Scrooge Casino is a unique sweepstakes casino that opened in 2023. Along with its 537 slots and jackpots, Scrooge has its very own cryptocurrency, which you can use to receive prize redemptions.
My Scrooge review covers exactly how that works, along with the latest promotions, games, other payment methods and redemptions, customer support, and much more.

Scrooge Casino Promotions and Bonuses
Scrooge has some interesting promos that gave me free GC and SC, but I do think they could do with making some tweaks. Their Daily Prize Wheel isn’t available until you reach their Bronze VIP tier, so you’re left with a basic daily reward until then. They also don’t have a referral bonus, which most casinos do.
I’m explaining how I claimed all the bonuses at Scrooge Casino, and I’m showing you how to do the same.
How I Claimed Scrooge Casino’s No-Deposit Bonus
I got 2 million GC and 250 free ST after signing up as the sweeps casino’s no-deposit welcome bonus. It’s worth noting that 100 ST has the same value as 1 SC at competing sites.
Here’s how you can receive this bonus:
- Visit Scrooge Casino’s website and click “Join Now.” On the first screen, I entered my email address, created a new password.
- I entered my personal details on the next screen and clicked “Create Account” to finalize my registration.
- I was redirected to Scrooge Casino’s website, where I noticed 2 million GC and 250 free ST waiting in my account balance. I was able to play games for free immediately after I’d signed up.
Scrooge Casino Bonus Code
There’s no Scrooge Casino bonus code required to participate in any of their latest promotions, but you’ll sometimes find free ST promo codes posted to their Facebook and X (Twitter) pages.
How Does the Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?
The sign-up bonus at Scrooge Casino stacks up well with other sweeps casinos. I got 2 million GC and 250 free ST after signing up. Typically, sweepstakes casinos give players between 1 and 3 free SC upfront. 250 ST has the same value as 2.5 SC at competing casinos, so this is a good total.
If you like playing games with Gold Coins, Scrooge Casino has a more generous no-deposit bonus than most. For instance, McLuck Casino which gives players 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC to start. Chumba Casino features a similar no-deposit reward, as I was able to claim 2 million GC and 2 free SC here, but the GC game limits are much more user friendly at Scrooge, so your GC goes further.
There are some outliers that give higher sign up bonuses, but generally speaking Scrooge compares very favorably with sweeps casinos.
Other Scrooge Casino Promotions in April 2025
Here’s a rundown of the latest bonuses, promotions, and events at Scrooge Casino:
Daily Bonus
Scrooge Casino gives players a consistent daily reward of 10 Sweeps Tokens, which has the same value as 0.1 SC at competing sites like Chumba and McLuck. While VIP players will be able to spin their ST bonus wheel down the line, their starting daily bonus doesn’t impress me.
I had to complete their KYC verification process before claiming daily rewards. This saved me time once I had enough ST to redeem prizes, but it was annoying to have to do this upfront.
I clicked “Daily Wheel Spin” and “Claim” to receive free Sweeps Tokens every 24 hours. You’ll be able to spin their bonus prize wheel once you reach their Bronze VIP tier, which I didn’t manage to do after a week spent on the site.
Once the Wheel is unlocked, you’ll be able to win daily prizes between 50 ST – 150 ST.
First Purchase Bonus
Scrooge has a single discount on deck for new players:
- $9.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 2,500 free ST
2,500 ST has the same gameplay value as 25 SC at Chumba or McLuck, so you’re receiving a 150% boost on your first purchase. It’s a good offer but, going forward, I’d like to see them cater to different budgets.
VIP Club
Scrooge Casino’s VIP Club has three tiers each promising more generous benefits than the last. As you play games on their website, you’ll earn an undisclosed number of VIP Points per wager.
Unlike many casinos, the club contains just three tiers you can graduate through. I opened the sidebar and clicked “VIP Club” to view my VIP status. You will have to work your way up to Bronze, Silver, and finally, VIP Gold.
VIP Tier | VIP Benefits |
Start | N/A |
Bronze | Priority Redemptions, Monthly Loyalty Gifts, 14-Day ST Reviews, Access to VIP Wheel |
Silver | All Bronze Benefits, Priority Reviews, Bigger Exclusive Promos, Birthday Bonus, Free Spin Gifts, Priority Support |
Gold | All Bronze and Silver Benefits, Saturday Redemptions, 7-Day ST Reviews, Bigger ST Reviews, Surprise Random Drops, Personalized Promos |
The benefits they list sound good to me, but I’d like to see Scrooge Casino outline how many points are required to move from level to level. I wasn’t able to make it into the Bronze tier after a solid week playing on the site.
