Chanced Casino went live in 2023 under the ownership of Gold Coin Group, LLC. They feature a huge gaming menu of 1,245 slots and 25 live casino tables, multiplier challenges, influencer-sponsored giveaways, weekly raffles, bonus drops, and much more, for players in 43 U.S. states. However, I’m not a fan of their SC playthrough policies.
I’m signing up and exploring their entire platform in this no-holds-barred Chanced Casino review.

Chanced Promotions and Bonuses
Chanced has plenty of ways to earn free GC/SC, starting with their comprehensive sweepstakes no-deposit bonus, which is one of the few sign up bonuses to include free spins.
I had a blast participating in GC and SC challenges courtesy of Pragmatic Play, Slotmill, Netent and other big-name software companies. Chanced also hosts giveaways in tandem with popular YouTube influencers, which is a great feature that I haven’t seen at many casinos.
How I Claimed Chanced Casino’s No-Deposit Bonus
You’ll earn 10,000 GC, 2 free SC, and 20 free SC spins on Gates of Olympus after signing up, confirming your email address, getting KYC-verified, and completing certain steps to link your social media accounts.
Unlike some casinos, Chanced requires users to complete verification right away after signing up to claim your bonus. This means the whole process takes a little longer than normal, but I was done in around ten minutes.
Here’s how you can receive this bonus:
- Head to the Chanced Casino website and click “Sign Up.” I entered my personal information, agreed to their Terms of Use, and clicked “Play Now” to register.
- I opened my email inbox, looked for Chanced’s verification message and clicked “Verify” to confirm my details. I clicked “Wallet,” selected “Redeem,” and clicked “Continue With Verification.” I uploaded a picture of my driver’s license and took a selfie as requested.
- I was redirected to Chanced’s website, and I noticed an automated message from their chat support team. I clicked the link, entered my information, and completed each step.
- Once finished, I copied my one-time bonus code and went back to Chanced’s website. I launched my profile, toggled to “Offers” and pasted my code. After clicking “Submit” and refreshing the page, I noticed 2 free SC in my balance.
- I opened Gates of Olympus to use my bonus spins, which are worth 0.2 free SC a piece.
I think the process could be streamlined a bit better – the step of generating and pasting the bonus code feels unnecessary in my opinion – but I was very happy with the bonus I received.
Chanced Bonus Code
Chanced will give you a one-time bonus code after you’ve gotten KYC-verified and finished their required steps. If you decide to join their official Telegram, you’ll get exclusive bonus drop codes worth 2 SC a piece from time to time.
How Does The Sign-Up Bonus Compare to Other Sweeps Casinos?
The sign-up offer at Chanced feels generous in comparison to other sweeps casinos. I claimed 10,000 GC, 2 free SC, and 20 free SC spins on Gates of Olympus. Every spin is worth 0.2 free SC, giving you a grand total of 6 free SC in bonuses.
Typically, sweepstakes casinos give players between 1 and 3 free SC upfront. Chanced doubles the upper end of this range, but you’ll have to work for your rewards. I don’t like how convoluted their sign-up process feels, as I’m used to receiving a bonus right after signing up with a casino, but it’s a trade-off I’m willing to make for the generosity.
In contrast, Chumba Casino gives you 2 million GC and 2 free SC immediately after you verify your email address. McLuck hands out 7,500 GC and 2.5 free SC once you’ve done the same.
Other Chanced Promotions in February 2025
Here’s a rundown of the latest bonuses, promotions, and events taking place at Chanced:
Daily Bonus
Chanced Casino’s daily bonus starts at 5,000 GC and 0.3 free SC, and you’ll claim larger prizes following consecutive log-ins. I’m a huge fan of their increasing rewards, as I got 20,000 GC and 1 SC for three days in a row.
Here’s a full list of their login rewards:
- Day 1: 5,000 GC + 0.3 free SC
- Day 2: 5,000 GC + 0.3 free SC
- Day 3: 5,000 GC + 0.3 free SC
- Day 4: 10,000 GC + 0.5 free SC
- Day 5: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Day 6: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
- Day 7: 20,000 GC + 1 free SC
Click “Wallet,” open “Daily Bonus,” and click “Claim Daily Bonus” to claim free coins every 24 hours. Unfortunately, if you break your login streak, you’ll have to start from scratch on Day 1.
