I appreciate the beginner-friendliness and consistency of their daily login reward, as it’s easy to claim and you’re not penalized if you miss a day. 

However, there’s no way to benefit from larger bonuses over time. For example, Chumba’s daily bonus starts at 50,000 GC and 0.25 free SC on Day 1, but you get up to 600,000 GC and 3 free SC if you log in for seven days consecutively. There’s no such bonus equivalent at Moonspin.us. 

Right now, I’m satisfied with Moonspin’s daily bonus, but it would be nice to see them introduce an increasing model like Chumba.

First Purchase Bonus

Moonspin.us doesn’t have a first purchase discount on hand for new players, putting them well behind most competing platforms. This kind of offer is pretty standard at sweeps casinos, so I was disappointed not to find one here.  

For instance, Chumba’s first purchase bonus offers 10 million GC + 30 free SC for only $10, which represents a 200% boost on the usual number of free SC. I’d like to see something like this at Moonspin.

A 100x score is significant, so I didn’t want to break the bank trying to hit this promo. 

That’s an important lesson for all players out there: don’t let a potential reward or promotion cloud your judgement or affect your spending plans. 30 free spins on Pragmatic Play slots are all well and good, but not if you’ve spent 300 SC just trying to qualify. 

Social Media Giveaways

I followed Moonspin.us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X) to check for giveaways. While they’ve announced giveaways on socials in the past, they are few and far between. In fact, it looks like Moonspins have kind of given up with posting: at the time of my review, it had been 8 months since they posted online. 

I also joined Moonspin.us’ Discord and Telegram channel using the tabs located on the website footer, but I came up pretty much dry here. 

I’d like to see Moonspin.us make the most of their presence on socials (especially Discord). They’re not doing enough to retain user engagement like the competition. 

Refer-A-Friend

Moonspin.us’ referral bonus is credited to you in the form of commission. Their live chat agents explained that I would get 10% of the house edge from my friend’s SC bets after they bought at least $25 worth of GC. There’s no limit on the number of friends you can invite to their platform. 

I tested this out with a co-worker but, since they weren’t exactly in a position to play steadily for a week just to help my review, it’s hard for me to get a sense of how valuable this bonus really is. I can see it being great if you have friends who play at a high volume, over time. 

Mail-in Offers

Moonspin.us accepts mail-in SC requests from their players. According to their Sweepstakes Rules, each accepted envelope guarantees you 1 free SC. Chumba hands out 5 free SC per envelope, so I’m not particularly impressed with Moonspin.us’ offer. 

Section 3.2 (d) of their Sweepstakes Rules contains all the necessary information required per envelope, but here’s a quick summary: each letter must have a unique Postal Request Code, your email address, your return address, your username, player ID, the date, and their quoted statement. 

My Experience Opening an Account at Moonspin.us

It took me five minutes to open an account, verify my email and get free coins at Moonspin.us. They’ve made it possible to register via 2 crypto wallets if you don’t feel like entering personal details, which is a nice touch I haven’t seen at many sites. I made a new account with my email address.

What I Liked and Disliked About Moonspin.us

Moonspin is great for crypto users and slots fans. I love that you can also use fiat currency, which keeps things accessible for all kinds of players.

That said, there are some holes in the gaming menu, and they could definitely improve their range of bonuses and promotions. 

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Moonspin.us

Moonspin.us has a whopping 1,579 slots from 17 reputable software companies, including the likes of Pragmatic Play and BetSoft. However, they don’t offer progressive jackpots, live dealer games or table games beyond Moonspin Roulette and Hi-Lo (both are produced fully in-house). 

If you fit the description of a casual slots player who’s comfortable with crypto, you’ll love it here. Moonspin.us offers more games than competing sites like Hello Millions and WOW Vegas, but all three platforms are home to at least 1,000 popular machines. 

At the same time, it’s difficult for me to overlook their lack of versatility. Both Hello Millions and WOW Vegas boast virtual tables and live dealer games alongside a comparable slot selection. 

Slots

Moonspin is a slot player’s dream, with a varied selection of both classics from established software providers and more niche options I had never played before. You’ll find familiar formats like Megaways and Hold & Win, alongside games with novel features and bonus games. 

If you’re looking for something outside the norm, I’d recommend playing titles from GameArt, GameArt Premium, or GameArt Premium Gold. While they belong to the same parent company, all three providers work exclusively with Moonspin.us.

The only drawback in this collection is the like of progressive jackpots. 

I spun Lilly Palmer London, a futuristic machine that kept my undivided attention with hyperpop music accompanying a warped urban backdrop. I was able to choose between four background songs by opening the “Jukebox” towards the left of my screen, which I thought was a nice touch. 

