I’m explaining how I claimed every bonus at FunzCity, and I’m showing you how to do the same.

How I Claimed FunzCity’s No-Deposit Bonus

You’ll earn 125,000 Fun Coins (FC)  as a no-deposit sweepstakes bonus after signing up with FunzCity. It’s worth noting that FC has no redemption value – they’re similar in function to Gold Coins at other sweepstakes casinos. There are no City Coins (the equivalent of Sweeps Coins) included in the welcome bonus.

How Does The Signup Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

The signup bonus at FunzCity feels lackluster in comparison to other sweeps casinos. I got 125,000 Fun Coins (FC) after creating a new account, which is a decent number to start exploring games. However, there are no City Coins included at all, which is a big disappointment.

It’s pretty standard to get some Sweeps Coins as part of your signup bonus, with sweepstakes casinos often giving players between 1 and 3 free SC upfront.

I’ve claimed more generous offers at practically every other sweepstakes casino on the market, so that’s not a great look for FunzCity. Chumba Casino gives new players 2 million GC + 2 free SC after signing up, and McLuck features a similar no-deposit bonus of 7,500 GC + 2.5 free SC.

This is a decent bonus, and the best way to get free CC, given the welcome bonus doesn’t include any. Although 0.20 SC isn’t the largest bonus in the world, I do appreciate getting guaranteed SC every day, rather than a random reward.

FunzCity has a range of first purchase discounts available for new players:

Making any purchase unlocks their “Power Tower” bonus feature. Modelled after the classic hammer arcade game, the “Power Tower” gives you a random prize, worth up to 100 CC. If you buy five FC packages, you’ll receive a special prize worth up to 100% of your last purchase.

I love how FunzCity makes it worth your while to buy coins with extra bonuses, even though the process is optional.

Daily Missions

If you want to claim free City Coins, FunzCity offers Daily Missions that promise larger rewards over time. I won 0.2 free CC after completing 15 CC spins on any game, and I won 0.5 free CC after hitting a 5x multiplier on Inferno Fruits. You must play with CC to partake in each mission.

I was able to view my current mission on their homepage, and I claimed the following bonuses after completing each one:

FunzCity VIP Club

FunzCity’s VIP Club features ten levels, each with eight sub-tiers. As you play your favorite slots and specialties, you’ll gather Level Points (LP) and progress through each tier. Once you collect 12,000 LP, you’ll begin claiming free FC and CC rewards as a Rookie VIP at FunzCity.

I think there is room for FunzCity’s VIP Club to include non-promotional benefits, such as VIP account hosting and priority redemptions, but I’m not complaining about their multitude of great bonuses.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

FunzCity’s referral bonus gives you 500,000 FC and 20 free CC for each person that signs up and buys $19.99 worth of Fun Coins. As an added benefit, your friend gets 400,000 FC and 5 free CC on top of their most recent purchase.

I clicked “Invite Friends” from the left sidebar to copy my link. You can also share a QR code, Facebook DM, or WhatsApp message directly from their site. My friend made a new account and bought 200,000 FC + 20 free CC for $19.99 to satisfy FunzCity’s purchase requirements.

I claimed 500,000 FC and 20 free CC just an hour after he made the purchase. I like this bonus because it doesn’t require your friends to spend an exorbitant amount of money beforehand, but I’m not a fan of their redemption limit.

According to Section 5.7 of their Award Rules, you can only redeem 50 CC from wins you got using your CC from their referral bonus. This limit drops to 25 CC for wins that you earned on the back of CC you got from other non-purchase bonuses.

Social Media Giveaways

FunzCity is growing their following on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). They don’t host any social media giveaways at this time, and they could realistically do more with their current online presence. I’d love to see them give away free FC and CC to a set number of players each week.

If you decide to give them a follow on socials, you’ll be the first to hear about their new releases and other announcements, but you won’t get any extra coins for now.