1,000 GC Top-Up
In addition to Chanced’s daily rewards, they’ll give you 1,000 GC as frequently as every five minutes. So long as you have fewer than 10 GC in your balance, you’ll qualify for a free GC top-up. Open “Wallet,” toggle to “Top-Up” and click “Claim Top Up” to keep the action going.
It’s clear that Chanced is dedicated to free play, as I never felt pressured to make a purchase with faucet-style bonuses like these on deck. I’d like to see more casinos hand out GC for no reason whatsoever.
First Purchase Bonus
Chanced has three potential first purchase discounts available for new players. Click “Wallet” and look underneath “Welcome Offer” to purchase one of the following boosted GC bundles:
- $19.99 – 250,000 GC + 25 free SC (normally $25)
- $40 – 500,000 GC + 40 free SC (normally $50)
- $120 – 1,500,000 GC + 150 free SC (normally $150)
If you do the math, their discounts pale in comparison to sites like Chumba and McLuck that charge $9.99 for a GC bundle with 25 free SC. Still, I’m happy they cater to different budgets.
Slot Challenges
Chanced hosts non-stop, multiplier-based slot challenges in partnership with select software providers. They list exclusive challenges from Slotmill, Pragmatic Play, Red Tiger, BGaming, and NetEnt. The first person to achieve their target multiplier wins the stated GC or SC prize.
I opened “Challenges” and played Slotmill’s Outlaws with the goal of reaching a 10,000x win multiplier before anyone else. In order to qualify, I had to bet at least 10 GC per spin. Although
I wasn’t able to seal the deal, one player walked away from the saloon with 6,000 GC in prizes.
I enjoy multiplier-based challenges because they’re not dependent on the amount of GC or SC you’re willing to risk. Chanced’s events feel accessible for beginners and seasoned users alike.
SC Race Leaderboards
Chanced hosts regular slot races for SC contestants, and I had the opportunity to participate in their 4,000 SC Race by enjoying games from their “Provider of the Month”. During February, they partnered with Pragmatic Play to hand out ten winning prizes ranging from 40 SC to 1,600 SC.
The more SC you spend on eligible games, the higher you’ll rank on their site-wide leaderboard. Although I didn’t have any major wins to report, I had a blast watching people win (and lose) SC in real-time as I submitted spin after spin.
5,000 SC Weekly Raffle
Chanced’s weekly raffle is geared towards high rollers, as you’ll need to spend 1,000 SC to get just one entry. The more tickets you earn, the greater your chance of winning 50 million GC and 5,000 free SC! Winners are chosen live every Saturday from 5 to 7 PM (PST) on their YouTube.
You can open “5,000 SC Weekly Raffle” and click “View Your Tickets” to keep track of how many SC you’ve already spent. Although I wasn’t able to participate in this raffle for obvious reasons (SweepsChaser aren’t springing for $1,000 purchases just yet) , I like how Chanced goes the extra mile to appeal to big spenders.
SC Bonus Drop Codes
If you join Chanced Casino’s official Telegram channel, you’ll take advantage of exclusive drop codes to claim free SC. Unfortunately, many codes feature exorbitant spending requirements. I wasn’t able to obtain bonuses because I hadn’t spent 4,000 SC on gameplay in the past week.
Although I love the idea of giving away free SC, it’s clear that Chanced is catering to high rollers almost exclusively on Telegram.
Refer-A-Friend Bonus
Chanced’s referral bonus gives you 100,000 GC and 15 free SC for every person that signs up and buys $20 worth of GC using your invitation link. You can invite a maximum of ten friends to the platform. Click “Refer A Friend” and select the clipboard icon to copy and send out your link.
I tested this offer with my co-worker. They registered with my link, got KYC-verified, and bought 200,000 GC + 20 free SC for $20 to meet Chanced’s purchase requirements. I got 100,000 GC and 15 free SC just one hour after they made a qualifying purchase.
While I wish they’d allow players to invite an unlimited number of friends, I don’t have any issues with this promotion otherwise.
