Leaderboards

KicKr Games features non-stop leaderboards for Spin Masters, Table Game Titans, and Fortune Finders. You’ll earn up to 100 Bucks, one million Bits, or five million Bits if you earn the most out of everyone. Leaderboard points are calculated by subtracting your play amount from your wins.

Rankings update themselves every fifteen minutes, and you can view your progress by opening “Leaderboards” on the sidebar. I had a blast playing stud poker during their weekly Table Game Titans event, but I placed near the bottom of a pool that included several hundred poker players.

I enjoy how it’s possible to switch between competitions specifically for Bits and Bucks gamers, but their leaderboards are a tad difficult to decipher for beginners. The ranking structure also makes this promo much more suitable for high volume and high betting players, and not great for casual players.

Tournaments

KicKr Games hosts casino tournaments (almost) every day of the week, with a top prize of 6,000,000 Bits and 25 Bucks on offer for everyone. Unlike the Leaderboards, walking away a winner from tournaments isn’t simply based on how much you win. Instead, what counts is the maximum multiplier you’re able to achieve.

You can enter using either Bits or Bucks, with any slot game in the library eligible. I don’t have any big wins to report, but I appreciate their flexibility for beginners.

Mail-in Offers

KicKr Games accepts mail-in offers from their players. According to Section 3.2.4 of the Sweeps Rules, you’ll receive 4 free Bucks for every request that gets accepted. Each request must have a unique sweepstakes code, which you can generate every 10 minutes by clicking “Free Bucks.”

Codes expire twenty days after being generated, so you’ll have a little less than a month to get your envelopes to their destination. You’ll need a blank, 4” x 6” piece of paper to write your full name, account ID, email address, one-time request code, and quoted sweepstakes statement.

Although I wish they’d allow their codes to last a bit longer, the work-to-reward ratio seems very fair. McLuck, Hello Millions and other B2 Services OÜ casinos also give you 4 SC per envelope.

My Experience Opening an Account at KicKr Games

It took me just five minutes to sign up with KicKr Games, verify my information, and claim free coins. Here’s what I did to get started:

What I Liked and Disliked About KicKr Games

KicKr’s fun sports picks for major leagues, drip-style bonuses, frequent challenges, top-notch slots and giveaways were highlights during the week I spent using this platform. On the downside, they don’t offer chat support or live dealer games, and their redemption requirements are much too high for my taste.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at KicKr Games

KicKr Games hosts a small but diverse library of popular slots and scratch cards. You can also bet on the latest sports events, play Texas Hold ‘Em poker, and participate in site-wide competitions.

I wouldn’t suggest KicKr Games for players that can’t live without blackjack, baccarat or roulette, and they are also missing live dealer games.

The sports picks are available in just 34 states, as opposed to 46 for the casino games. If you’re in a sports-friendly state, it’s easy to place wagers and explore games at the same time.

Slots

I had no trouble finding my way around KicKr’s casino interface, which helpfully features a list of all the software providers they work with. Scrolling down the page, I was able to sort their library based on category, time-sensitive tournament eligibility, recency, and popularity.

They’ve earned the endorsement of top-notch providers like Booming Games and Evoplay while making sure to shine the spotlight on lesser known companies like Peter & Sons. I like how KicKr is home to many games I’ve never tested. Hounds of Hell was the first reel on my agenda.

This newly minted machine from Hacksaw Gaming impressed me with the kind of graphics and sounds you’d usually expect from a slasher movie. I faced off against multiplying hellhounds during the game’s bonus, giving me ample opportunity to win 25x my Bits/Bucks spin.

Games like Chaos Crew II, 2 Wild 2 Die, and the ominous Six Six Six (666) build on the horror theme with zany music, outlandish animations, and upside-down crosses.

While they’re missing a way to filter titles based on theme, there’s something here for everyone. I loved trying new titles from Peter & Sons, and my favorite one ended up being Sheriff Colt. I’m a personal fan of Wild Western reels, and filling Colt’s whiskey bottle for the bonus felt just right.

There aren’t very many opportunities for jackpot enthusiasts, but KicKr Games has produced a single progressive machine in tandem with Gaming Corps. It mimics old-school, five-reel action with rocket-fueled spins and generous prizes climbing up to 2,000x your previous bet.

You can wager as little as 0.1 Bucks / 100 Bits or as much as 100 Bucks / 200,000 Bits per spin, making this machine feel accessible for beginners, casual players, and high rollers all the same.

Table Games

All three of KicKr’s virtual table games are produced in-house, and they’re one of the few sites I found that features virtual Texas Hold ‘Em poker. Most casinos host instant-win video poker like Jacks or Better and Aces & Eights, but KicKr Games delivers more depth through casino-style pacing.

