Jackpota Casino

Jackpota is the latest new sweepstakes casino from the popular operator B2 Services OÜ. It launched in 2024, with an excellent selection of more than 1,000 games for players  in 40 U.S. states.

My Jackpota review is going deep on everything you need to know about this casino, from bonuses and games to prizes and banking methods.

Jackpota Promotions and Bonuses

Jackpota makes it easy for players to claim free coins through various promos, starting from the word go. They gave me a free, starting bonus of 7,500 GC and 2.5 SC, which is a great platform to dive into games. I was less impressed by their 1,500 GC and 0.2 SC login bonus.

While I didn’t find any tournaments during my week-long review, I know from past experience playing on the site that Jackpota hosts semi-regular competitions in partnership with Playson, Pragmatic Play, or 3 Oaks Gaming.

The main thing Jackpota’s missing is a dedicated VIP program, in my opinion.

I opted into every bonus being offered at Jackpota, and I’m showing you how to do the same.

How I Claimed Jackpota’s No-Deposit Bonus

You’ll earn 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC after signing up and confirming your email with Jackpota.

Here’s how you can get started:

  1. I entered my personal information, ticked the box to agree with Jackpota’s terms, and clicked “Play Now” to sign up.
  2. I checked my inbox, opened Jackpota’s verification message, and clicked the link to authenticate my email address.
  3. I was redirected to Jackpota’s website, where I noticed 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC in my account.

I was able to play games immediately after finishing these steps, making it easy for beginners to jump right in.

Jackpota Bonus Code

There’s no Jackpota bonus code required to participate in any of their bonuses or promotions.

How Does the Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

The sign-up bonus at Jackpota is competitive with the sweeps no-deposit offers I’ve gotten from other top sweeps casinos.

I received 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC after signing up, exactly the same as the bonus I got at McLuck Casino. Hello Millions goes the extra mile for GC players with a starting bonus of 15,000 GC and 2.5 free SC.

Sweeps casinos usually give players between 1 – 3 free SC as a starting bonus, so Jackpota remains on the higher end of that spectrum. You’re getting a good deal to start out.

Still, at the top end of the scale, Jackpota could follow in Yay Casino’s footsteps. That casino is something of an outlier, with an impressive no-deposit bonus of 100,000 GC and 10 free SC for all new players.

Other Jackpota Promotions in April 2025

Check out the latest bonuses, promotions, and events at Jackpota:

Daily Bonus

Jackpota gives players a consistent reward of 1,500 GC and 0.20 free SC after they log in every day. While you’re not penalized for skipping a day or two, it’s not possible to claim larger GC or SC rewards over time, and the 0.20 SC in particular is on the lower end of what I expect.

A pop-up appeared every day to remind me to get my bonus, just had to click “Claim”. While I appreciate this promotion’s inherent beginner-friendliness, I think they could spare more GC and SC.

Chumba sets the example for other casinos to follow with increasing login bonuses. You receive a starting bonus of 50,000 GC and 0.25 free SC on Day 1 at Chumba. If you log in for seven days in a row, you’ll claim 600,000 GC and 3 free SC on Day 7.

First Purchase Bonus

Jackpota’s Mega 1st Purchase Offer delivers 50,000 GC and 25 free SC for just $9.99, which represents a 150% boost for new players. Normally, spending $9.99 gets you 20,000 GC and

10 free SC.

All purchases unlock 24/7 chat support and grant you access to exclusive games.

Jackpota’s purchase bonus is on-par with competing platforms like McLuck and Hello Millions – both of which are also B2 Services OÜ sites. It’s a good offer and the perfect way to maximize your bankroll after signing up, as long as you’re happy spending ten bucks.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

Jackpota will give you up to 200,000 GC + 100 free SC for each friend you invite to the casino.

Their double-tiered referral bonus gives you 50,000 GC and 25 free SC when your friend buys at least $100 worth of GC with a KYC-verified account. If they make additional purchases totaling $1,400 or more, you’ll claim another 150,000 GC and 75 free SC.