Mail-in Offers

FunzCity accepts mail-in sweepstakes requests from their players. According to Section 2.3 of FunzCity’s Alternative Method of Promotional Entry (AMOE) rules, you get 1 free CC for every envelope they accept. Each request must be written on a piece of paper at least 3 x 5 inches.

You’ll need to write the words “Funzcity Free Entry Request” above your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, email address, and user account number. You can find your user account number by opening your profile and copying your number from the top.

While their process feels beginner-friendly, sites like Chumba hand out 5 free SC per request. FunzCity should be a bit more generous for players that take the time to handwrite envelopes.

My Experience Opening an Account at FunzCity

It took me just five minutes to sign up with FunzCity, complete my profile, and claim free coins. Here’s what I did to get started:

What I Liked and Disliked About FunzCity

FunzCity’s range of slots and jackpots, Daily Missions, guaranteed daily rewards, VIP benefits, frequent FC discounts and free chat support were all highlights during the week I spent testing their platform. However, their low redemption limits for free CC bonuses feel sneaky and unfair.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at FunzCity

FunzCity delivers 834 top slots, 33 jackpots and 38 specialty games from 19 software providers. If you’re looking for a casino that unapologetically specializes in slots, you’ll love your time spent with FunzCity. I liked taking a stab at their CC jackpots and keeping an eye on their leaderboard.

You can also play 30 instant-win titles ranging from Plinko and Mines to Crash and Tile Master, which add a totally different and fun element to the experience.

Table games are the big thing missing from the collection, and you won’t find any blackjack, card games, roulette, baccarat or live dealer tables.

FunzCity isn’t a great match for everybody, but I’d suggest it for beginners, slots lovers, and players that enjoy watching original ideas come to life on the screen.

FunzCity leaves no stone unturned with their collection of slots, pretty much ticking all the boxes. I enjoyed impeccable organization from the word go. I was able to view my recently played games, check out their newest titles, play weekly specials, see trending titles, categorize games by feature availability and browse various themes from their homepage.

Their Bonus Buy and Chill N’ Win games are designed for high rollers that love slots with bonus features. Slotmill’s Ca$h Pandas turns trash into treasure with a max multiplier of 10,000x, and the slot’s randomly appearing Raccoon Wild symbol delivers unexpected winning combinations.

Jackpot enthusiasts can win any of four Red, Silver, Gold, or Diamond prizes while playing slots like NetGame’s Wild Buffalo. At the time of my review, their largest jackpots reached a max of 10,000x your FC or CC play value. However, they don’t list the same multipliers for every game.

You can spend as little as 100 FC / 0.2 CC per spin on the vast majority of their slots, but higher limit options like NetGame’s Diamond Shot enable players to spend as much as 10,000 FC or 45 CC per spin. No matter how much you’re willing to wager, all their slots feel accommodating.

I liked exploring their Animal Kingdom collection, as it takes inspiration from popular real money games like Buffalo Gold and Dragon Link to provide a similar experience. Ta-Da Gaming’s The Pig House is a fun slot with a built in bonus wheel, inspired by the classic children’s story and featuring an appearance from the Big, Bad Wolf.

I really like the way FunzCity creates their own themed collections, and I had the most fun browsing their Royal Riches and Fruit Frenzy collection. Slots like Candy Craze, Lotus Fortune and Volcano Fruits kept me glued to the edge of my seat with massive multipliers, scatter bonuses, and tens of random free spins. It’s a great way to explore the huge catalog.

Table Games

FunzCity doesn’t have any table games, including blackjack, video poker, baccarat and roulette. Chumba is a more fitting sweepstakes casino if you’re mainly focused on table and card games.

Live Dealer Games

FunzCity doesn’t have any live dealer games, putting them behind established competitors like Hello Millions and McLuck Casino. McLuck goes above and beyond with multiple tables of blackjack, roulette and game shows.