Social Media Giveaways
Chanced hosts giveaways on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter). Every few days, they give 5 free SC to five lucky winners at random. All you have to do is like the post, drop a comment, and give them a follow to participate. You’ll receive a congratulatory follow-up email if you’re chosen!
They also publish announcements, new game releases, and other important updates on socials.
Influencer Giveaways
Chanced relies on partnerships with some of YouTube’s biggest slots influencers to host sponsored, live giveaways. They’ve worked with Mr. Mike Slots, Slot Queen, and Fishy to name a few channels.
Open “Giveaways” and toggle to “Active” to view ongoing events. Click the video and follow the influencer’s instructions for a chance to win GC and SC. They’ll often credit players that appear in their comment sections. Each giveaway can have as few as one or as many as 500 winners.
Most of the time, you’ll earn between 1 – 5 free SC if you’re chosen at random. While the prizes aren’t gigantic, I think it’s great that Chanced is working with popular YouTubers that their fans also love. It really captures the fun and community of social gaming.
VIP Club
Chanced’s VIP Club has six tiers and eleven sub-levels in total. As you continue playing games with Sweeps Coins, you’ll climb the ranks to unlock increasingly generous benefits. While their VIP Club used to accommodate GC players only, they’ve recently shifted to SC.
According to their terms and conditions, it’s theoretically possible for GC spins to count towards your VIP progression, but I couldn’t get a clear answer from the support team when I asked how it worked. None of my spins counted for anything during testing, so I switched to sweepstakes play.
After learning that I had to spend 10,000 SC to get Copper VIP, I quickly lost interest in the club.
Then again, if you have money to burn, here’s a list of their levels and requirements:
- Copper (10,000 SC)
- Bronze (50,000 SC)
- Silver (100,000 SC)
- Gold (250,000 SC)
- Platinum I (500,000 SC)
- Platinum II (1,000,000 SC)
- Platinum III (2,500,000 SC)
- Platinum IV (5,000,000 SC)
- Platinum V (10,000,000 SC)
- Diamond I (25,000,000 SC)
- Diamond II (50,000,000 SC)
- Diamond III (100,000,000 SC)
You’ll enjoy progressively better rakeback, level-up, weekly, and monthly bonuses at each level. If you manage to hit Diamond VIP, you’ll unlock tailored bonuses and dedicated account hosting.
There is clearly room for improvement with this promo. They should do a better job of explaining how you advance in levels, especially GC players. Also, at present, it’s very much tilted in favor of big spending players. Casual and small stakes players won’t even notice it exists, in my opinion.
Mail-in Offers
Chanced takes mail-in SC requests from their players. According to Section 3.3 of their Sweeps Rules, you’ll get 5 free SC per letter. Each request must contain a unique Postal Request Code, which you can grab for free by clicking the highlighted link in Section 3.5 of their Sweeps Rules.
You’ll need to write your return address, the phrase “Sweepstakes Entries,” your postal request code, your full name, your email address, and their quoted statement on a piece of blank, 4 x 6 paper.
Each code is valid for 90 days after being generated, meaning that you’re given three months to get letters to their destination.
Chumba gives out an identical bonus for each accepted sweepstakes request, so you’re getting a fantastic deal at Chanced. Their work-to-reward ratio seems fair for the amount of SC you get.
My Experience Opening an Account at Chanced
It took me ten minutes to sign up with Chanced Casino, get KYC-verified, and connect my social media accounts. Here’s what I did to get started:
- Visit Chanced’s website: Visit Chanced’s website and click “Sign Up” to begin.
- Enter your personal details: Create a username, enter your full name, provide your email, select your state of residence, choose your birthday from the drop-down menus, and create your password on the following screen.
- Agree to Chanced’s terms: Read Chanced’s Terms of Use by clicking their highlighted link. Once finished, tick the box to affirm that you’re 21+ years old and certify that you’re in agreement with their Terms of Use. Click “Play Now” to finish registering your account.
- Confirm your email address: Open your email inbox and look for a new message from Chanced Casino. Click “Verify” to confirm your account details. You’ll be directed to their homepage, where you’ll notice 10,000 GC waiting in your casino balance.
- Complete KYC verification: Click “Wallet” next to your GC/SC balance. Tap “Redeem” and select “Continue With Verification.” Scan their QR code or enter your mobile phone number on the following screen. Upload your ID and take a selfie, then click “Continue.”
