DingDingDing Promotions and Bonuses

Bonuses are a real strong point at DingDingDing. I got free GC and SC as soon as I signed up, and I found lots of ongoing promos to top up my free supply. The Pet Farm promo was a personal highlight, which I haven’t seen at other sweeps casinos.

How I Claimed DingDingDing’s No-Deposit Bonus

DingDingDing’s sweepstake casino no-deposit bonus gives players 100,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2.5 free Sweeps Coins (SC). Their registration process was simple, as I got this bonus immediately after signing up and verifying my information.

  1. I registered from DingDingDing’s homepage by clicking “Register” at the top-right corner of the website, filling in my personal details and checking the boxes to accept their terms of use.
  2. Once finished, I was prompted to verify my phone number by entering the four-digit PIN I received through SMS text message.
  3. Next, I was prompted to check my inbox. I opened their message and clicked “Confirm Email” to verify my information.
  4. I noticed 100,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins in my account immediately after finishing these steps. I was able to play slots and casino games for free right away.

Casino Bonus Code

There’s no DingDingDing bonus code necessary to claim any of their current promotions.

How Does The Sign Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?

The DingDingDing sign up bonus of 100,000 GC and 2.5 free SC compares well against competing platforms. Crown Coins features a similar bonus of 100,000 GC and 2 free SC, so you’re getting just a little bit more at DingDingDing. Hello Millions also provides 2.5 free SC, but with a smaller number of 1,500 GC.

Gold Coins sign up bonuses can vary a lot, but with Sweeps Coins you can normally expect to receive between 1-3 SC. However, there are outliers: Luckyland Slots has a no-deposit bonus of 7,777 GC and 10 free SC

On the flipside, some sites, like Global Poker, don’t include any guaranteed SC as part of their welcome bonus.

Other DingDingDing Promotions in April 2025

Here’s a closer look at DingDingDing’s leading promotions. There’s a lot to cover here, so strap in:

Daily Rewards

DingDingDing features a daily login bonus starting at 10,000 GC, 0.75 free SC, and 2 Bingo Balls. As soon as I logged into my account, I was prompted to click “Collect.” Coins were sent

to my balance automatically.

Here’s how their daily bonuses looked for me during the week I spent testing DingDingDing:

  • Day 1: 10,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 2: 20,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 3: 50,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 4: 75,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 5: 100,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 6: 125,000 GC + 1 free SC + 2 Bingo
  • Day 7: 150,000 GC + 1.5 free SC + 3 Bingo

Daily bonuses reset at the end of the week, but if you miss a day, you’ll have to start over from the beginning. If you miss their initial pop-up, you can find your bonus in the “Daily Rewards” tab located in the left sidebar.

Daily Bingo Balls

DingDingDing hands out free Bingo Balls through various ongoing promotions, including the daily login bonus.

Once you collect ten, you’ll play a special bingo game that unlocks free GC and SC awards. It took me two days to collect 10 bingo balls.

I like DingDingDing’s ongoing bingo promo. It’s simple and fun, and a good way to get extra coins for little effort. Plus, it’s not something I’ve seen at many other sweeps sites.

Daily Challenges

DingDingDing hosts daily challenges for GC and SC players. The challenges normally involve playing or winning a specific amount on a certain game, and they get updated every few hours.

For my first challenge, I was tasked with collecting 35 bingo balls for a potential reward of 35,000 GC, 0.5 free SC, and 10 Gems. At DingDingDing, Gems are used to trigger in-game bonuses.

The challenges were a great addition to my experience at DingDingDing. I liked how they got refreshed regularly, and I could simply decide whether or not to take part. If I didn’t like the game I had to play, I just didn’t bother with the challenge.

DingDingDing Daily bonus

12-Hour Gift Boxes

DingDingDing hands out mystery bonuses every 12 hours, which contain a random prize of GC, SC, Bingo Balls and/or Gems.

I found this offer by accident after clicking “Store Bonus” above their list of promotional banners, when I wanted to purchase some Gold Coins. You could easily miss it.