While promising, they also need to explain more about how their VIP benefits work in practice.
Social Media Giveaways
Scrooge Casino hosts frequent giveaways on Facebook and X (Twitter). They drop free promo codes that you can use to claim 100 Sweeps Tokens automatically. While their prizes aren’t exactly massive, they spread the love with bonus ST for hundreds of eligible participants on socials.
If you want the most up-to-date information about their social media giveaways, you’d be wise to give them a follow. Their codes will become valid after a certain time, and they normally expire at midnight the following day. If too many people redeem the code before you, it will also expire.
Long story short? Their giveaway promo codes are first-come, first-serve.
Mail-in Offers
Scrooge Casino accepts mail-in ST requests from their players. According to Section 3.4 of their Sweepstakes Rules, you’ll receive 100 ST for every envelope they accept.
Each request has to contain a unique, 13-digit Postal Request Code. You can request one code per day by sending their support team an email at [email protected]. Each envelope has to have your full name, email address, return address, and their quoted statement written by hand.
Codes expire 90 days after you receive them, so you’ll have three months to make sure letters reach their destination. Really, I think Scrooge could afford to be more generous by giving out a greater number of ST per envelope. As mentioned, 100 ST holds the same prize value as 1 SC.
Sites like Chumba and McLuck give players 4 – 5 free SC per letter, which is fair in my opinion.
My Experience Opening an Account at Scrooge Casino
It took me just five minutes to sign up with Scrooge Casino, enter my details, and claim coins. Here’s what I did to get started:
- Visit Scrooge Casino’s website: Visit Scrooge Casino’s website and click “Join Now” to begin.
- Enter your personal information: Enter your first name, last name, username, email address, residential address, date of birth, country, state, city, zip code, and cell phone number. Click “Create Account” to finalize your registration.
- Set GC purchase restrictions: You’ll receive a notification that you’ve received 2 million GC and 250 free Sweeps Tokens. Tap away from the pop-up; then set your daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits. Click “Save Changes” to view their main casino screen.
While I was asked to provide further details before claiming daily ST rewards, I was able to use my free GC and ST immediately after signing up. I didn’t even have to confirm my email before playing games for the first time, making their sign-up process as simple as possible for newbies. I also love that Scrooge Casino directs their players to use responsible gaming tools right from the outset.
What I Liked and Disliked About Scrooge Casino
Scrooge Casino’s quirky game collection, crypto/PayPal redemptions, player to player chat, and live chat support were all highlights during the week I spent testing their platform. On the flipside the user interface felt a bit barebones and initial daily login bonus could use some improvement.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Scrooge Casino
Scrooge Casino Game Details | |
Slots | 537 |
Jackpots | 11 |
Table Games | 6 |
Live Dealer Games | – |
Arcade Games | 34 |
Average RTP | N/A |
Game Providers | BGaming, Evoplay, Fantasma, KA Gaming, Kalamba, Playson, Relax Gaming, Revolver, Swintt, 1×2 Games, Spinomenal, Hacksaw |
Demo Play | No |
Scrooge Casino is mostly focused on slots, with 537 games from 12 software providers. There are also six virtual table games, but no live dealer tables.
Where Scrooge really stands out is with its collection of arcade games. There are 34 in total, a much larger number than most competitors, and they provide something different from the more classic experience of spinning through slots.
Slots
Scrooge Casino is home to 537 slots, including many classic titles from popular software providers.BGaming does a lot of the heavy lifting with 79 games, and Relax Gaming contributes a majority of their most popular titles with 81 games on the site. I was able to sort their titles according to provider, which was a nice touch.
While I’d like to see them add selections from Pragmatic Play going forward, they do a fantastic job of diversifying their existing collection with titles from newer providers including KA Gaming, Revolver, Spinomenal, and 1×2 Games.
I spotted eleven games with progressive jackpots on the menu. I played Nights in Vegas using Sweeps Tokens for my chance to win Mini, Major or Mega Prizes on any spin. At the time of my review, the largest Mega Prize reached 80,608.35 Sweeps Tokens.
While they aren’t labeled as such in the menu, most of the jackpots in Scrooge Casino’s library are exclusive to the casino, as far as I can tell.
I do think the spin mechanic could use some improvements on some games. I noticed that it took a long time for the reels to settle, and they spun at different speeds. It’s not a massive deal, but I think games like Nights in Vegas could be smoother. On the bright side, I loved their stunning Sin City backdrop.