Unfortunately, this referral bonus doesn’t feel like a bargain. Receiving just 100 free SC for $1,500 in total spending is ludicrous, and other casinos have more promising incentives.

Pulsz Casino sets a shining example with their referral bonus, which gives you 6,000 GC and 30 free SC after your friend signs up and buys just $9.99 worth of GC.

Still, I tested out this promo with a colleague. While they weren’t thrilled about spending $100 on my behalf, the bonus coins came through for me after a few days, including an email to customer support. I found my unique sign up link by clicking on the Refer-a-Friend advert in my sidebar.

GC/SC Jackpots On Any Game

Jackpota features GC and SC jackpots across their entire selection of slots, Slingo games, and live dealer tables. You can win any of four GC prizes at random, but you have to opt into SC jackpots during gameplay at an extra 0.1 SC per spin or round.

The Mini, Minor, Major, and Grand Jackpots can drop on any game at random. Their prizes reached a height of 700,275.38 SC and 68 million GC during my week-long review, but they restart at the following values after somebody wins a prize:

  • GC Mini: 10,000 GC
  • GC Minor: 200,000 GC
  • GC Major: 2,000,000 GC
  • GC Grand: 200,000,000 GC
  • SC Mini: 5 SC
  • SC Minor: 100 SC
  • SC Major: 1,000 SC
  • SC Grand: 100,000 SC

As you might expect, the frequency with which each jackpot is hit varies along with its size. I couldn’t find exact details (like once per day, or once per week), but I did notice the Mini hit a couple of times in the same day, and the Major hit once during my week on the site. I suspect the Grand is more of a matter of months.

I’m a big fan of these jackpots, especially for Gold Coin players who don’t need to pay anything extra to participate. I like that every single game is eligible for them, too.

Social Media Giveaways

Jackpota hosts weekly GC/SC giveaways on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). They often select five winners to receive 40,000 GC and 20 free SC a piece. Players must follow Jackpota on social media, comment the correct answer, and include the hashtag #JackpotaCompetition.

They post trivia-related questions, “spot the difference” comparison photos, and exciting riddles. Jackpota selects giveaway winners at random, but the first users to comment are more likely to get recognized by their social media team, from my observations.

I entered a couple of these but didn’t end up winning. It’s a fun way to engage with the casino and other players, though.

Mail-in Offers

Jackpota accepts mail-in SC requests from their players. You’ll receive 4 free SC for each letter that qualifies according to Section 3.2.10 of Jackpota’s Sweepstakes Rules. Each request must contain a unique Postal Request Code, which you can generate by clicking their highlighted link.

Your envelopes must include your full name, their website URL, your return address, your email address on file, and their quoted statement. Postal Request Codes expire 60 days after you get them. In order to be credited appropriately, be sure to send envelopes before your codes expire.

My Experience Opening an Account at Jackpota

It took me just five minutes to sign up with Jackpota, confirm my email address, and claim their no-deposit bonus. Here’s what I did to get started:

  • Visit Jackpota’s website: Visit Jackpota’s website and click “Join Now” to begin signing up.
  • Choose your registration method: Select your registration method on the following screen. You can sign up with an existing Google account, but I opted to use my email.
  • Enter your personal information: If you’re starting from scratch, enter your email and create a new password. Enter your first name and last name before selecting your state of residence and birthday from the drop-down menus.
  • Agree to Jackpota’s terms: Read Jackpota’s Terms of Service using the provided link. Once finished, tick the box to certify that you agree with their terms of service and verify that you’re 18+ years old. Click “Play Now” to finish creating your new account.
  • Verify your email address: Open your inbox and look for Jackpota’s verification email. Click the link inside their latest message to verify your account details. You’ll be sent to Jackpota’s website, where you’ll notice 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC in your casino wallet.