Progress Bonus

DingDingDing has a VIP program, but your “level” on the website is independent from their VIP program. Here’s the difference: DingDingDing’s VIP Club requires you to make purchases, but you can level up your avatar simply by earning “Experience Points” as you play casino games.

Their “Progress Bonus” refers to your avatar level, not your VIP status. You’ll get free GC when you reach the next level, but there are no other benefits available. You can see your progress bar in your account.

I made it through two levels during my week of testing, and got 500 GC each time. While you can’t get free SC from this promotion, it’s nice to see DingDingDing promoting free gameplay and entertainment as a sweepstakes casino.

300M GC + 1M SC Prize Drops

DingDingDing is dropping a total of 300 million GC and 1 million SC in free prizes across 49 popular slot games. If you’d like to participate, toggle “Prize Pool” from their list of categories. I decided to play Super Sugar Pop: Hold & Win, but I didn’t snag any free prizes.

There isn’t much information available beyond the fact that DingDingDing is dropping prizes at random, so you essentially have to be in the right place at the right time.

Daily Coin Races

DingDingDing hosts daily coin races across the entirety of their game collection, handing out a top prize of 500,000 GC, 5 free SC, 10 Bingo Balls, and 10 Gems to the first-place winner.

Somebody played 17 billion GC to secure a sizable victory on the second day of my week-long testing period. Prizes are handed out as far down as fifteenth place, so it’s not a winner takes all format.

Normally, slot races like this are available on selected slots only, so I was pleasantly surprised to see that the entire collection of games qualified at DingDingDing. It means you can focus on playing your favorite games and still take part.

Here are the prizes available:

Leaderboard Position Daily Prize Awarded
1st 500,000 GC + 5 free SC + 10 Bingo Balls + 10 Gems
2nd 400,000 GC + 4 free SC + 9 Bingo Balls + 9 Gems

14th 30,000 GC + 0.75 free SC + 1 Gem
15th 25,000 GC + 0.5 free SC + 1 Bingo + 1 Gem

Social Media Giveaways

DingDingDing hosts frequent giveaways on Facebook and Instagram. Follow, like, comment and share for your chance to win free coins.

At the time of my review, they were handing out 120,000 GC + 6 Bingo Balls + 4 free SC to four lucky players who “found the twins” hiding in a picture. I replied “5 and 6” for my chance to earn free coins, but nearly 100 players had already commented by the time I came across this offer, and I didn’t get lucky.

Competition is stiff, but they post new giveaways daily or every two days (at the bare minimum). I love how frequently they’re announced, and I had fun throwing my hat in the comment section.

DingDingDing’s VIP Club

DingDingDing has a six-tiered VIP Club for players that regularly purchase Gold Coin bundles. There’s no way to progress through the ranks without spending money, which ultimately goes against the principle of free social casino gaming. Here’s what the program actually looks like:

VIP Tier  Points Required  Benefits Included
Newcomer 0 – 499 Daily Rewards, 24/7 Support, Birthday Bonus
Bronze 500 – 4,999 Enhanced daily rewards, level up bonus, Switcheroo, Monthly Rewards, Piggy Bank
Silver 5,000 – 12,499 Enhanced daily rewards, level up bonus, Switcheroo, Monthly Rewards, Piggy Bank, 0.1% SC back on every spin
Gold 12,500 – 49,999 Enhanced daily rewards, level up bonus, Switcheroo, Monthly Rewards, Piggy Bank, 0.15% SC back on every spin, upgraded GC purchase deals, upgraded stamp card, upgraded store bonus
Platinum 50,000 – 99,999 Enhanced daily rewards, level up bonus, Switcheroo, Monthly Rewards, Piggy Bank, 0.2% SC back on every spin, upgraded GC purchase deals, upgraded stamp card, upgraded store bonus, 24-hour redemptions
Diamond 100,000+ Enhanced daily rewards, level up bonus, Switcheroo, Monthly Rewards, Piggy Bank, 0.25% SC back on every spin, upgraded GC purchase deals, upgraded stamp card, upgraded store bonus, 24-hour redemptions, dedicated VIP account host

You’ll earn one loyalty point for every dollar spent on GC purchases, meaning that you’d need to spend a total of $100,000 before reaching “Diamond” VIP.