The variety of different formats is great too. I was able to find 91 Hold & Win machines, 53 classic casino-themed slots, 12 Megaways from BGaming, and 181 penny machines – which allow players to spend as little as 25 GC or 1 ST per spin.
This makes Scrooge an ideal casino for casual players who want lots of free gaming bandwidth, and are less concerned about redeeming prizes.
I tested Catdiana, which is a creative penny slot from BGaming that substitutes Indiana Jones for a feline stand-in. In comparison to their exclusives, the slots from time-tested software providers feel more put together and immersive.
I also like how many of their penny machines feature jackpot multipliers worth up to 1,000x your spin value. This makes it possible for low-risk players to win big without spending all their coins.
If you’re focused on slots and you’re looking for titles you haven’t seen before, Scrooge delivers.
Table Games
Scrooge has five video poker games and one American Roulette wheel. While their video poker games are simple to find under “Video Poker,” I had to search for their roulette table underneath “All Games” as there’s no dedicated section for that.
I tested Evoplay’s standard video poker game, which requires you to draw two pairs or better to win more GC/ST than you wager. Landing a royal flush could earn you up to 250x your bet size with one click. Rounds were fast-paced, but they left a lot to be desired in terms of excitement.
I enjoyed playing 3D American Roulette significantly more. I was able to see how much I’d win from each square by hovering my cursor over the grid. Once finished, I spun their wheel at my own speed. From a graphics perspective, this game was very impressive.
Scrooge doesn’t have any classic blackjack games, but you can create your own private tables through their Feeds social channel. You’ll need to add friends that are also playing on Scrooge and then invite them using your private link.
This feature is a fun extra, but I’d like to see Scrooge add some regular blackjack tables too. Their table game selection is undersized, at the moment.
Live Dealer Games
Scrooge Casino doesn’t have live dealer games. If that’s what you’re after, McLuck Casino has significantly more to offer.
Arcade Games
Scrooge Casino features three keno games, ten scratch cards, and 21 fishing-style games from KA Gaming and Evoplay. They’re missing crash-style games and bingo, but generally speaking I loved the variety on offer from these games.
Jhana of God Scratch resembles Mahjong more than your average scratch card. While titles like Lucky Card and Scratch Match deliver a traditional experience, I chose to highlight Jhana of God due to its unique structure. You’ll win GC/ST if you match three fish, tigers, turtles, or elephant tiles.
Magic Ball Keno is another specialty game that defies the typical structure of a keno table with eighty possible numbers to choose from. You need at least four hits to get your coins back, but you could win up to 10,000x your GC/ST bet size if ten of their twenty balls land during a round.
Happy Food Hunter, a fishing-style arcade title from KA Gaming, pits you against an undersea monster that really isn’t scary once you get to know him. Fire GC or ST lasers at the bubbles to collect food items and defeat the kingly crab. It’s like playing Call of Duty with underwater guns.
Scrooge Casino Payment and Redemption Experience
You’re not obligated to purchase coins before playing games at Scrooge Casino. They’ll credit your account with 2 million GC and 250 free ST immediately after you sign up. You can get a daily top up too, although it’s not really very valuable until you reach the Bronze VIP level.
If you find yourself running low, you can buy more GC with real money. I’m not a fan of their $5 purchase minimum, and they don’t support redemptions starting from 10 SC like other casinos. However, I do like the unique ScroogeCoin crypto compatibility.

Payments
Scrooge Casino accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club International, and JCB for GC purchases. I checked their mobile website, but I didn’t find an option to use Apple Pay or Google Pay on my iPhone 16. They should accept Skrill/PayPal for GC payments down the line.
New players can take advantage of the following 150% discount with their initial GC purchase:
- $9.99 – 1,500,000 GC + 2,500 free ST
Here’s a closer look at their non-discounted GC purchase menu:
- $5 – 500,000 GC + 500 free ST
- $10 – 1,000,000 GC + 1,000 free ST
- $25 – 2,500,000 GC + 2,500 free ST
- $50 – 5,000,000 GC + 5,000 free ST
- $100 – 10,000,000 GC + 10,000 free ST
- $250 – 25,000,000 GC + 25,000 free ST
I opted into Scrooge Casino’s 150% first purchase bonus for $9.99. Their payment procedure is quite similar to buying things from Amazon or eBay. I was asked to enter my card number, security code, expiry date and full name before completing my initial purchase, which were then saved for future use.