What I Liked and Disliked About Jackpota

Jackpota’s site-wide jackpots, massive slots library, live dealer studio and social media giveaways were highlights during the week I spent here. Still, I believe their customer support options and overall game diversity can be improved further.

Jackpota hosts 1,059 slots and eight live dealer games, all of which double as progressive GC and SC jackpots. They also feature 30 traditional progressives from Pragmatic Play separately, so Jackpota is living up to its name in a big way. Four, five, and six-figure SC prizes are advertised frequently.

They don’t have any virtual table games or poker, but the eight live tables from Playtech and Iconic21 make up for the absence, to a certain extent.

As well as virtual tables, I’d like to see them add arcade games to their collection. Although I found a tag for arcade titles located on their website footer, opening it brought me to a blank page.

Finally, with a nice touch I haven’t seen before, even if you run out of GC and SC entirely you can still play four “Unlimited Play” slots that don’t require users to spend any coins.

Slots

Jackpota has an impressive selection of slots from 20 of the industry’s most reputable game companies. I found 397 titles from Pragmatic Play alone, while RubyPlay contributes 81 slot machines. BGaming, Fantasma and 3 Oaks Gaming feature a little less than 100 games each on their site.

Suffice to say, there are boatloads of high-quality options from high-quality providers. They offer Hold & Win games, Megaways, Slingo titles, and classic slots modeled after older machines.

While any of their games could drop hundreds of thousands of SC (or millions of GC) on a dime, thirty progressives from Pragmatic Play deliver even more prizes for both GC and SC players.

I spun Book of Tut, a high-volatility progressive that supports spins up to 777,770 GC and 50 SC.

Although it’s obviously taking inspiration from the Rich Wilde series of games from Play’n /GO (or ripping it off if we want to be unkind!), I enjoyed the narrative Pragmatic Play has woven into the game. The gameplay is simple enough but it looks great, with mysterious Egyptian artefacts and the hot desert evening stretching out in the background.

I also decided to play one of Jackpota’s casino classics. Triple Chilli, a retro-themed machine from Evoplay, carries medium volatility and has play limits ranging from 75 GC/0.2 SC to 750k GC/30 SC per spin. The wide betting range attached to all slots was something I noticed at Jackpota, which is nice and player friendly.

Triple Chili promises wins up to 6,000x your GC or SC play value across sixty fixed paylines. Most retro machines boast just five or six ways to win, but Triple Chili makes it possible to maximize each spin. I love Jackpota’s wide range of machines, as they seem to have something for everyone.

Table Games

Jackpota doesn’t have any virtual table games on the menu. If that’s what you’re looking for, I recommend checking out Chumba Casino.

Live Dealer Games

Jackpota features eight live dealer games from Playtech and Iconic21. While I didn’t find poker and baccarat among their live options, I had lots of fun playing Gravity Blackjack, Live Roulette, Sic-Bo, and Crash Live. They also list several game shows inspired by elements of pop culture, which I loved.

I appreciate Jackpota’s flexible play limits for GC and SC gamers. Gravity Blackjack allowed me to participate with as little as 5 GC or 1 SC per hand, but I saw that I could play up to 25,000 GC or 5,000 SC.

Across the board, the live casino games I played performed very well. The camera was clear and the dealers were professional, if a little dull. I’ve stumbled on games before with particularly animated dealers or hosts, and I find it really injects something extra. However, I think this is just the luck of the draw, rather than something Jackpota can improve.

I especially enjoyed Crash Live, which brings the popular crash mechanic to the live setting. Given the tension inherent in the format, having a host narrating the action in real time really makes the game that bit more interesting.

Jackpota Payment and Redemption Experience

There’s no requirement to buy coins before playing games at Jackpota. They’ll give you a bonus of 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC after you sign up and verify your email. I got 1,500 GC and 0.2 free SC each day after logging into my account. Their login bonus stays consistent for active players.