Tier progression resets after 45 days, so all qualifying GC purchases need to be initiated within this timeframe. You only earn loyalty points if you purchase packages priced at $19.99 or higher.

All in all, this definitely isn’t my favorite VIP program. I don’t like how heavily it’s weighted towards simply spending money, rather than benefits for playing games.

The one feature I was impressed by is the fact that you can exchange your VIP points for gift cards at DingDingDing. Once you earn 50 VIP Points, you’ll qualify for a $9 virtual gift card. Spending $100 earns you $22 in gift card rewards, while purchasing $250 worth of GC (250 VIP Points) earns you $67 in gift cards – which is 27% back.

Here’s how it breaks down:

VIP Points & Real Money Spent  Gift Card Rewards / Cash Back Percentage
50 VIP Points ($50) $9 (18% cashback)
100 VIP Points ($100) $22 (22% cashback)
250 VIP Points ($250) $67 (27% cashback)
500 VIP Points ($500) $153 (30% cashback)
1,000 VIP Points ($1,000) $349 (35% cashback)

You can redeem gift cards to your email address after completing their KYC verification process, which I’ll discuss in more detail later on.

Based on the gift card kickbacks alone, DingDingDing is an ideal choice for big spenders.

Sweepstakes Pet Farm

You’ll need to reach Level 7 as a DingDingDing player before unlocking the Sweepstakes Farm. The “Sweepstakes Farm” is a virtual farm that lets you monitor a pet as they collect Bingo + SC.

This promotion operates independently from their VIP program. In fact, it’s like unlocking a whole new, separate VIP program.

If you’ve ever had a Tamagotchi growing up, you’ll get the picture. Name, nurture and feed your new fur baby to claim a total of 15 free SC and 20 bingo balls over a period of 21 days. You’ll begin earning rewards on Day 5, and they get progressively larger as your pet morphs into a fully-grown adult. If you miss a day, you’ll have to start over from scratch.

Activity Required  Free SC + Bingo Balls
Feed your pet for five consecutive days 1 free SC + 2 Bingo Balls
Feed your pet for seven consecutive days 2 free SC + 3 Bingo Balls
Feed your pet for 10 consecutive days 3 free SC + 4 Bingo Balls
Feed your pet for 15 consecutive days 4 free SC + 5 Bingo Balls
Feed your pet for 21 consecutive days 5 free SC + 6 Bingo Balls

After you’ve completed your 21-day foster parenting session, you’ll get to adopt a new pet and start all over again.

Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to Level 7 after a week on DingDingDing, so I can’t go into any more detail on my Pet Farm. However, I’m a big fan of the concept. This promo is genuinely something different, and it’s an avenue into getting free SC every single day. I’m sold.

Lucky Piggy Bank

DingDingDing’s Lucky Piggy Bank promo works in the background to save GC and SC on losing spins. A small, undisclosed fraction of each losing spin goes towards your piggy bank automatically. It can collect up to 4 million GC and 10 free SC before you need to break it open with the virtual hammer.

Frustratingly, I had to pay $2.99 to “crack” the piggy bank open and claim my supposedly free rewards – which feels like a cheap attempt to get users to spend more money. I wish DingDingDing didn’t attach purchase requirements to some of their most exciting bonuses.

Refer-A-Friend Bonus

DingDingDing will give you 200,000 GC and 2 free SC for each friend you refer to the platform. Interestingly, your friends are not required to make any purchases before you earn free GC and SC.

Players can invite up to 5 friends every 30 days, delivering up to 1 million GC and 10 free SC in monthly referral bonuses. I clicked Invite Friends to generate and share my unique referral link. You can copy the link directly or click “Share” to send it out via SMS, email and/or social media.

My co-worker signed up and got verified. 24 hours later, I received a bonus of 200,000 GC and 2 free SC as promised. While I’ve seen more valuable referral packages elsewhere, they almost always come with a GC purchase requirement. In contrast, the referral program at DingDingDing is an excellent way to get free coins without anyone spending money.