Here’s how I bought coins at Scrooge Casino for the first time:
- Click the plus sign next to your GC/ST balance.
- Click “Buy Now” underneath your preferred GC package.
- Enter your personal details and click “Submit” when asked.
- Enter your full name, card number, expiry date, and CVV code.
- Click “Pay” to complete your purchase, then refresh the website.
I got 1,500,000 GC and 2,500 free ST immediately, and the process took me just one minute to complete. I give my kudos to Scrooge Casino for hosting a beginner-friendly payment interface.
Redemptions
Uniquely, Scrooge allows redemptions via both cash transfer (through PayPal) and via their own crypto coin named ScroogeCoin.
You must win at least 5,000 ST during gameplay if you’d like to request your prize using crypto, but they require players to win 10,000 ST before approving PayPal redemptions.
I’d like to see Scrooge offer gift card prizes starting from 1,000 ST, which is comparable to 10 SC at Chumba. Additionally, Scrooge Casino is one of the few sweepstakes casinos that doesn’t support bank transfer redemptions.
Any free ST you claim from Scrooge Casino through a bonus carries 1x playthrough requirements. You must spend ST on gameplay once before it can be redeemed.
Each Sweeps Token (ST) carries $0.01 in prize redemption value, meaning that 100 ST equals 1 SC at competing sites. After pocketing 5,000 ST midway through the week, I chose to request my first prize using crypto.
In order to set this up, you’ll need to have a decentralized crypto wallet account. Even though it is being sent through ScroogeCoin, most de-fi wallets enable players to convert ScroogeCoin to other forms of cryptocurrency. Some partner with third-party services to facilitate cash transfers.
Helpfully, Scrooge features a step-by-step PDF guide that explains crypto prize redemptions for beginners.
My initial ScroogeCoin payment reached my wallet in 15 minutes. Once it was in my wallet, I could choose to convert to cash or to a different cryptocurrency. I decided to buy Bitcoin with my ScroogeCoin, since I already use it.
Later on during the week, I won 10,000 ST and requested another prize through PayPal. This was much easier to do, and I got my $100 prize delivered in two hours. Here’s how to request your first cash redemption from Scrooge Casino:
- Click “Redemption Center” from the top menu.
- Click “PayPal” if you want to redeem a cash prize.
- Enter the number of ST you want to redeem.
- Log in with your PayPal information when asked.
- Follow PayPal’s in-app instructions to complete your redemption.
While I got verified prior to claiming daily rewards, you must get KYC-verified to redeem prizes. I was prompted to upload a picture of my driver’s license, submit proof of address, and send over a recent bank statement. All supporting documentation must be no more than three months old.
They reviewed my KYC documents in 12 hours, after which point I was able to redeem prizes. I prefer platforms that conduct automatic verification, but 12 hours is standard for manual KYC at sweepstakes casinos.

Overall User Experience – Is Scrooge Casino Fun to Play At?
Scrooge Casino is quite fun to play at, but it has room for improvement. The gold and black color scheme looks pretty slick, but I believe their interface focuses a bit too much on simplicity with not enough aesthetic flair.
They’re missing a mobile app, and this is where I started to notice sizing issues with menu icons. To their credit, the games play wonderfully on mobile even though I would expect otherwise from their homepage.
Desktop
I found it pretty easy to navigate at Scrooge but the software when compared with juggernauts like Chumba and McLuck.
I was able to see all their latest promotions and game releases from the top row of moving banners, but I wasn’t a fan of their ensuing pop-ups. Clicking “Don’t Show This Again” removes pop-ups forever, so you’re not forced to look at them, but I had to field my way through five advertisements after I could even make a new account.
I can definitely see this being off-putting for beginners.
Moving on to their game library, I was able to sort by title and software provider directly under the promotions.
Clicking “Provider” brings up a list of companies that Scrooge Casino works with, and launching a specific company shows you all the games they have. If you’d like to see a running list of their entire game selection, click “View All” next to “Recently Played.” The organization here is good, in my opinion.
I like how their Home section gives you an overview of everything that’s available from Scrooge. They’ve ordered their games based on recency, theme, category, and feature availability. Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down their Home section:
- Recently Played
- New Releases
- Slots
- Jackpots
- Megaways Games
- Hold And Win
- Scratcher
- Fish Games
- Classic Slots
- Penny Machines
- Video Poker
- Keno Games
I wasn’t able to favorite specific titles, which I’ve done at sites like McLuck, Chumba, and Hello Millions. I’d also like to see Scrooge begin recommending titles based on your recent interests.