If you’re running low on GC, you can buy more with real cash. I love Jackpota’s $1.99 purchase minimum, and the fact that casual players can redeem gift card prizes starting from just 10 SC.

However, it would be nice to see Jackpota accept more e-wallets.

Jackpota Payment Details

Payments

Jackpota accepts VISA and MasterCard payments on desktop. Their mobile site supports Apple Pay and Google Pay, but they should at also offer compatibility for AMEX and Discover users, in my opinion.

If you’re just getting started, their Mega 1st Purchase Offer guarantees a 150% discount for $9.99:

  • $9.99 – 50,000 GC + 25 free SC

The cheapest non-discounted package gets you 4,000 GC for $1.99. Buying any number of GC at Jackpota gives you access to 24/7 chat support and exclusive GC slots. If you’re a high roller, their most expensive GC bundle delivers 600,000 GC and 306 free SC for $299.99.

Here’s a look at Jackpota’s full range of non-discounted GC packages:

  • $1.99 – 4,000 GC
  • $4.99 – 10,000 GC
  • $9.99 – 20,000 GC + 10 free SC
  • $19.99 – 40,000 GC + 20 free SC
  • $29.99 – 60,000 GC + 30 free SC
  • $49.99 – 100,000 GC + 51 free SC
  • $99.99 – 200,000 GC + 102 free SC
  • $299.99 – 600,000 GC + 306 free SC

I opted into Jackpota’s 150% boost for $9.99 with my first purchase. It’s super simple to buy GC with your VISA/MasterCard on desktop, and the process becomes even easier if you’ve already linked your information to Apple Pay or Google Pay on mobile.

I was prompted to enter my name, card information, and billing address on desktop. Here’s how I bought coins at Jackpota:

  1. Click “Get Coins” at the top-right corner of the website.
  2. Choose your preferred GC package on the next screen.
  3. Click “Pay Now” on the following webpage.
  4. Enter your card information, full name, and billing address.
  5. Click “Add Card & Pay Now” to complete your transaction.

I received 50,000 GC and 25 free SC immediately after refreshing the page. It feels very similar to shopping online at a site like Amazon, which is a green flag as far as usability is concerned.

Redemptions

You must win at least 10 SC during gameplay to redeem gift card prizes. If you want to request a cash prize via bank transfer, you’ll have to win at least 75 SC. I’m happy that Jackpota makes it possible to redeem low-stakes prizes in line with those offered by Chumba or McLuck Casino.

Any free SC you receive from Jackpota through a bonus carries 1x playthrough requirements. In other words, you must spend bonus SC on gameplay once before redeeming it for prizes. Every Sweeps Coin that you win is redeemable for $1 in prizes.

After winning 10 SC, I clicked “Redeem” on the left side of the page, selected “Redeem Gift Cards” and entered the number of SC I wanted to redeem. Next, I chose a retailer and confirmed my email address.

I received my $10 gift card prize just an hour later, but gift card prizes can reach your inbox in as little as fifteen minutes.

A few days later, I hit a 90 SC windfall playing Crash Live and decided to request a cash prize via bank transfer. I waited 48 hours before seeing the $80 I requested appear in my bank account.

Cash redemptions usually take closer to 24 hours for processing and delivery, but I requested my bank transfer on a Saturday. Here’s how to request your first prize redemption at Jackpota:

  1. Click “Redeem” from the left sidebar.
  2. Choose “Redeem Gift Cards” or “Redeem Cash Prize.”
  3. Enter the number of SC you want to redeem.
  4. If you selected a cash prize, enter your bank details when prompted.
  5. If you selected a gift card, choose a retailer and verify your email address.
  6. Wait for processing and delivery to your inbox or bank account.

Before Jackpota approves your first prize redemption, you’ll have to complete the KYC process. I was asked to submit a picture of my ID, snap a selfie, and submit proof of address documents.