My Experience Opening a New Account at DingDingDing

I was able to sign up at DingDingDing in less than five minutes using my email address. I’m documenting the steps I followed in this beginner-friendly guide:

  1. Create A New Account: Click “Register” at the top-right corner of DingDingDing’s website or click our sign-up link on this page.
  2. Enter Personal Details: Enter your details and create a password. Tick all the boxes to certify that your personal details are 100% true, agree to their Terms of Service, and affirm that you’re 21+ years old. Click “Verify and Register” to finalize your account creation.
  3. Confirm Your Email: Check your inbox and verify your account details. You’ll also be asked to verify your mobile phone number with a unique code. However, I received 100k GC + 2.5 free SC immediately after confirming my email, before my phone was verified.

What I Liked and Disliked About DingDingDing

DingDingDing impressed me with top-notch customer support and promotions, but perfect platforms don’t exist. Their website interface feels somewhat overwhelming from a usability perspective, which is a shame given their exceptional library of diverse games and tournaments. Plus, they have some restrictive rules surrounding Sweeps Coins.

DingDingDing is a great sweepstakes casino for players who prioritize diversity in their gaming experience. I found everything from classic slots to virtual table games like blackjack, baccarat, roulette, as well as live games and video poker. It’s a great selection, beginner friendly but also with more than enough depth for experienced players.

DingDingDing have partnered up with the following 15 reputable software companies:

  • Pragmatic Play
  • BGaming
  • Relax Gaming
  • Playson
  • Kalamba
  • Swintt
  • Hacksaw
  • Gaming Corps
  • Booming Games

Slot Games

DingDingDing is home to 1,324 online slots and 17 progressive jackpots, an excellent selection in my opinion.

I like the way they feature so many different providers, which means the catalog never feels samey, and there is always something new to discover. You can view all their current providers by scrolling right along their horizontal toplist of game categories. I liked being able to see the number of available games in each category at a glance. For instance, I noticed 398 games from Pragmatic Play, the largest number of all the providers.

DingDingDing’s interface is littered with advertisements and promotions, which I did find annoying after a while. That said, navigability isn’t an issue. I found a list of my recently played titles, their newest releases, live games, jackpots, Christmas themed options, tournament-eligible “Prize Pool” games, titles ordered by popularity and more.

I wish they’d add a way to sort games by theme, but their current search filters are capable of handling a collection this large. There’s a search bar near the top-left corner of their site, but I found myself using the top menu icons to navigate almost exclusively.

I chose to play Cyber Frankenstein, and I narrowly avoided electrocution as the Mad Professor sprung the lever to increase my volatility settings. This game was typical of DingDingDing’s collection: it was brand new to me and I was totally impressed by its style and creativity. I had never played a game where the volatility changed mid-round, before.

DingDinDing Games

Progressive Jackpots

DingDingDing hosts 17 progressive jackpots from Pragmatic Play. GC and SC gamers could win four potential prizes on any spin. Their Minor, Major, Mega and Grand jackpots went up to 892M Gold Coins and 26,699.16 Sweeps Coins at the time of my review.

I chose to place a handful of spins on Fruit Party, one of the games that qualified. You need to play at least 0.2 SC or 2,500 GC per spin to qualify for a progressive jackpot prize.

Much like swipe-to-match mobile games, you can take advantage of recurring GC and SC wins thanks to the game’s “Tumble Feature.” Winning combos vanish into thin air, allowing the symbols directly above to drop in their place.

I didn’t manage to hit any of the progressives, but I had fun.

Table Games

DingDingDing has 19 virtual table games from Evoplay, an iGaming provider known for their dedication to realistic graphics.

Seven blackjack variants, Red Dog, five video poker games, three-card rummy, classic baccarat and American roulette make up their selection. I also found Pontoon, Top Card Trumps, and Supreme 777 Jackpots Blackjack.

Just like the slots menu, it’s a really strong selection. I’m used to seeing sweepstakes casinos with just one or two tables of blackjack or roulette, or often no table games at all. The tables at DingDingDing go the extra mile, with classic table games complimented by more obscure games like Pontoon.