Next up, I played their most popular game – Gates of Olympus, a smash-hit slot from Pragmatic Play, is one of my personal favorites no matter which casino I’m testing. It promises GC and SC wins up to 5,000x your play value, which is Moonspin’s next-best alternative to a proper jackpot. 

Playing a classic like Gates of Olympus is the best way to test how the software performs compared with competing sites, and I had absolutely no complaints with Moonspin. The game loaded quickly and looked sharp and vibrant, just as I expect to see. 

Table Games

Moonspin.us features Roulette and Hi-Lo as part of their originals, but they don’t host any tables from external providers. I wasn’t able to find blackjack, baccarat or video poker on their website.

The design of Moonspin’s two tables is very simple, with basic digital graphics.   

Their roulette wheel takes the shape of an Earth-like planet, and I enjoyed fast-paced rounds with easily understandable controls. However, this game doesn’t feel as realistic as I’d like it to. 

I had a similarly entertaining but short-lived time playing Hi-Lo. While it’s fun for a few minutes, there isn’t much to digest beyond the basic rules of the game. It would be nice to see them put some effort into designing a casino-style backdrop for authenticity’s sake. 

If you’re looking for a more diverse gaming experience, I’d recommend Chumba or WOW Vegas as two great places to start. Both casinos feature a dedicated live studio on top of several virtual tables. 

Live Dealer Games

Moonspin.us doesn’t have any live games on the menu. If that’s whay you’re looking for, McLuck Casino has you covered with 16 live tables from Playtech and Iconic21..

Crash-style titles put you in the hot seat, as you decide when to cash out before you crash out. I wasn’t able to win 100x my wager value here, but a particularly exciting round went up to 35.92x before the action ceased. I pocketed 2.9x my 989 GC bet value for a total prize of 2,413.91 GC.

Moonspin.us Payment and Redemption Experience

You’re not obligated to spend money before playing games at Moonspin.us. They’ll give you a total of 60,000 GC + 3 free SC over your first three days as a new player after you register and verify your email address. I also received 1,000 GC and 0.3 free SC as a free daily login bonus. 

If you’d like to buy GC, you can make payments using Skrill or any of seven cryptocurrencies. Many crypto-friendly casinos don’t let you use traditional fiat currency at all, so I was very happy to have both options.

I’m not impressed by their 100 SC redemption minimum for both crypto and Skrill. I’d like to see Moonspin deliver gift card redemptions with lower minimums going forward. 

Payments

Cash players are limited to buying GC with Skrill, as Moonspin.us doesn’t accept bank cards. If you’re familiar with using crypto, they accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, TRON, Ripple, and DOGE payments. There’s no opportunity for mobile gamers to use Apple Pay and/or GPay. 

While I appreciate Moonspin.us’ willingness to accept cash and crypto for purchases and redemptions, I do wish they accepted more common payment methods like VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. It’s weird to me that Skrill is supported, but not bank cards. 

Their $0.99 purchase minimum is beginner-friendly, and it gets you 4,000 GC. They don’t have a first purchase bonus for new players, but they deliver free SC as a gift with most GC purchases.

I bought their least expensive package for $0.99 with my first purchase. It’s fairly simple to buy GC at Moonspin.us. I was asked to connect my Skrill, load the e-wallet, and purchase GC from my Skrill balance. You can also copy and paste their deposit address to complete the transaction independently, but going through CashApp is the most beginner-friendly payment option for the crypto-naive. 

Some players are turned off by using crypto, simply because they don’t understand it or haven’t used it before. I find apps like CashApp really demystify the process, and I had no trouble making purchases at Moonspin.

Players are limited to purchasing a maximum of $2,000 in GC packages per day. 

Redemptions

You must win at least 100 SC before requesting a cash or crypto prize redemption. They don’t support gift card prizes, which is a drawback. Many casinos, including McLuck and Hello Millions, allow beginners to redeem just 10 SC in the form of a virtual gift card code. I’d like to see Moonspin.us follow suit. 

Any bonus SC you receive as part of a free Moonspin.us promotion is subject to 1x playthrough requirements. In other words, you must spend your bonus SC on gameplay before redeeming it for prizes through crypto or Skrill. Each Sweeps Coin that you win holds $1 in redemption value.  

I requested my first prize through Skrill, and it couldn’t have been much easier to complete the process. I was asked to confirm my full name, email and state of residence before entering the number of SC I wanted to redeem.

Moonspin.us delivers a modern and flashy gaming experience, typical of a forward thinking crypto-friendly casino. It toes the line perfectly between usability and attractive design.  