- Contact live support: Once you’re KYC-verified, open “Live Support” from the sidebar. You’ll notice a link to earn 2 free SC and 20 free spins. Click their link, enter your name, type your email and enter your date of birth. Tap “Enter Giveaway” to continue.
- Complete bonus steps: Subscribe to Chanced’s official YouTube channel, give them a follow on Instagram, like their posts on Facebook, join their official Telegram, and follow them on X (Twitter). You must complete at least three out of five steps to claim a bonus.
- Claim your bonus: Once finished, you’ll see a bonus code appear. Click the clipboard next to your code to copy it. Go back to Chanced’s website, open your profile, and click “Offers.” Paste your code and click “Submit” to claim 2 free Sweeps Coins immediately.
After speaking with chat support, I was informed that I had 20 free SC spins to use on Gates of Olympus. Each spin is worth 0.2 free SC, giving me a total of 4 SC in free spins. Although their registration process is definitely convoluted, their bonus of 10,000 GC + 2 free SC + 20 FS is worth it, in my opinion.
What I Liked and Disliked About Chanced
Chanced’s diverse game library, frequent giveaways, multiplier-based slot challenges, free live chat support, increasing login bonus, and GC top-up were all highlights during the week I spent testing their platform. However, their high playthrough requirements rubbed me the wrong way.

My Thoughts on the Game Selection at Chanced

Live Dealer Games | 25 |

Game Providers | Relax Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Slotmill, BGaming, Rogue, Evoplay, NoLimit City, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Iconic21, Atmosphera |

Chanced delivers a massive library of slots, jackpots, and classic table games from 12 software providers. They add another layer of immersivity to their collection with frequent competitions. I loved participating in their 4,000 SC Race and battling it out to the finish during slot challenges.
If you’re looking for something to do in between spins, they feature three virtual roulette wheels and 25 live dealer games to match. You can also enjoy Mines, Limbo, and Dice from BGaming.
While the selection is impressive, they are missing some common specialties like Crash and video poker. I’d recommend Chanced for players that love traditional casino games and prioritize competitive opportunities. Live dealer fans will be happy, too.
Slots
Slots comprise a majority of Chanced’s game collection. Their library feels like a mish-mash of popular titles with little consideration for individual themes and sought-after bonus features. The collection is great, but I do think they could do a better job of presenting and organizing it.
I discovered 1,245 slots and 27 jackpots courtesy of their search feature, which allowed me to see the exact number of games hosted by each company within a specific category. Pragmatic Play tops the charts with 543 slot games, and BGaming features 158 popular titles of their own.
I was able to see their featured games as soon as I logged into my account, and they select a different software provider to highlight every month. I participated in their 4,000 SC Race while testing Pragmatic Play’s Fire Stampede, and I was able to see real-time leaderboard updates.
Jackpot enthusiasts can win any of four Minor, Major, Mega, or Grand prizes. At the time of my review, their largest jackpots reached 961,500 GC and 44,622.19 SC. I played The Dog House Megaways using Sweeps Coins (SC) to chase the jackpots, but I had no joy.
The majority of their games accommodate beginners with flexible spin limits starting at 2 GC or 0.2 free SC. I was able to bet just 0.05 SC per spin on Joker’s Jewels Jackpot Play, another popular Pragmatic machine that borrows inspiration from classic casino slots.
Table Games
Chanced is home to virtual American, European, and French Roulette. All three games feature impeccable graphics, realistic animations, and timely round pacing. You can bet as little as 0.01 SC / 10 GC or as much as 10 SC / 10,000 GC per round, allowing beginners to enjoy the action.
Unfortunately, they’re missing virtual blackjack, baccarat, casino-style poker, and video poker. I don’t like how virtual tables and live games overlap between categories. At first I thought they were double-dipping while trying to artificially inflate their game count, but really I think it’s just a design flaw.
Live Dealer Games
Chanced is home to 25 live dealer games from Iconic21 and Atmosphera. You can play games with GC or SC, but live games don’t count towards clearing the wagering requirements on bonus SC. This is a big disappointment, and effectively means you won’t be redeeming any prizes from playing live games.