Live Dealer

Maybe most impressively of all, DingDingDing has 32 live dealer options on deck from Vivo Gaming and Iconic21.

Again, the selection is diverse and interesting, and above and beyond the average selection of live games.

You’ll find classic US casino games like baccarat and blackjack, Asian casino influences like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, and modern twists on the classic like Take Deal or Risk Blackjack.

The graphics and software worked perfectly on every game I played. My review took place in December, and one of the baccarat dealers even wore a Santa hat! It  was just one of the many fine touches that made my experience feel premium.

DingDingDing Bingo

DingDingDing hosts four active bingo rooms in partnership with Pragmatic Play. If you’re stuck waiting in between rounds, you can play any of 398 mini-slots from Pragmatic using the side screen. I had fun multitasking as I explored upcoming 75-ball and 90-ball events.

Sweepstakes players could earn up to 15,381.39 SC playing “High 5 Hippies” or “Canyon Creek” 75-ball bingo at the time of my review. Their 90-ball room featured a top prize of 3,884 SC, and their 30-ball “Stars and Stripes” bingo room boasted up to 5,240.35 SC in jackpots.

I was pleased to find tournaments available as frequently as every two minutes. Their 90-ball “Bauble Blast” room hosts 770 games per day running on a 24 hour schedule.

DingDingDing Originals and Specialities

DingDingDing features 52 original titles. The majority of these are slots, but there are also some arcade-style games including Switcheroo!, Mafia Dice, Pinata Smash, Samurai Wars, or Prison Escape elsewhere. Also in this section are games like Plinko, Keno and Crash.

Exclusive games are always a good sign, in my opinion. Even if they aren’t likely to be the most popular, compared with classic slots, it means the site is going the extra mile to stand out.

I particularly enjoyed Hockey Shootout, which gave me classic gaming console vibes. Each “shot” cost me 1 SC, but I was able to drag the cursor to indicate where I wanted to score.

Even though it seems like these games involve strategy, they are still governed by the same random RNG technology as slots.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the entire gaming collection at DingDingDing. It’s incredibly exhaustive and the quality is high across the board.

DingDingDing’s Payment and Redemption Experience

You’re not required to make purchases at DingDingDing or any other sweepstakes casino. I got 100,000 GC and 2.5 free SC from their no-deposit bonus, and I picked up even more free coins from hourly challenges.

There are too many ongoing promotions for me to name-check here, but I never felt pressured to buy a GC package. If you want to play games for free, DingDingDing offers plenty of ways to do just that.

Nonetheless, you can also buy GC using real money and crypto. When you do, you normally get free SC as a bonus.

I had a positive experience making purchases and redeeming prizes at DingDingDing, but I did find some terms and conditions that I was disappointed with.

As usual, bonus Sweeps Coins come with 1x wagering requirements, meaning you need to use them once in games before they can be redeemed. At DingDingDing, you always use any redeemable SC first when playing games, before any bonus SC.

Let’s say I won 50 SC on a single spin worth 1 SC, with a bankroll of 10 bonus SC. Assuming the same bet size, I’d watch my redeemable balance drop to 49 SC, 48 SC, 47 SC, 46 SC, and so on and so forth until I either dropped back to zero redeemable SC or managed to reach the 100 redeemable SC threshold.

It makes it much harder to reach the threshold to redeem a prize. They also reserve the right to impose playthrough requirements up to 20x according to Section 4(e) of their Sweepstakes Rules.

I don’t like these practices, which feel intentionally misleading and punitive to players.

DingDingDing Payment Details

DingDingDing Payments

DingDingDing accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and GPay payments on desktop. If you download their mobile app for iOS, you can use Apple Pay to buy bundles. I was happy to see that 10+ forms of crypto are available for purchases. However, redemptions are cash and gift cards only.

Their $2.99 purchase minimum is pretty beginner friendly. However, Chumba Casino lets you purchase Gold Coins from just $0.50.