You can get a piece of the action with just 100 Bits, but chips climb up to 100,000 Bits for big spenders. If you’re betting with Bucks, you’ll need to buy in for at least 0.5 Bucks. If you want, you can bet the maximum of 10 Bucks per hand to win a whopping 5,000 Bucks at once.

Stud Poker follows a similar layout and format with identical graphics and maximum chip sizes. However, the virtual dealer only plays if the system draws an Ace, King or better from the deck.

They’re missing virtual blackjack, baccarat, and roulette. As well as poker, you can play Keno for a chance to win 10,000x your bet size. To do that, you’d need twenty out of twenty positions correct – and it might be time to also buy a Powerball ticket.

Live Dealer Games

KicKr Games doesn’t have any live dealer tables. If you want real-time action, I recommend checking out McLuck Casino. They feature blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Top Card and exclusive game shows.

Scratch Cards

KicKr Games has 34 scratch cards from Boldplay, Hacksaw and Peter & Sons. From traditional games like Lucky Number x16 and Summer Scratch to more unique ideas like Boldplay’s Brute Force Scratch and Mutagenes from Peter & Sons, their collection seems to go every which way.

Speed Heist feels like stepping foot inside Fast & Furious with gleaming safes, speedy cars, and street racing music everywhere you turn. If you match three symbols in any row, you receive the listed prize at the right-hand side of the screen.

High rollers looking for a payday should try Scratch! Silver from Hacksaw Gaming. It features a chrome backdrop, fast-paced action, and the potential to earn a maximum of 200,000 Bucks or 200 million Bits. You need at least 2 Bucks / 2,000 Bits to match three symbols on the 3×3 grid.

Sports Betting

KicKr offers a dedicated sportsbook selection for players in 34 U.S. states. I live in New York, so I was able to test their odds first-hand. During my KicKr review, they covered basketball, ice hockey, motor sports, football, and golf, but the list of available sports changes depending on what’s going on in the world of sports.

The picks offer a simplified version of sports betting, based around parlays and Same Game Parlays. You simply select the type of contest you want to enter (like an individual NBA game or a weekend of NHL games) and KicKr presents you with a selection of outcomes to build your parlay, based on Yes/No questions or Totals.

Most of their contests pay out 3x if you get all three picks correct, just like a parlay.

KicKr doesn’t offer moneyline bets or other classic markets, instead offering a simplified experience that is perfect for casual players but may be too restrictive for advanced sports bettors.

I placed a bet on the Detroit Pistons vs. the Brooklyn Nets, predicting that the Nets would win by more than 12.5 points and that both teams would score more than 215.5 points. I also predicted that the Brooklyn Nets would make it to twenty points before their opponents during crunch time.

It’s not exactly a full-fledged sportsbook like I’ve reviewed over at Sportzino, but they cover the basics for casual players. I’m happy to see it featured as an addition to their casino collection.

KicKr Payment and Redemption Experience

It’s not necessary to buy coins before playing games at KicKr. They’ll give you a no-deposit offer that includes 150,000 Bits and 4 free Bucks. I earned 200 Bits every two minutes, got 5,000 Bits every half-hour, and claimed 0.6 free Bucks every day, courtesy of their drip-style login rewards.

If you’re running low on Bits for any reason, you can buy more with real money. I’m a fan of their $0.99 purchase minimum and wide range of gift card companies. They should drop their 50 Bucks and 200 Bucks requirements for gift card prizes and cash prizes to 10 Bucks and 75 Bucks, respectively.

KicKr Games accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for purchases on desktop and mobile. I haven’t seen many companies offer Apple Pay as a payment option for MacBook players, so this is a cool feature. However, I wish they’d accept PayPal and Skrill for purchases.

I like how beginner friendly their least expensive package is, priced at $0.99 for 250,000 Bits. You’ll have to spend $1.99 to receive some free Bucks, which is also player friendly.

I opted into their $9.99 first purchase bonus. They’ve made it easy to pay with a bank card, but this process becomes even simpler if you have Apple Pay/Google Pay on your device.

I was prompted to enter my card number, name, expiry date, CVV code and billing address. The process reminds me of shopping with eBay or Amazon, and it took me 60 seconds to complete.

Here’s how I bought coins at KicKr Games for the first time:

1. Click “Claim Now” from the left sidebar.
2. Select your package on the next screen.
3. Click “Visa or Mastercard” on the next page.
4. Enter your personal information when asked.
5. Optionally, tick the box to save your card details.

Redemptions

You must win at least 50 Bucks during gameplay to request a gift card prize at KicKr Games. Most casinos, including McLuck and Chumba, make it possible to collect gift cards starting at just 10 SC. I wish KicKr Games came with beginner-friendly redemption minimums like these.