I counted seven blackjack tables, nine roulette wheels, three baccarat games, two games of Top Card, and two Sic-Bo variants. I enjoyed playing The Kickoff, which requires players to choose a side and roll the dice. If your roll satisfies their listed multipliers, you’ll receive up to 20x your bet.
Gravity Blackjack is another of my personal favorites from Iconic21, so I had to give it a try here. As expected, I didn’t notice any lag during the stream. I was able to spend as little as 10,000 GC or 1 SC per hand, and Iconic21 has the same bet minimums for every single one of their games.
If you’re here to spend big, I’d suggest playing Atmosphera’s live blackjack and roulette. Their live BJ table has a round minimum of 5,000,000 GC / 25 SC, and you can wager up to 2 billion GC / 11,000 SC per hand. Roulette players can bet up to 200 million GC or 1,000 SC per spin.
I love how Chanced caters specifically to beginners and high rollers with two different providers.
Chanced Payment and Redemption Experience
You’re not required to purchase coins before playing games at Chanced. They’ll give you 10,000 GC after you sign up. Once you’ve gotten KYC-verified and connected your socials, you’ll get 20 free spins (0.2 SC each) on Gates of Olympus and earn 2 free SC to use on any of their games.
I also claimed increasing login rewards every day and took part in giveaways to claim more free coins.
You can also buy GC using real money if you’re running low. I’m not a fan of their $5 purchase minimum, and I believe their 3x – 10x playthrough requirements are much too high, and out of the ordinary for sweepstakes casinos.
Chanced Payment Details | |
Payment methods | Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover |
Minimum purchase | $5.00 |
Minimum prize redemption | 100 SC |
Prize redemption time | Instant – 24 hours (Push-to-Card), 1 – 5 days (bank transfer) |
Payments
Chanced accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover for GC purchases made on desktop. I checked their mobile website on my iPhone 16, but I didn’t see additional options for Apple Pay or Google Pay. Going forward, they should accept e-wallets like PayPal/Skrill for GC payments.
New players can select one of three potential discounts with their first purchase:
- $19.99 – 250,000 GC + 25 free SC
- $40 – 500,000 GC + 40 free SC
- $120 – 1,500,000 GC + 150 free SC
Here’s a closer look at their non-discounted GC purchase menu:
- $5 – 50,000 GC + 5 free SC
- $20 – 200,000 GC + 20 free SC
- $50 – 500,000 GC + 50 free SC
- $75 – 750,000 GC + 75 free SC
- $100 – 1,000,000 GC + 100 free SC
- $200 – 2,000,000 GC + 200 free SC
- $300 – 3,000,000 GC + 300 free SC
- $400 – 4,000,000 GC + 400 free SC
- $500 – 5,000,000 GC + 500 free SC
- $600 – 6,000,000 GC + 600 free SC
- $1,000 – 10,000,000 GC + 1,000 free SC
- $2,000 – 20,000,000 GC + 2,000 free SC
Their least expensive package is priced at $5, but I wish they’d follow in McLuck’s footsteps with a $1.99 purchase minimum. Their most expensive package comes with 20 million GC and 2,000 free SC for a whopping $2,000. It’s clear that Chanced accommodates wealthy sweeps gamers.
I took advantage of their least expensive first purchase bonus for $19.99. It’s easy to pay for GC with your bank card, just like any other online purchase. I was asked to enter my card number, name, expiry date, billing address, and CVV code to finish my purchase.
Chanced partners with PaySafe to guarantee top-notch financial security with every transaction. Here’s how I bought coins at Chanced for the first time:
- Click “Wallet” at the top-center of the page.
- Select the red tag under your preferred GC bundle.
- Click “Credit/Debit Card” on the following screen.
- Enter your card number, name, expiry date, CVV code, and billing address.
- Optionally, check the box to save your card details for future transactions.
- Click “Proceed to Pay” to complete your purchase; then, refresh the page.
I received 250,000 GC and 25 free SC immediately. From start to finish, it took me 60 seconds to enter my personal information and buy coins.
Redemptions
You must win at least 100 SC during gameplay to request a cash prize via Push-to-Card or bank transfer. Any bonus SC that you collect from their no-deposit reward, daily reward, bonus codes, or giveaways has a 10x playthrough requirement.