Instant-Win Games

FunzCity has 30 instant-win games plastered on their homepage. I saw familiar titles like Plinko XY, Gold Smash and Plinko Rush next to titles I’d never seen before. NetGame’s Mighty Crash positions an ominous figure above precious gemstones. Every time you click, he crushes a rock. Any rock might contain one of four jackpot prizes.

BGaming’s Tile Master is another fantastic puzzle game that features multipliers ranging from 1.4x – 100x your FC or CC bet size. When you spin their wheel, you’ll piece tiles together and collect more free coins. But beware – if you spin their wheel one too many times, you’ll lose the FC or CC prizes you’ve already earned.

Gaming Corps’ Penalty Champion puts you in the game as you take penalty kicks against the goalie. Every shot you land results in more free coins, but missing just one goal ends your sesh.

I’m a huge fan of FunzCity’s specialties because they don’t recycle existing ideas or categories, and instead focus on creating fresh new games.

Fish Games

FunzCity hosts eight fishing titles from Netgame, and you shouldn’t expect a comfy day on the water. I jumped right into the action with Lucky Fishing as I fired lasers at undersea monsters.

Alien Hunter put me back on land as I fired at will to protect my livestock from an alien invasion.

I’d recommend FunzCity’s fishing titles for players that enjoy first-person shooter video games.

FunzCity Payment and Redemption Experience

You’re not required to buy coins before playing games at FunzCity. They’ll give you 125,000 FC after you sign up and verify your email. I claimed 0.2 free CC every day, finished Daily Missions to earn more CC, and spun their VIP Prize Wheel to claim additional rewards.

You can buy more FC with real cash if you’re running low. I’m not a fan of their $6.99 purchase minimum, and I’m not happy with their arbitrary redemption limits on free CC. The only way for players to redeem more than 25 CC at a time is to make a purchase and claim free City Coins.

Payments

FunzCity accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for FC purchases on desktop. I checked their mobile website on my iPhone 16 and found another option to buy coins with Apple Pay. They’re not compatible with Google Pay, and I think they should accept Skrill/PayPal for FC purchases.

I opted into FunzCity’s 350% boost for $4.99. Their payment process is simple and reminiscent of shopping online with Amazon or eBay.

Here’s how I bought coins at FunzCity for the first time:

1. Click “Buy” at the top-right corner of the page.
2. Select the price next to your preferred bundle.
3. Click “Add New Card” or select Apple Pay on mobile.
4. Enter your full name, card number, expiry date, CVV code, name, address, and birthday.
5. Optionally, check the box to save your card details for later purchases.
6. Click “Pay” to complete your purchase and refresh the page.

I got 225,000 FC and 12.5 free CC immediately – it took me just one minute to complete all the required steps. From start to finish, they’ve simplified their FC purchase process for beginners.

Redemptions

You must win at least 25 CC during gameplay if you’d like to request a gift card prize. Regular ACH transfers have a 50 CC minimum, and all other redemption options require you to win at least 100 CC. I’m happy to see PayPal, Visa Debit, and Push-to-Card as listed prize methods.

Any free CC you claim from FunzCity through a bonus has 1x playthrough requirements. You’ll have to spend free CC once before it can be redeemed for prizes. According to Section 5.7 of their Award Rules, you are limited to redeeming 25 CC from winnings acquired using free bonus CC, which is a big downside.

It means the only way to redeem larger prizes is by spending money on FC packages, which contain bonus CC that isn’t restricted.

Each City Coin (CC) holds $1.00 in redemption value just like Sweeps Coins at competing sites.

If you make a purchase to claim free City Coins, this redemption limit will not apply to you. But if you don’t want to spend your money here, the most you’ll be allowed to win is equivalent to $25.

After winning 25 CC mid-way through the week, I requested my first gift card prize through email and received a $25 gift card code 15 minutes later.

Later during the week, I won 50 CC and requested a bank transfer prize. This time, I waited 48 hours before seeing my $50 payment arrive.

