
I’d like to see them host real-time chat support, which is my preferred way of getting in touch.
To test out the available methods, I emailed [email protected] with a question about their KYC verification process. I got an informative reply from one of their agents 12 hours later, but they sent back follow-up replies too slowly for my taste. Our conversation dragged on for most of the week I spent testing Sportzino.
Though direct email assistance left a sour taste in my mouth, I had another question about their daily login rewards. This time, I wanted to submit a ticket. I scrolled to Sportzino’s site footer and clicked “Contact Us” before clicking “Submit A Ticket” at the bottom of the following page.
I chose “Request Support” from the drop-down menu, entered my full name, wrote a subject line and completed the captcha. It’s all a bit tedious in my opinion, and just underlined how efficient live chat support is, by comparison.
I got a faster response via ticket support, with a same-day answer a few hours later. I’m not sure if they were busy earlier in the week, but I’d suggest using their request form if your inquiry is urgent.
Finally, I opened the top-right menu and clicked “FAQ & Support” to read through Sportzino’s dedicated Help Center.
Their Knowledge Base dives deep to answer your questions about KYC verification, redeeming prizes, troubleshooting, account maintenance, sports predictions and responsible social gaming.
If you’re waiting on their agents, I’d suggest visiting their Help Center to locate a quicker answer.
As a quick recap, customer support is available at Sportzino using the following methods:
- Direct email ([email protected])
- Ticket request (click “Contact Us” and “Submit a Request”)
- FAQs (click “FAQ & Support”)
Is Sportzino Trustworthy?
Sportzino is a trustworthy sweepstakes casino and sportsbook that’s owned by SSPS, LLC. They operate legally in 46 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. While they don’t require a gambling license to conduct business, they adhere strictly to sweepstakes regulations.
It’s also available in 8 Canadian provinces, only excluding Ontario and New Brunswick.
Sportzino Originals and the 35 other software providers working alongside them subject their games to RNG testing. This guarantees a randomized and completely fair outcome on every spin or round. They accept payments via Visa and Mastercard via PaySafe, which provides secure encryption and protection.
Who Owns Sportzino?
Sportzino is operated by SSPS, LLC. This company has direct ties to Blazesoft Ltd under the “Priority Play” moniker shared by Yay Casino, Zula Casino and Fortune Coins. Their registered address is located at 1201 North Market Street, Suite 111-H77, Wilmington, Delaware 19801.
SSPS, LLC was established on December 6th, 2022. They work underneath Blazesoft Ltd to maintain Sportzino’s daily operations, provide customer support, and ensure compliance with sweepstakes regulations.
What Do The Reviews Say?
Sportzino has claimed and verified their TrustPilot profile, where they feature a 4.6 out of 5 star TrustScore based on 4,270 reviews. 84% of respondents gave Sportzino five out of five stars. I saw that just 6% of players gave them one star. Sportzino also replies to 100% of bad reviews.
The vast majority of players appreciate Sportzino’s simple verification process, lively customer support agents, competitive odds, top-notch games, and quick redemption speeds. Disgruntled players take issue with their VIP program, report delayed KYC, and claim that titles are rigged.
While I can’t speak on other people’s negative experiences with Sportzino’s VIP and KYC process, I was verified 24 hours after submitting my documentation. While there will always be a vocal minority of unhappy players, overall the public response to Sportzino is very positive.
Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?
Sportzino’s responsible gaming resources are semi-developed, but with room for improvement. Their Responsible Social Gaming policy explains that you can request a short break from gameplay, self-exclude, and close your account permanently. However, they don’t offer a way for players to set GC purchase limits
You must submit a support ticket if you’d like to self-exclude or take an account time-out. You can take a break for two days, seven days, 14 days or 30 days by opening the ticket request form, clicking “Responsible Social Gameplay” and choosing “Taking A Break” from the menu.
If you’d like to self-exclude, choose “Self-Exclusion” instead of “Taking A Break.” Self-exclusion periods last for a minimum of six months, but they can be extended to any duration you prefer. I got Activity Reminders every half-hour by default, but you can request them for these intervals:
- Every 15 minutes
- Every 30 minutes
- Every 60 minutes
- Every 120 minutes
While their current tools need improvement, they appear committed to player’s well-being. They link to Gaming Addicts Anonymous for struggling users. If you’re sharing a device with someone who’s underage, they implore you to install software like NetNanny, Cybersitter and Cyberpatrol.
