Funrize Club

Funrize Club is the loyalty program at Funrize, consisting of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Sapphire, Diamond, and VIP. Even though I didn’t make much progress in a week, this is one of my favorite features of the platform, with rewards tied into the daily bonus and coinback. I can see this being really valuable for regular players.

Another part of the Funrize Club is “Daily Playback,” where you can get a percentage back if you lose more TC or PE than you win in a day. You can receive up to 100,000 TC and 10,000 PE. The percentage of “Daily Playback” depends on your status. For example, it is 5% at the Bronze Tier, increasing with the following tiers.

You must play at least 100 TC or PE each day to qualify for this promotion. However, only purchased TC or PE, that has been given as a free bonus with TC purchases, counts toward the Playback reward.

Refer-A-Friend

Both you and a friend can gain a bonus by inviting them to join Funrize. Sometimes, only the referee gets a bonus, so it was good to see that both parties receive a reward in this case.

I tried out this promotion with a colleague. They had to sign up using my unique link, promo code, or QR code and then make purchases totaling at least $29.99. After this was completed, I received a bonus of 500,000 TC and 2,000 PE. My referral got a bonus of 400,000 TC and 500 PE.

My luck started off well while playing Fortune Cash with several wins over 1,000 TC. However, it seemed to dry out while exploring the rest of the jackpots. Still, I had a fun time, especially with the Book Of Nile series.

As I mentioned already, It was good to find titles from a mix of well-known and up-and-coming software providers. The “Funrize Bot” will give you the option to click “Live Agent.” Any time that I chose this, I was immediately connected with a representative, no matter what time of day it was.

I used the live chat countless times during my week of testing, as I had a lot of information that I needed to clarify. Every agent I messaged with was polite and friendly, and they never wavered in the quality of service.

Sometimes, it can be a hassle to get proper details from customer support, but this was never the case at Funrize. They provided in-depth explanations and useful answers to all my questions. Plus, each reply was fast, and I didn’t find myself waiting around for a response or in a queue.