Here’s how to request your first prize redemption at FunzCity:

1. Click “Buy” and toggle to “Redeem.”
2. Choose your redemption method on the next page.
3. Enter the number of CC you want to redeem for prizes.
4. If you chose ACH, enter your routing and account info.
5. If you chose a gift card, confirm your personal information.
6. If you selected PayPal, complete their in-app instructions.
7. If you chose Visa Debit/Push-to-Card, confirm your details.

Before your first prize redemption gets approved, you’ll have to complete FunzCity’s verification process. I was asked to upload a picture of my driver’s license, take a selfie and submit proof of payment by sending a picture of the bank card I used to make FC purchases.

Someone verified my account information just two hours later, which beats the 12 – 24 hour wait I’ve experienced at sites like Chumba or McLuck for manual KYC reviews. Automatic verification is admittedly the golden standard, but I’m glad FunzCity got through my documents very quickly.

Overall User Experience – Is FunzCity Fun to Play At?

FunzCity is extremely fun to play at. Their beginner-friendly interface helped me keep track of their ongoing promotions, discounts, and VIP bonuses without skipping a beat. I enjoyed fast loading speeds while playing games, viewing leaderboards, and navigating their menu items.

FunzCity’s homepage goes easy on the eyes with appropriately spaced headers, easy-to-read font sizes, and colorful action buttons. I was able to see their game of the week, opt into “Deals of the Day,” claim CC rewards, and complete Daily Missions from the same place on their site.

Whenever you’re eligible for a Prize Wheel spin, you’ll notice their VIP Wheel show up in place of their “Power Tower” promotion. You can see all inbound bonus notifications from FunzCity by clicking the envelope next to your FC or CC balance.

Opening the search function allowed me to look for games by name, but I found it more useful for categorizing slots based on software provider. I was able to scroll through a list of providers and view all the games from each company, making it easy to find the exact machine you want.

Mobile

FunzCity doesn’t have a downloadable app or instant-play web app for mobile, but their website is optimized for gameplay on smaller screens. I logged into my account with Google Chrome on my iPhone 16. They’ve downsized their menus, promotions, and game categories appropriately.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

FunzCity offers 24/7 live chat support and email-based assistance. However, they’re missing a phone line, FAQ page, and ticket request form. You’re not required to make a purchase before speaking with chat support, which puts FunzCity ahead of sites like McLuck and Hello Millions.

You can speak with FunzCity’s live chat team by clicking the bottom-right tab on their website. If you’re on mobile, open the menu and click “Support” to chat with people in real-time. Their team is online 24/7. They delivered prompt, cheerful, and knowledgeable replies around-the-clock.

If you have a more complex inquiry, I’d recommend sending them an email directly. I messaged [email protected] with a question about Section 5.7 of their Award Rules. They responded 12 hours later, verifying that you’re allowed to redeem a maximum of 25 CC from free bonuses.

What Do the Reviews Say?

FunzCity has a 1.9 out of 5 star TrustScore based on 59 reviews. 78% of players gave them one star, and just 17% of players gave them five stars. Satisfied players love their variety of top slots and free live chat support.

On the other hand, disgruntled players are unilaterally aggravated with FunzCity’s Award Rules. No matter what you earn from your free CC, you can only redeem 25 CC without making a prior purchase. Understandably, this arbitrary rule rubs many users (myself included) the wrong way.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

FunzCity doesn’t have a dedicated Responsible Gaming webpage, but they make it possible to set daily purchase limits or request a self-exclusion by contacting chat support. I spoke to Miles, who was more than happy to set limits on my behalf and explain their self-exclusion procedure.

You can request a self-exclusion for as little as one month. Miles verified that any self-exclusion can last up to 5 years. This information isn’t available in their Terms of Use. Had I not contacted support in the first place, I would’ve never figured this out.

FunzCity needs to compile a responsible gaming policy that outlines their tools and restrictions.

What’s the Difference Between FunzCity and a Real Money Casino?

FunzCity is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money gambling. You can play games for free using Fun Coins and City Coins. It’s easy to claim FC and CC through various bonuses.