What’s the Difference Between Sportzino and a Real Money Casino?
Sportzino is a sweepstakes casino and sportsbook that doesn’t offer real money gambling. You can play games and make social sports predictions for free with Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins.
It’s possible to claim GC and SC for free at Sportzino through various promotions. While you can buy GC using real money, GC isn’t redeemable for actual prizes.
On the other hand, you can’t buy SC outright – it’s only given as a free bonus. Any SC you win through games or sports wagers is eligible to be redeemed for cash prizes.
Even though Sportzino pays real money prizes by way of sweepstakes winnings, it’s not legally considered a form of gambling. This structure permits Sportzino to operate in 46 states, many of which prohibit real money online betting.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
Our experts rely on first-hand research to analyze sweepstakes platforms from the ground-up. We sign up, play games, and test features over the course of a week. After we’re done, we go deep to explain our unfiltered thoughts and provide you with easy-to-understand ratings and reviews.
For every review, we dedicate at least two hours of research to the following five benchmarks:
- Bonuses & Promotions: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit bonus, we claim every offer that’s available at a casino. We follow platforms on socials to look for giveaways, and we play games to participate in tournaments. We prioritize casinos that have a VIP program, too. We document the steps required to claim each bonus, judge their overall generosity, and show you how to follow in our footsteps.
- Games: We play a wide range of slots and table games from several software providers at every platform we review. Our experts love to see plenty of slots, jackpots, exclusives and live dealer games. We love to see sweeps sites with unique gaming options, like social sports betting or poker rooms.
- Payment Options: We buy coins and redeem prizes at every casino we review. We give higher ratings to sites that accept multiple e-wallets, promise beginner-friendly purchase minimums, and deliver fast redemptions beginning from 10 SC. We document the steps required to buy coins, rate how simple it was, and factor in average redemption speeds.
- User Experience: Our team judges how a website feels to use on desktop and mobile. We prioritize platforms that feature a downloadable app for iOS/Android devices, but we are also interested in the usability of any website on smartphones. Our team loves to see comprehensive search filters, fast loading speeds, and common-sense organization.
- Customer Support: We get in touch with real support agents using any contact method we’re able to find. Although we prefer casinos that go the extra mile with 24/7 live chat or phone support, we don’t stop there. Our team sends emails, submits support tickets, and gets in touch on social media. We document response times across the board, consider each casino’s helpfulness, and prioritize platforms that promise detailed FAQ assistance.
Why Trust SweepsChaser?
At SweepsChaser, we aim to deliver accurate, original and honest content. We want to help our readers understand the basics of sweepstakes gaming, find casinos that fit their needs, and keep them having fun.
Our writers bring decades of experience to the table, and much of that experience is hard-won at the casino. In short, we know exactly what to look for (and what to avoid) while evaluating a platform. Although we praise casinos that do the right thing, we never sugarcoat our criticisms and call out casinos that need to improve.
If something looks or feels wrong during testing, you’ll be the first to know. We never endorse a casino that we wouldn’t use in our spare time.
Would I Recommend Sportzino?
I’d definitely recommend Sportzino for slot players, jackpot chasers and sports bettors. Their stacked menu includes 933 slots, 58 jackpots, and 23 specialties from a rather impressive 35 software providers, plus an exceptionally detailed social sportsbook. Their unique FunPicks bets are the icing on the cake.
The variety and value of Sportzino promos was another highlight for me, starting with their excellent sign up bonus of 170,000 GC and 7 free SC. There always seemed to be something happening in the PROMO section, from daily tournaments and social media giveaways to boosted odds and parlay bonuses. I love the fact that both casino players and sports bettors get equal attention.
In terms of improvements, Sportzino (strangely) doesn’t have any table games at all, and no live dealer games on the menu. The list of accepted banking methods is bare bones, and I’d like to see live chat support added. The email support I received was on the slow side.
If they addressed those issues, Sportzino would be one of the very best platforms in the US, in my opinion. As it is, there is already plenty to like.