For example, I had to spend 20 SC on gameplay to satisfy 10x playthrough requirements on the 2 free SC I received from Chanced’s no-deposit bonus. In fact, I ended up building that 2 SC up to 7.3 SC, before losing it entirely. At other sites, I would have been able to redeem it before I lost it, if I wanted.
Otherwise, promotional SC that you get from GC purchases is subject to 3x playthrough requirements, which is also a big disappointment. Furthermore, SC play on Dice, Roulette, Limbo, Baccarat, Mines, Teen Patti, Hacksaw’s “Dare2Win” games, and live dealer games will not count towards satisfying your playthrough.
The vast majority of sweepstakes casinos impose a 1x playthrough on bonus SC, meaning that you’d only have to spend your bonus SC on gameplay once before redeeming it for cash prizes. Chanced makes it much more difficult to redeem prizes than I am used to.
After I tested out a few payment methods I replenished my supply of promotional 3x Sweeps Coins. It took me the best part of a week, but I finally managed to clear the turnover and end up with 102 SC that were eligible for redemption.
To repeat, I want to emphasize that the process was longer and more costly than at most sweepstakes casinos, and it’s easily my least favorite thing about playing at Chanced.
I requested my prize through bank transfer, and I waited 48 hours before seeing my funds show up. If you’ve made at least one GC purchase, you can request funds via Push-to-Card. This is a much quicker way of redeeming prizes as the cash is sent to your debit card in 24 hours or less.
Here’s how to request your first prize redemption at Chanced:
- Click “Wallet” and toggle to “Redeem.”
- Select your redemption method on the next page.
- If you chose Push-to-Card, confirm your details.
- If you chose ACH, enter your routing/account info.
- Wait for delivery to your debit card or bank account.
I was prompted to complete Chanced’s KYC verification process as soon as I signed up, which saved me time later on. As a quick recap, I was asked to upload a picture of my ID and snap a selfie before claiming their no-deposit bonus. My personal info was confirmed in mere seconds.

Overall User Experience – Is Chanced Fun to Play At?
Chanced is very fun to play at. They feature a colorful interface on desktop and mobile. Their beginner-friendly instructions made it easy to finish their required steps and collect my free SC.
I had a great time browsing their website, and I enjoyed immediate loading speeds while testing out their hottest games on desktop.
They don’t have a downloadable or instant-play app for iOS/Android, but the site runs smoothly on my iPhone 16. They’ve downsized their games and menu icons while adding helpful search features that give mobile players the sort of functionality I’d expect from a dedicated application.
Desktop
I’m a fan of Chanced’s darker background colors, appropriately spaced headers, and rotating list of promotional announcements. Instead of throwing pop-ups your way, Chanced lets their offers do all the talking and trusts users to explore them for themselves, without being bombarded. You can see inbound notifications by clicking the bell icon next to their search.
You’ll purchase coins, claim GC top-ups, enjoy daily rewards and redeem prizes under “Wallet.”
The collapsible sidebar made it simple for me to organize games by category, view giveaways, access challenges, participate in tournaments, and speak to chat support with just a few clicks.
Here’s what my view looked like as I scrolled down their homepage:
- Featured
- Provider of the Month
- Jackpot Play
- New Releases
- Live Dealer
- Trending Slots
- Slot Games
- Lucky Slots
- Quick Buy
- Leaderboards
You can favorite titles by clicking the star icon during play, and you can see your win/loss history underneath “My Gameplay.” This has the added benefit of showing your recently played games.
Although the platform looks great, they should do a better job of organizing games, including sorting titles by theme and feature availability. I found 50 Megaways from Pragmatic Play by typing “Megaways” in the search, but there’s no category for Megaways on their website.
Inconsistencies like this dampened my overall play experience, a little. I also wish they’d provide a list of recommended games to try based on your previous interests. A few simple tweaks would make a big difference.
Mobile
I checked the iOS App Store and Google Play, but I wasn’t able to find a downloadable version of Chanced for mobile devices. I used Google Chrome to log in with my account, and I enjoyed a streamlined gaming experience on my iPhone 16.