They accept utility bills, credit card statements, phone bills, or bank statements dated within 90 days at the time of submission. Jackpota verified my documents 12 hours later, at which point I was able to redeem prizes. I prefer this to manual KYC reviews, which I’ve experienced at sites like Pulsz Casino, which set me back a day.

You can redeem a maximum of 10,000 SC in daily prizes, but this limit changes to 5,000 SC for players in New York and Florida.

Overall User Experience – Is Jackpota Fun to Play At?

Jackpota provides a smooth, beginner-friendly browsing experience on desktop and mobile devices. There is no Jackpota app, but I bookmarked their website to my desktop using Google Chrome, and I was able to install their web app from Chrome on mobile. They’ve optimized their entire selection for smaller screens.

Desktop

I’m a fan of Jackpota’s black-and-orange website layout. I also like the way they’ve organized all their promotions, menus, and game categories with appropriate spacing between headers, creating a nice sense of space and what I’m going to describe as online feng shui. Their moving banners kept me informed of Jackpota’s latest promotions without feeling overwhelming.

You can purchase coins, redeem SC prizes, and access important functions using the left menu. I was also able to access my profile, view my transaction history, and follow Jackpota via their official social media channels. If you’ve made a purchase, a 24/7 chat support button will be displayed here, too.

The top row of game categories does a pretty good job of organizing the menu, with buttons to filter by feature availability and software provider. However, they’re missing a way to sort by volatility. I’d also like to see themed collections – like Egyptian or Animals – as this would make it even easier to explore the 1,059 slots.

Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down their “Home” section:

  • Trending
  • New Games
  • Social Live Casino
  • For You
  • Jackpot Play
  • Slingo
  • Megaways
  • Hold & Win
  • Slots
  • Game Providers
  • Classic Slots
  • Refer A Friend
  • Unlimited Play

You can favorite games by hovering your cursor over any icon and selecting the mini-heart that appears. Favorited games are easily accessible from the bottom of the website, and I found my Recently Played titles located next to them.

Despite limited opportunities to sort by theme, I’m a fan of the way that Jackpota recommends games based on your real-time interests. For example, if you enjoy games like Fire Stampede, you’d receive suggestions like Buffalo King Megaways and Silver Fox. By the end of my week on the site, I felt like the algorithm had really nailed my personal taste!

After clicking each game, I was able to see the minimum and maximum spin limits for GC and SC players. I could also view the game’s purported top prize, check the volatility, and select my preferred kind of coins. I like how much information is made available before you decide to play.

Opening the search function allowed me to look for specific titles and game providers, but I had more fun navigating their website using the categories available on the Home page. I was able to see all the games from each software provider using the list of companies they provide.

Overall, I think Jackpota has done a great job of creating a simple, user friendly interface.

Mobile

Jackpota doesn’t have a downloadable app for iOS or Android devices, but their web app is an excellent substitute. I used Google Chrome to log into Jackpota, where I clicked the middle tab in my smartphone’s address bar and selected “Add to Home Screen.”

This added a one-click icon to my home screen, and it frees up precious mobile screen space in comparison to their actual website. All their promotional banners, game categories, and settings are located in the same place except for their sidebar (which is replaced with the bottom menu).

I was able to see my GC or SC balance, purchase coins, search for games, and open the main menu from anywhere on their website using one hand. I like how they’ve kept things simple for beginners while optimizing their mobile experience with some useful, common-sense additions.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

In my opinion, Jackpota’s existing customer service options can be improved.

While Jackpota offers live chat support, it’s only available to players who’ve made at least one GC purchase. I hate this policy whenever I run into it, since it feels like a way to pressurize players into purchasing coins.

Their phone hotline is reserved for payment-related inquiries exclusively. While I tried getting in touch with Jackpota on social media, I didn’t notice a response on any platforms.

If you want to get in touch with a real person for free at Jackpota, you’ll need to send an email or submit a support ticket.

I emailed [email protected] to ask a question about their login rewards. I received an informative response from their agents 12 hours later, but they got back to me quickly during the day. It seems like they respond the fastest between 9 AM and 5 PM (EST), which makes sense.