With so many games on deck, having features like these would benefit my overall experience.
Mobile
Scrooge Casino doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS or Android devices. I checked their mobile website for any mention of an instant-play web app, but I came up dry. Their website is (mostly) optimized for smaller screens, but their upper menu looks crammed on my iPhone 16.
To their credit, they’ve kept their interface looking similar across platforms. On mobile, the logo functions as a home button that brings you back to the lobby from anywhere on the site.
Their upper menu is condensed into a helpful sidebar. I was able to view their game categories, purchase GC, redeem prizes, claim daily rewards, invite friends to the platform, and see my VIP status from the top-right corner of their mobile website.
There is a menu at the top which you can use to navigate, but it feels cramped. Too much of it is hidden and it makes moving around the mobile site feel clunky. Once I actually opened a game, things were a lot better.
I liked being able to play their slots with one hand free, but you can turn your device on its side to enjoy games in landscape, too.
Is the Customer Support Any Good?
I was very happy with the support I got as a player at Scrooge.
They offer live chat support, player to player chat, and email assistance. In particular, I was happy that they don’t charge for live chat assistance like McLuck, Hello Millions, Mega Bonanza, and many other social casinos
Scrooge doesn’t offer phone support or social media support.
Scrooge’s live chat button is accessible from the bottom-left corner of their website on desktop and mobile. Their agents are online from 8 AM to 8 PM (EST) seven days a week. I entered a chat, struck up a conversation, and got replies in seconds during their hours of operation.
You can still use the live chat box after 8 PM, but you’ll usually have to wait until business hours before someone gets back to you. I intentionally got in touch with their chat team at 9:23 PM to test it out, and to my surprise, I got an instant response. However, with future questions I did have to wait until the next morning.
Later during the week, I had a question about their range of potential VIP perks. I sent an email to [email protected], and I got a response three hours later. Their email agents consistently sent replies in less than an hour, which is much faster than the 6 – 12 hours I’m used to waiting.
Finally, I wanted to mingle with the community at Scrooge Casino. I scrolled down to their footer and clicked “Feeds” to launch their private forums. You can create posts for everyone or just the friends you’ve already made, but I posted a public thread asking about their daily login rewards.
A random user commented on my post a few minutes later, so this feature is good for answering basic questions. Here’s a quick summary of the customer support methods at Scrooge Casino:
- Live Chat (click tab in bottom-left corner)
- Direct email ([email protected])
- P2P chat (click “Feeds” from site footer)
Is Scrooge Casino Trustworthy?
Scrooge Casino is a trustworthy sweeps casino that’s owned by Scrooge, LLC. They operate legally in 44 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). While they don’t require a gambling license, they adhere to sweepstakes regulations to protect players.
Scrooge Casino works with a team of trusted software providers, and all their games are tested using an RNG to certify randomized outcomes on every spin or round. They also accept secure payment options like PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover for purchases/redemptions.
Who Owns Scrooge Casino?
Scrooge Casino is owned and operated by Scrooge, LLC. They don’t have any sister sites, but Scrooge has been going strong since their release in 2023. Their registered address is located at 5625 N German Church Rd, Unit #2105, Indianapolis, IN 46235.
According to LinkedIn, James Peters is Scrooge Casino’s current CEO. I’m glad that I was able to find the name of their chief advisor. It’s great to see Scrooge operating with full transparency.
What Do The Reviews Say?
Scrooge Casino has claimed and verified their TrustPilot profile. They boast a 4.2 out of 5 star TrustScore based on 267 reviews. Scrooge’s team has responded to 42% of negative reviews thus far, and they take fewer than 14 days to address player concerns.
79% of players gave Scrooge Casino five out of five stars, but 13% left a one-star review. Most satisfied users appreciate their quick cash/crypto redemptions, fast-responding chat team, and wide range of penny machines.
Disgruntled players report having problems with slow redemptions and frustrating verifications, but this wasn’t my experience at Scrooge.
Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?
Scrooge Casino implements state-of-the-art responsible gaming resources, and they take your safety very seriously. I was prompted to set my purchase limits immediately after making a new account, and this set the tone for my experience going forward.
Open their main menu and toggle “Responsible Gaming Controls” to view their self-serve tools.
They give players the ability to set daily, weekly, and monthly GC purchase limits independently. You can also set the start and end date for a self-exclusion, cutting support out of the equation if you don’t want to speak up. Finally, I was able to see my gameplay and transaction history alike.