Their interface looks familiar on desktop and mobile, so you won’t have any trouble making the switch between devices. At the same time, their mobile site includes a helpful bottom menu for easier one-handed navigation.
I was able to look for games, buy coins, claim my daily rewards, redeem prizes, go to the home page, and access site-wide leaderboards with one hand free. They’ve optimized their games to run smoothly in portrait or landscape mode, so you can play live roulette while running errands.
Is the Customer Support Any Good?
Yes, I was happy with the customer support at Chanced. They offer free 24/7 chat service, email support, and comprehensive FAQ assistance. They have a phone hotline for payment-related inquiries, but it’s not used for general questions. I tried getting in touch on Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter), but I didn’t get any replies from agents.
You can speak with Chanced’s live support team by clicking “Live Support” from the left sidebar on desktop. If you’re on mobile, click “Menu” and choose “Live Support” on the following screen. Their chat team was helpful, efficient, and considerate when I inquired about their playthrough requirements.
I got chat replies from real people in less than 30 seconds, on average. Later during the week, I had another question about their VIP Club. I sent an email to [email protected], and I noticed a response 6 hours later. If you have a complex question or situation, I’d suggest emailing them.
Their chat function doubles as an FAQ page. It’s great to see Chanced publishing step-by-step instructions for beginners. Toggle “Help” to read tens of articles about claiming bonuses, getting KYC-verified, purchasing coins, redeeming prizes, and leveling up the ranks of their VIP Club.
As a quick summary, here’s how you can get in touch with support at Chanced:
- Live chat (click “Live Support”)
- Direct email ([email protected])
- FAQ (click “Live Support” and “Help”)
- Phone (+1 855 587 2839, payment-related inquiries only)
Is Chanced Trustworthy?
Chanced is a trustworthy sweeps casino that’s owned by Gold Coin Group, LLC. They operate in 43 U.S. states excluding Washington, D.C. While they don’t require a traditional license to do business, they adhere to existing sweepstakes laws that guarantee fair play and financial safety.
Chanced has earned the endorsement of popular software companies including Pragmatic Play, BGaming, and Evoplay. Their games are RNG-tested to deliver randomized outcomes on every spin or round. You can purchase coins with secure payment methods including Visa and Amex.
Who Owns Chanced Casino?
Chanced is owned and operated by Gold Coin Group, LLC. I wasn’t able to locate many details about the people in charge of their parent company, but they’ve been gaining traction in the industry since 2023. Their office address is at 2438 Industrial Blvd #681, Abilene, TX 79605.
Although I wish Chanced would be more transparent about who’s running the show, they’ve built a solid reputation on third-party websites like TrustPilot.
What Do the Reviews Say?
Chanced has claimed and verified their TrustPilot page, where they boast a 4 out of 5 star rating based on 659 reviews. The vast majority of their reviews are positive. Satisfied users appreciate their immediate Push-to-Card redemptions, free chat support team, and simple KYC verification.
Less than satisfied users report issues with delayed redemptions, errant tax forms sent via mail, not receiving SC for mail-in requests, and excessive playthrough requirements.
I wasn’t a huge fan of their 3x – 10x wagering for bonus SC myself, and it’s one of the reasons I’m deciding against recommending Chanced for low-stakes players.
Are There Any Responsible Gaming Resources?
Chanced offers state-of-the-art responsible gaming resources. I was able to set GC purchase limits, take a break from gameplay and request a self-exclusion without contacting support. To start, open your profile from the top-right corner and toggle to “Responsible Social Gameplay.”
You can set GC purchase limits on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. It’s also possible to schedule a time-out for 24 hours, 48 hours, seven days, 30 days, two months, or three months.
Players that need a longer break from the action can request a self-exclusion for a minimum of six months, one year, two years or five years. Beyond hosting self-serve tools, Chanced shows their dedication to players’ well-being.
If you’re struggling to maintain control, I’d suggest reading “Recognize the Signs” or taking their ten-question “Self-Assessment” attached underneath.
They explain how sweeps gaming can affect you without your knowledge and provide links to support organizations including Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA), the Financial Counseling Association of America (FCAA), and the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC).
What’s the Difference Between Chanced and a Real Money Casino?