In comparison to other casinos I’ve tested out, they’ve made it super easy to buy coins, get verified, and redeem prizes.

I followed easy-to-understand instructions every step of the way. You can click “Sale” to bring up their regular GC purchase menu.

I was able to buy 75,000 GC, claim 4 free SC, collect 1 Bingo, and earn an hour-long XP/Level boost by clicking the “$4.99” price indicator.

I chose “Credit Card” from the following page to enter my full name, CVV code, and expiry date. I picked my state of residence before checking both boxes to confirm the validity of my card info.

I like the way you can save your card details to speed up future purchases, but I noticed that clicking “Credit Card” with a saved card by accident will complete a purchase for you automatically. I spent $9.99 without intending to, so I’d encourage DingDingDing to include a confirmation tab for existing players. For me, it only appeared for my first purchase.

DingDingDing Redemptions

As I mentioned already, DingDingDing has a rule that forces players to spend redeemable SC before unplayed bonus SC. Without getting too into the weeds, it makes it more difficult to build up redeemable SC, since it automatically gets spent first.

Other sweeps casinos don’t follow this model, putting DingDingDing well behind the likes of Global Poker and Chumba.

Also, after I got KYC-verified, they called my phone before approving my prize request, causing more delays. This is a common issue according to players on Reddit, TrustPilot and AskGamblers.

It’s hard to shake the feeling that DingDingDing are intentionally making it difficult to redeem prizes, which is very disappointing. I’d like to see them simplify and clarify the process for beginners.

Notwithstanding all the roadblocks, DingDingDing’s actual redemption/verification process is fairly simple. I was required to submit a photo of my ID, a real-time selfie of me holding my driver’s license, and my recent utility bill as proof of address.

I waited 12 hours before I was fully verified and ready to request a prize. You can request a max of 5,000 SC per day. This limit is usually set to 10,000 SC at platforms like Hello Millions and McLuck. Once I was ready to request a prize, I clicked “Redeem” and opted for a cash transfer.

They also process gift card redemptions, but there’s no way to request your winnings via crypto.

I entered my bank information, confirmed my personal details, and redeemed 100 SC. I noticed $100 appear in my account 24 hours later, but that’s partly because their team called me quickly and I happened to pick up.

If you miss their singular verification call, it’s on you to get back in touch with the casino before they’ll approve your redemption. This usually takes 2-3 days, but sometimes, players get lucky.

Gift card prizes are available, but they have the same 100 SC redemption minimum and 2 to 3-day delivery window.

Like I said, there is room for improvement here.

Overall User Experience – Is DingDingDing Fun to Play At?

DingDingDing’s user interface can be a lot to handle for complete beginners, and this problem is magnified on smartphone devices with smaller screens. They host so many games, promos and discounts that their announcements can sometimes impede the natural flow of online gameplay.

I’m a fan of their all-purple website layout, and I thought re-dressing DingDingDing’s mascot as Santa Claus was a nice touch for the holiday season.

Overall, my experience on desktop and mobile were very different.

Desktop was definitely my preferred way to experience DingDingDing. With so much going on in terms of games, adverts and promos, the bigger screen is very much required so as not to feel overwhelmed.

As it was, I appreciated the organization that has gone into the site. The categories in the gaming menu make sense, and I found it easy both to browse and to hone in on exactly what I was looking for. Little touches like including the number of games in each category in brackets go a long way.

The fluorescent buttons for redeeming prizes and purchasing coins stand out against the dark purple backdrop. I was guided through the process of purchasing coins smoothly, via typing in my details in the pop up box. It felt like paying for anything else online, and beginners will have no trouble here.

I appreciate the way they provide links to download the DingDingDing app for both iOS and Android, prominently displayed on the desktop site. That said – spoiler alert – I didn’t love the mobile experience.

Given the sheer number of games, promos and other novelties like the Pet Farm on DingDingDing, I expected the website to take a little getting used to. Overall, they’ve done a great job.

My main criticism is that they should reduce the number of unavoidable pop-up advertisements on desktop and mobile. Again, this problem became much more noticeable when I switched to my iPhone 16.