While I’d like to see them support SC risk limits and Activity Reminders going forward, they have already outdone many established competitors like Chumba Casino and McLuck. Their Responsible Social Gameplay policy explains how to use their tools, provides tips for safe gameplay, and links to organizations for struggling users.
They go the extra mile to mention Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA), the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), and the Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA).
What’s the Difference Between Scrooge and a Real Money Casino?
Scrooge Casino is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money gambling. You can play their games for free using Gold Coins and Sweeps Tokens. It’s possible to claim GC and ST by way of various promotions. While you can buy GC with real cash, it’s not redeemable for prizes.
It’s not possible to buy Sweeps Tokens. They’re only credited as a free bonus. You must play games using ST to join sweepstakes contests. ST that you win is redeemable for cash or crypto prizes.
Even though Scrooge Casino pays real money or crypto prizes in the form of sweeps winnings, they’re not viewed as a gambling platform. This structure allows Scrooge Casino to operate in many states that prohibit traditional online casinos.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
Our team relies on first-hand research to analyze sweepstakes casinos from the ground-up. We create new accounts, play games, and test features over a week’s time. We discuss our opinion of each platform, document their strengths, and highlight weaknesses that may hold them back.
For every review, we dedicate at least two hours of research towards the following five areas:
- Bonuses & Promotions: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit offer, we claim every bonus that’s available at a casino. We follow sites on social media to check for giveaways, keep tabs on their VIP benefits, and play games to participate in tournaments. We take note of the steps required to claim each bonus and show readers how to follow in our footsteps.
- Games: We play a wide range of slots, table games, and specialties from a wide range of software providers at each casino we review. Our team likes to see in-house games, plenty of popular slots, and live dealer tables to match. Our ratings are based on quality and diversity. If a site specializes in poker or sports, we appraise them on their terms.
- Payment Options: We buy coins, get KYC-verified, and redeem prizes at each casino we review. Our team tests out each site’s payment methods, prioritizing casinos that accept e-wallets like PayPal and Skrill. We also look for low purchase minimums, quick redemptions, and beginner-friendly prize requirements while accounting for ease-of-use.
- User Experience: Our team analyzes how a casino feels to use on desktop and mobile. We look for a downloadable iOS/Android app first, but we’re just as eager to test mobile web apps. Our experts base ratings on usability, aesthetics, and loading speeds across the board. We like to see well-organized menus, detailed filters, and snappy navigation.
- Customer Support: We get in touch with real support agents using any contact method we’re able to find. Our team prioritizes casinos that offer 24/7 chat and phone assistance for free, but we don’t stop here. We send emails, submit tickets, and send DMs on social media to document average response times. We also consider each agent’s helpfulness.
Why Trust SweepsChaser?
At SweepsChaser, we give our readers the information they need to choose the perfect social casino or sportsbook. We’re in the business of producing authentic, impartial and accurate content using first-hand research.
Our experts have decades of combined experience in the field, so we know exactly what to look for (and what to avoid) while reviewing any platform. Although we love sites that go the distance for their players, we don’t sugarcoat hard truths. Instead, we call things exactly as we see them.
Most importantly, we don’t endorse social casinos and sportsbooks we wouldn’t use ourselves.
Would I Recommend Scrooge Casino?
I’d recommend Scrooge Casino for players that want to try something new and exciting. They’ve built a beginner-friendly menu with 537 slots, 11 jackpots, and 34 diverse specialties. Live games are missing from the menu, which will be a turn-off for some players.
It’s clear that Scrooge is centered around community and interaction, in a way that not many other casinos are.
They don’t list baccarat or live games, but they host a roulette wheel and classic blackjack with built-in P2P. They offer free live chat support, host a community chat feature, and drop frequent ST codes on socials. Their Feeds social forums are a lot of fun and you can even set up your own personal blackjack tables.
In my professional overview, it Scrooge has a lot of fantastic (albeit sometimes half-baked) ideas. While promising, their VIP benefits are vague, with no explanation for how many points you get for each wager, and there’s no info about moving from level to level.
I enjoyed their no-deposit reward of 2 million GC and 250 free ST, but their daily login reward of 10 ST is lackluster. You must hit Bronze VIP status before spinning the daily prize wheel, which delivers more generous rewards between 50 ST – 150 ST.
Overall, there is plenty to like already, and a few tweaks would go a long way. As they continue to smooth out the edges, I have high hopes for their future success.