Chanced is a sweepstakes casino that doesn’t offer real money gambling. You can play games for free using Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. It’s possible to claim GC and SC through various bonuses. While you can buy GC with real cash, your GC earnings aren’t redeemable for prizes.
It’s not possible to buy Sweeps Coins – they’re only credited as a free bonus. You’ll have to play games with SC to participate in sweeps contests. You can redeem your SC wins for cash prizes, although Chanced imposes stricter playthrough requirements than most sweepstakes casinos.
Chanced pays out cash prizes in the form of sweepstakes winnings, but they’re not viewed as a gambling platform. This unique betting structure allows them to operate in many states that ban real money online casinos altogether.

How We Rate Sweepstakes Casinos
Our team relies on first-hand research to analyze sweepstakes casinos from the bottom-up. We register, play games, and test features over a week’s time. We highlight each casino’s strengths, document their weaknesses, and discuss our unfiltered opinions based on personal experience.
For every review, we dedicate at least two hours of research towards the following five areas:
- Bonuses & Promotions: Starting with a casino’s no-deposit bonus, we claim every offer that’s available. We keep tabs on VIP benefits, follow platforms on social media to check for giveaways, and play games to participate in tournaments. We document the required steps to earn bonuses, show you how to do the same, and rate them based on how valuable they are.
- Games: We play slots, table games, and specialties from a range of software companies at every casino we review. Our experts love to see plenty of popular slots, jackpots, table games, classic card games, original specialties, and live games. We base our ratings on quality and diversity, but we account for casinos that specialize in a certain area or niche.
- Payment Options: We buy coins, get KYC-verified, and redeem prizes at every casino we review. Our team documents each site’s payment options, and we prioritize platforms that accept e-wallets like PayPal/Skrill. We give a higher rating to sites that promise lots of GC discounts, beginner-friendly purchase minimums, and speedy prize redemptions.
- User Experience: Our team evaluates how a site feels to use on desktop and mobile. If we can’t find a proper app for iOS/Android, we direct our attention to the usability of their mobile website. We prioritize sites that blend aesthetic appeal with quick loading speeds, well-organized menus, advanced search features and beginner-friendly site functionality.
- Customer Support: We get in touch with real agents using any support methods we’re able to find. Our team prioritizes casinos that offer free live chat and phone support, but we get our hands dirty by sending emails, submitting support tickets, and sending DMs on social media. We document reply speeds and base our ratings on their helpfulness.
Why Trust SweepsChaser?
At SweepsChaser, we help our readers become familiar with the basics of sweepstakes gaming. Our reviews give our audience the information that’s necessary to choose the best option for their needs.
Our experts stand on decades of experience to produce accurate, authentic, and independent content. We know what to look for and what to avoid while reviewing any casino or sportsbook.
Although we like to highlight platforms that we appreciate, we never sugarcoat difficult truths.
We’re not afraid to publish direct criticisms if we encounter rules and practices we deem unfair, or explain where we think casinos can improve.
Most importantly, we never endorse social casinos and sportsbooks we wouldn’t use ourselves.
Would I Recommend Chanced?
Chanced is a fantastic platform for beginners and seasoned users alike, with one big drawback. First, the positives.
Chanced boasts a massive library of slots, tables and live games complete with special challenges and tourneys. It’s a very impressive selection, which ticks almost all the boxes.
I loved their no-deposit bonus, which gave me 10,000 GC, 2 free SC, and 20 free spins to burn on Gates of Olympus. I followed their step-by-step instructions to like, follow, and subscribe my way to free coins. I’m also a fan of their increasing login rewards and 1,000 GC Top-Up bonus.
Finally, I enjoyed speaking with live chat support. They don’t require players to buy coins before speaking with trained agents in real-time, which puts them ahead of sites like McLuck Casino in my opinion.
Moving onto my critiques, their requirements are exorbitant.
They require users to meet 10x wagering requirements on free SC from their bonuses, and other SC tis subject to 3x playthrough requirements. The vast majority of sweepstakes casinos impose a 1x playthrough. Additionally, their 100 SC prize minimum feels too high for beginners.
If Chanced lowered their playthrough requirements, they’d be a great fit for just about everyone. As it is, while I like a lot about the casino, I can’t recommend them to casual and low stakes players, at least.