DingDingDing on Mobile

I downloaded DingDingDing’s mobile app from the iOS App Store on my iPhone 16. They also feature a downloadable app for Android via the Google Play Store.

I’m not sure how both apps maintain above 4 stars based on slightly fewer than 200 testimonials. My experience certainly was not that, with bad organization, endless pop-ups and loading issues. It felt like the app just couldn’t handle everything that DingDingDing offers.

The games themselves were fine, with no major issues once I started playing. But everything else – the navigation, purchases, claiming bonuses – felt like a maze. The sizing was off too: some menus took up way more space than necessary.

DingDingDing’s website is better-organized than their mobile app – by a long shot.

While their pop-ups can get annoying on desktop, they make the app entirely unusable on mobile. I found myself getting frustrated as I attempted to minimize their promo chat box three separate times.

I recommend sticking to the desktop site.

Is the Customer Support Any Good?

DingDingDing provides fantastic customer support. Their phone support team works from 9 AM to 6 PM (EST) Monday – Friday, and their live chat team is online until 10 PM. They also feature email, ticket, and FAQ support. While they’re on socials, they don’t offer support via IG, FB or X.

Not being available 24 hours a day can be a dealbreaker for night owls, but it’s relatively rare to see 24/7 chat support.

They still excel compared to competing platforms. Casinos owned and operated by B2 Services, such as McLuck, Hello Millions and Playfame.com, force players to make a purchase before live chat support becomes accessible. Chumba Casino doesn’t offer chat or phone support in any capacity.

You can launch their chat feature by clicking the icon which is always available to the bottom right of the screen.  I spoke to agents named Nick, Klarissa, and Cassie via chat on three separate days. Every time I received an immediate reply from all three agents during DingDingDing’s normal business hours.

Live chat is by far my favorite way to contact support, but I tested out the other methods too. Each one worked perfectly and I got my questions answered every time.

Here’s how you can get in touch with support at DingDingDing:

Is DingDingDing Trustworthy?

Yes, DingDingDing is a trustworthy casino. They’ve teamed up with the industry’s biggest software companies to feature nearly 1,500 diverse titles. It’s always a good sign to see reputable providers like Pragmatic Play partnering with casinos.

DingDingDing subjects their games to RNG testing, ensuring that the outcome of each spin and round is entirely random.

They require all players to be 21+ years of age before creating a new account, which is different from the 18+ age restriction imposed by Chumba, Hello Millions, and Global Poker. They subject players to identity verification (KYC) checks prior to approving prize redemptions, and they protect your financial information with 256-bit encryption.

You can buy Gold Coins using secure payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major bank cards. They even accept 10+ forms of cryptocurrency for purchases. SC redemptions are processed via gift card or sent directly to your bank account, guaranteeing your financial safety.

My big criticism is DingDingDing is their redemption policies, which I’ve already covered, and feel designed to make it difficult to redeem prizes.

Who Owns DingDingDing?

DingDingDing is owned and operated by Living Pixels Studio, LLC. This iGaming company has their headquarters in California and DingDingDing is the only site they operate in the US.

Because DingDingDing is a sweepstakes casino, they don’t require a gambling license to offer services across 46 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Their registered address is at 288 Hamilton Ave., Third Floor, Palo Alto, CA 94301.

Living Pixels Studio operates as a team of game designers, developers, programmers, artists, and players. I didn’t find loads of information about them, but I’m happy that they are legit.

What Do The Reviews Say?

DingDingDing benefits from an enormous amount of social proof. For example, they maintain a 4.2 out of 5 star TrustPilot TrustScore based on 18,948+ testimonials. 79% of respondents give them 4 and 5 stars, citing their daily promotions as the biggest reason they keep coming back.

Players also love their diverse game collection, customer service hotline, and free giveaways. While some users report problems with delayed redemptions and verification correspondence, their 99% response rate (and 24-hour response window) for negative reviews is a green flag.

Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?

Based on personal experience, DingDingDing goes the extra mile to provide comprehensive responsible gaming resources for their players. I was able to set daily, weekly or monthly GC purchase limits on my own by opening my Profile Avatar and toggling to “Set Spend Limits.”