Any free Bucks you earn from their bonuses has a 1x playthrough requirement. In other words, you must spend your bonus Bucks on gameplay once before redeeming them for prizes. I was able to drum up 50 Bucks on a lucky sports bet featuring the Pistons midway through the week.

I requested my initial gift card prize for Best Buy, which is one of the companies that offers $50 codes. If you want to redeem a gift card for Walmart, Amazon, or Visa Debit, you must have at least 100 redeemable Bucks in your balance.

I clicked “Redeem” and selected “50” next to Best Buy. After confirming my information, I got my $50 code through email 15 minutes later.

For a cash transfer, you need at least 200 eligible Bucks, which is at least double the average I’m used to at other sweeps sites. I’d like to see this lowered considerably, to 100 or even 75 Bucks.

I was prompted to enter my routing/account information, and I waited 48 hours before the $200 deposit reached my balance. Here’s how to request your first prize redemption at KicKr Games:

3. If you choose a gift card, select the price indicator.

Before your first prize redemption gets approved, you’ll be asked to finish their KYC process. I was prompted to upload a photo of my driver’s license, but you can send your passport and/or state-issued ID. Next, I took a selfie and verified my nine-digit Social Security Number (SSN).

My information was verified seconds later, eliminating the need for a 12 – 24 hour manual KYC review like I’ve experienced at Chumba and McLuck.

Overall User Experience – Is KicKr Games Fun to Play At?

KicKr Games is super fun to play at. Their casino and sportsbook homepage are well-organized, catering to beginners with easy-to-find categories and search filters. At the same time, I enjoyed snappy navigation and advanced features like their self-serve suite of responsible gaming tools.

Their web app doesn’t do much for desktop players, but it’s a game-changer for mobile devices. Even without a downloadable version of their application, KicKr manages to free up a great deal of screen space on Google Chrome on mobile. It also looks much cleaner, compared to the website alone.

Desktop

I’m a fan of KicKr Games’ left sidebar, darker background colors, and colorful promo banners.

It’s simple to find your way around their sportsbook, casino, Leagues, leaderboards, bonuses, and account settings from the sidebar. It essentially provided me with an overview of the site. I was able to claim drip rewards and buy more coins by clicking the orange “Claim Now” button.

Whether you’re here to play casino games or bet on sports, everything is right where I’d want it to be. I was able to see all the games from each software provider under “Publishers.”

I like how they include categories for active tournaments – I wrote this portion of my review on a Saturday, and I was able to access games from their “Sizzling Saturday” multiplier challenge. It’s easy to participate in site-wide competitions or multiplier-based challenges with just a few clicks.

Their home section organizes games according to category, recency, popularity, and originality. Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down the homepage:

I was able to favorite particular titles by clicking the star icon at the bottom-left corner of a game. Still, they’re missing a way to filter titles by theme, and I wish they’d list game recommendations based on your past interests. As for sports betting enthusiasts, there isn’t much to get confused about. All categories are listed at the top of the page, and placing a bet is very simple and intuitive.

If you want to keep track of your active picks, tap “My Picks” from the left sidebar. You’ll be able to filter previous and current sports bets based on currency and result (win/loss/refund), making it possible to view your average performance over time.

Mobile

I wasn’t able to find a downloadable app for KicKr Games on the iOS App Store or Google Play. However, I was able to install their web-based application using Google Chrome. While it is not a downloadable app, it functions as a bookmark that can save screen space around the edges.

I clicked the button in my Chrome address bar, selected “Add to Home Screen,” and launched their web app from my iPhone 16. All their menu icons, games, sports odds, and settings look flawless on mobile.

They’ve kept their interface largely the same between desktop and mobile devices, but the left sidebar is now located at the top-left corner of your mobile screen. It would be cool to see them implement a bottom-row menu of sorts, as this would make their website feel more like an app.

However, I enjoyed the same quick loading speeds and beginner-friendly search features that characterized my experience with their desktop website. KicKr earns two thumbs-up from me.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

KicKr Games has room for improvement in this area.

They offer email, ticket, and FAQ-based support. They don’t have a phone hotline and they’re lacking live chat support. While I tried to get in touch with their experts on socials, I didn’t get a response. Right now, there’s no way to speak with one of their representatives in real-time, which is a disappointment.

I had a question about KicKr’s VIP Club, so I submitted my first ticket by launching “Contact Us” from their website footer. I was prompted to select a request type from the drop-down menu and leave a brief message. I noticed a reply via email two hours after clicking “Submit Request.”

Their agents were cheerful, prompt, and efficient when it came to answering complex questions. Later during the week, I had another question about their daily login reward. I opted to message them at [email protected]. I got a reply 24 hours later, and follow-up replies took just as long.

It’s clear that ticket support is the quickest way to speak with somebody, even if it’s not a substitute for real live chat support.