I had another question about getting KYC-verified, and this time I tried the ticket system. I scrolled down to Jackpota’s website footer, clicked “Contact Us,” and selected “Account Verification” on the next screen. I typed my email, name, and account ID before drafting a message and clicking Submit.

Someone got back to me through email just five hours later, so it seems like their ticket form is the quickest (free) way to speak with somebody.

Those are the free ways to get in touch, but I also bought $9.99 worth of GC early on, so I was able to test their paid chat feature. I got instant replies once the chat was unlocked, and this is definitely the most effective way to contact someone – but paying for the privilege leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

Finally, I clicked “Customer Support” to launch Jackpota’s FAQ. They provide useful info about their bonuses, promos, verification process, and more. I recommend checking here before you reach out, since you might find what you’re looking for much faster than waiting for an email.

As a quick recap, customer support is available at Jackpota using the following methods:

  • Live Chat (must buy Gold Coins)
  • Email ([email protected])
  • Ticket request (click “Contact Us”)
  • Phone hotline (+1 424-699-4745, payment-related inquiries only)
  • FAQs (click “Customer Support”)

Is Jackpota Trustworthy?

Jackpota is a trustworthy sweepstakes casino owned by B2 Services OÜ. They operate legally in 40 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. While they don’t require a casino license to do business, Jackpota adheres to sweepstakes regulations surrounding security and fair play.

The games at Jackpota are produced by 20 software providers, all of whom subject their games to RNG testing. You’re promised randomized outcomes on every spin or round using GC or SC.

Jackpota is compatible with legit payment processors including VISA, MasterCard, and Apple Pay/GPay on mobile.

Who Owns Jackpota?

Jackpota is owned by B2 Services OÜ, a well-known iGaming company that’s incorporated in Estonia. Their registered address is Tornimae 5, 10145, Tallinn 10145 and they hold company number 16579410. Aside from Jackpota, B2 Services owns four successful sweeps platforms.

McLuck, Hello Millions, and SpinBlitz (formerly Scratchful) are all run by B2. They’ve been blowing up in the industry since 2023, and they show no signs of stopping. While there isn’t much info about the primary people behind B2 Services OÜ, they’ve left quite a legacy in their wake.

What Do the Reviews Say?

Jackpota has claimed and verified their TrustPilot profile, where they boast a 3.7 out of 5 star TrustScore based on 693 reviews. 56% of respondents left five stars, but 27% of players gave them one star. Jackpota replies to all negative reviews in less than 24 hours.

Satisfied players appreciate their quick-responding customer support team, unique game library, site-wide GC/SC prizes, and reliable redemptions.

Most of the negative feedback I saw were accusations of Jackpota being “rigged,” based on their own experiences of not winning. To Jackpota’s credit, they seem to personalize each response for negative reviews. They also express a great deal of patience.

I have no concerns with Jackpota’s reputation.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Jackpota’s responsible gaming resources are on-par with those offered by Chumba, McLuck, Hello Millions, and other established platforms. Their Responsible Play policy outlines tips for moderating your gameplay and shows you how to spot potential signs of a behavior disorder.

While I wish that Jackpota would make it possible to set limits without contacting support, you need to email [email protected] to create your own settings. They’ll help you set daily GC purchase limits, lock your account for a short time-out, close your account, or self-exclude for a minimum of six months.

I saw options to take a break from gameplay for seven, 14, or 30 days. At the end of a longer self-exclusion request, there’s a seven-day waiting period before Jackpota can reinstate your account.

Importantly, you have to get in touch with them – they won’t reach out at the end of six months. This is a small detail, but it shows Jackpota’s real-time dedication to their players’ well-being.

They also link to supportive resources for struggling players. If you need help with regaining control, they encourage you to get in touch with Gaming Addicts Anonymous and read items from Smart Mobile Gamers (formerly Smart Social Gamers), and NPR.