DingDingDing has a Responsible Gaming page, but I found it difficult to locate on the site. In the end, I had to get there via Google.

In this section, DingDingDing explains that their games are meant exclusively for entertainment, encourage players to limit their session time, and link to supportive organizations for struggling gamers. I was able to read articles from Smart Social Gamers and NPR about spotting signs of a potential gaming disorder.

You can self-exclude your account for a minimum of six months. While this would be nice to find on their actual website, I like that DingDingDing puts the control in players’ hands independently.

What’s The Difference Between DingDingDing and a Real Money Casino?

DingDingDing is a sweepstakes casino, meaning that you’ll use Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC) to play games for free, instead of betting real money. They don’t accept cash bets or deposits and they don’t require a regular gambling license, allowing their casino to operate legally in all but four U.S. states.

Gold Coins are only useful for entertainment’s sake, as they cannot be redeemed for prizes no matter how many of them you win. If you play their games with Sweeps Coins, you can redeem the SC you win for cash and/or gift card prizes.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos

Sweepschaser uses an identical rating procedure to evaluate each casino we review. We spend twelve hours gathering first-person experience over the course of a week before reaching authentic, original opinions based on the latest information.

We spend a minimum of two hours researching each of the following five key areas to deliver a final verdict:

  1. Bonuses and Promotions: Beginning with a casino’s no-deposit bonus, we opt into every promotion we can find. We collect daily login rewards, participate in giveaways,   and play tournament-eligible games. We rate bonuses based on how much they’re worth, how they compare to competing offers, and how simple they are to claim.
  2. Games: Our team plays twenty slots, tables, live games, and specialties at each casino we review. We analyze their available software companies, play with both GC and SC, and assess the overall quality of their selection. We hand out more favorable ratings to casinos that work with reputable providers like Pragmatic Play.
  3. Payment Options: We purchase Gold Coins using our own money, play games, finish getting KYC-verified, and redeem SC prizes before our week-long testing period is up. Our team prioritizes casinos that accept a range of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrencies. We also like to find beginner-friendly purchase limits and low minimum redemption requirements.
  4. User Experience: We consider the design of the site, how it feels to use, and what kind of player it suits. We always test every platform on both desktop and mobile, and we prefer to see downloadable apps. Our favorite sites combine attractive design with clear, beginner friendly navigation.
  5. Customer Support: Our team gets in touch with customer support using any and all methods listed on the casino’s website. We send out live chats, record emails, submit tickets, and call over the phone. We prioritize sites that offer free 24/7 chat and phone support, but we base our ratings on the average speed and efficiency of their replies.

Why Trust SweepsChaser?

SweepsChaser provides original opinions based on our own personal experience at every site we review. Our experts double as casino players in their free time – we know what our readers love because we’re looking for the same sort of experience off-the-clock.

We have a deep understanding of the common issues that leave beginners feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. We also know what’s required to bring a casino from “good” to “excellent.”

We take the opportunity to praise the casinos we appreciate, but we never shy away from criticism when it’s required. Our goal is to share our experiences and help our readers in their own gaming journeys.

Would I Recommend DingDingDing?

I’d recommend DingDingDing to beginners and experienced players alike. There is an awful lot going on on this site and, notwithstanding a couple of issues, it’s mostly very positive.

The gaming menu is as good as it gets. Whatever you want to play, from slots to live games, arcade games to bingo, you can find it here.

I loved exploring all the promotions on offer, which felt above and beyond compared with an average sweeps site. Things like the Daily Challenges and the Pet Farm feel like side quests that elevate the whole experience – more like something I expect from a video game than a social casino.

Customer support was excellent too, with fast and efficient live chat support.

On the downside, the mobile app was a real disappointment. They need to stop with all the pop-ups on desktop too, which did impact my enjoyment of the software. Finally, I wasn’t impressed with some of the terms and conditions surrounding Sweeps Coin redemptions. The policy of always using redeemable SC first does not make it easy to amass SC and redeem prizes. That said, I was able to do it.