They’ve optimized their website for desktop and users equally entertainment, providing a better UI and more efficient layout than some iOS App Store/Google Play applications are able to guarantee. 

Desktop

I really enjoyed playing at Moonspin on my laptop. 

The preference for darker colors allows their neatly organized promotional banners, collapsible left sidebar, and brightly colored game icons to stand out. In my opinion, the menus and categories are sized appropriately. I didn’t experience any “in-your-face” advertisements – which I have experienced at other sites, like Ding Ding Ding for instance. 

I was able to switch between GC/SC gameplay using the toggle at the top-center of the page, and you can easily purchase GC with the button right next to your balance. I got daily rewards by opening the Treasure Chest, and I viewed notifications by clicking the bell next to my profile. 

Clicking the arrow next to your username reveals options to buy GC, redeem prizes, or update your profile settings. I opened and closed the left sidebar to reveal their game categories, blog, refer-a-friend bonus, and other promotions. This setting is useful for maximizing screen space. 

The categories are well chosen: I always found it easy to find whatever I was looking for, and I didn’t see any sections or advertisements that I thought were unnecessary or redundant. 

The games always loaded instantly for me, but they could tweak the organization of the library a little, in my opinion.

They’ve also made it possible to sort by provider via the search bar. I was able to filter their games according to popularity or recency, but there’s no way to differentiate by theme. Titles like Sugar Rush appear next to Plinko, Wolf Gold, and Power of Olympus. Their organization feels a little random at times. 

I also wish there was a way to view recently played games and “favorite” specific titles for later – which is fairly common at other sweeps casinos. 

If you scroll down during gameplay, you’ll see a list of “Live Bets” that other users are making in real-time. I also saw players’ biggest wins and luckiest in-game multipliers. I didn’t make an appearance myself sadly, but I enjoyed watching other players earn SC because it speaks to the activity of the casino. 

Mobile

There’s no way to download Moonspin.us on iOS and Android devices, but their website is fully optimized for mobile entertainment. I enjoyed full-fledged compatibility across their entire library of slots, and I didn’t experience any lag while browsing the interface via Chrome on my iPhone. 

They’ve kept most things the same between desktop and mobile, ensuring that beginners won’t have any trouble adjusting to smartphone play. A bottom menu allowed me to search for games, enjoy Originals, claim rewards, see notifications, and go “Home” from anywhere on the website.

Customer support is one of Moonspin.us’ strongest areas. They offer 24/7 live chat and direct email service alongside dedicated FAQ assistance. They’re missing a phone hotline and ticket form, but this feels inconsequential given that you can speak to agents in a matter of seconds. 

You can open the live chat feature by clicking the box at the bottom-right corner of your screen while logged in. I clicked “Send Us A Message” and entered my question about their verification procedure. Amelia sent me a reply just 2 minutes later, and our conversation took place quickly. 

Their live chat agents were the star of the show for the week I spent testing Moonspin.us. No matter what time of day I decided to get in touch, I got a reply from a real person within a few minutes. I found their email hotline ([email protected]) located near the website’s footer. 

I had an additional question about their crypto compatibility, and they got back to me 24 hours later. This isn’t an amazing response time for emails, but it’s not a major deal in the context of their live chat. Last but not least, I joined their official Discord server with 196 active members. 

While I couldn’t get in touch with staff from their Discord server, I spoke with other players right away. From casual conversation to basic questions, the Moonspin.us community had my back.

What Do The Reviews Say?

Moonspin.us has a grand total of six reviews on TrustPilot, and they clock in with a 2.7 out of 5 star TrustScore. Almost all the reviews accuse Moonspin.us of being a scam casino, but I didn’t experience any issues with payments or redemptions during the week I spent testing their site. 

Less-than-satisfied players complain of “never winning,” but that’s just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. One positive review praises their support team’s efficiency and mentions quick prize redemptions, but there’s not enough information here to reach a more detailed conclusion. 

Even though I had no issues myself, it’s always a concern when there is a pattern of complaints from the general public. I’m putting down the negative reviews to early teething problems for Moonspin, and I’ll be keeping a close eye on how they progress.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Moonspin.us goes the extra mile to host responsible gaming resources that are on par with top social casinos. 

Users can toggle to “Responsible Play” to set up Reality Checks and request a self-exclusion without contacting support. Reality Checks show how long you’ve been logged in – you could have them appear every hour, but I used their slider to set Activity Reminders every 12 hours.

I was also able to request a self-exclusion for as little as one month, but there’s no limit on how long you can request to be locked out of your account.

What’s the Difference Between Moonspin.us and a Real Money Casino?