What’s the Difference Between Jackpota and a Real Money Casino?

Jackpota is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money gambling. Instead, you can play their games for free with Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, which you get through various free promotions.

It’s possible to buy GC with real money, but you can’t redeem GC for prizes. On the other hand, you can’t purchase SC, only receive it via a free bonus. If you want to participate in sweepstakes contests, you have to play games using SC. If you win SC through games, it can be redeemed for cash prizes and gift cards.

Even though Jackpota technically pays real money prizes in the form of sweepstakes winnings, it’s not legally considered a form of gambling. This structure allows Jackpota to operate in 40 U.S. states, many of which prohibit online gambling.

How Does Jackpota Compare to the Competitors

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

Our team relies on first-hand research to evaluate sweepstakes casinos from start to finish. We register, play games, and test features over the course of a week. Once finished, we explain our honest opinions, covering each platform’s main strengths and biggest weaknesses.

For every review, we dedicate a minimum of two hours of research to the following five benchmarks:

  • Bonuses & Promotions: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit offer, we claim every bonus that’s available at a casino. We check for the existence of a VIP program, look for events on social media, and play games to participate in tournaments. We document the steps required to claim each bonus, rate their overall value to the gaming experience, and we show you how to follow in our lead.
  • Games: We play a wide range of slots and table games from several software providers at every casino we review. Our team loves to see platforms that host exclusive titles and carry multiple live dealer games. Our ratings are based on quality, diversity, and quantity.
  • Payment Options: We go through the purchase and redemption process at each casino we review. We give higher ratings to sites that accept multiple e-wallets, promise low GC purchase minimums, and deliver quick redemptions starting from 10 SC. Our ratings are also based on average redemption speed and ease-of-use from a beginner’s standpoint.
  • User Experience: Our experts judge how a site feels to use on desktop and mobile. We prioritize casinos that host a downloadable app for iOS/Android, but we give mobile friendly sites a chance to shine too. We’re focused on every site’s usability and aesthetic appeal. Our team loves to see detailed search filters, well-organized menus, and snappy loading speeds.
  • Customer Support: We speak with real support agents using every contact method we can find. Although we prioritize casinos that feature 24/7 live chat and phone assistance, we also submit support tickets, send emails, and get in touch on social media to document a casino’s response times across the board. We account for their overall helpfulness, and consider other forms of customer support like the FAQ section.

Why Trust SweepsChaser?

Here at SweepsChaser, we strive to deliver authentic, accurate and honest content. Our goal is to help our readers understand more about sweepstakes gaming, keep them having fun and find the best casinos that make sense for them.

Our writers bring decades of experience to the table. As avid casino players in our free time, we know what to look for and what to avoid. Although we’re happy to praise casinos that do the right thing, we never sugarcoat hard truths.

If something looks or feels wrong during testing, you’ll be the first to find out. We don’t endorse casinos that we wouldn’t be comfortable using ourselves.

Would I Recommend Jackpota?

I’d recommend Jackpota for most players, but the casino is a progressive jackpot player’s dream. You can win GC/SC Mini, Minor, Major or Grand Jackpots while playing any game in their collection, plus dozens of separate progressives on Pragmatic Play slots.

The rest of the menu isn’t bad either, which includes 1,059 slots and eight live dealer casino games. However, they are missing virtual tables, poker and arcade games – all of which I’ve found at other sweeps casinos.

While impressive, Jackpota isn’t perfect. I believe their login reward can be improved, as it only gave me 1,500 GC and 0.2 free SC per day. I enjoyed participating in weekly giveaways on social media, but I’d like to see them host more tournaments and leaderboards.

Most importantly, I hate having to purchase Gold Coins in order to speak with chat support. It’s exclusionary and borderline coercive, in my opinion, and I’d like to see the requirement removed.

So long as that’s not a deal-breaker for you, Jackpota stands out from their competition with a lot to like, especially if you love jackpots
